Abstract

According to the invention, the spraying device is used for cooling the cable, and the cable is preliminarily wetted, so that the mounting seat connected with the cleaning liquid tank is used for providing cleaning liquid for cleaning the cable when the cable passes through the cleaning wheel, and the cable is sufficiently cleaned when the cable passes through the cleaning tank with the cleaning sponge layer, so that the service life of the cable is prolonged, and the labor cost is reduced.

Preferably, a cleaning liquid supply device is arranged between the mounting seat and the supporting device, and the cleaning liquid supply device comprises a spray head and a liquid guide rod with a plurality of liquid guide holes. Cleaning liquid provided by the mounting seat enters the spray head through a plurality of liquid guide holes on the liquid guide rod and is finally sprayed onto the cable.

Preferably, the liquid supply channel is provided with liquid supply holes, and at least one liquid supply hole can be at least partially overlapped with the liquid guide hole after the compression spring is compressed. Under the condition that the pressure spring is not stressed normally, the liquid feeding holes 11111 are staggered with the liquid guiding holes 11311, and water cannot flow into the liquid feeding holes 11111 from the liquid guiding holes 11311; after the compression spring is compressed, at least one liquid feeding hole 1111 is partially overlapped with the liquid guiding hole 11311, and the cleaning liquid flows from the liquid guiding hole 11311 to the liquid feeding hole 11111. As shown in fig. 1-7, a cable washer comprising: the cleaning box and the cable drying device 6 which is arranged below the cleaning box and enters the waste liquid pool cable after passing through the cleaning box. The cable is cleaned after the cable is produced, waste liquid used for cleaning flows into the waste liquid pool 4, pollution to the environment is prevented, the waste liquid enters the cable drying device 6 after being cleaned, and finally the waste liquid is wiped and dried through a detachable dry sponge body, so that the cleaning work of the cable is completed.
The cable enters the cleaning tank from a cable inlet 2 arranged on the side surface of the cleaning tank for cleaning. The mounting base 111 includes an inwardly recessed liquid supply channel 1111, a compression spring is disposed inside one end of the liquid supply channel 1111, and the liquid supply channel 1111 is connected to the cleaning liquid supply device 113 by the compression spring. The cleaning solution supply device 113 further includes a pressure-increasing check valve 1133, where the pressure-increasing check valve 1133 includes a liquid inlet cavity 11331 connected to the liquid guiding rod 1131, a pressure-increasing liquid inlet channel 11332 connected to the liquid inlet cavity 11331, and a check valve 11333 connected to the spray nozzle 1132. The inlet cavity 11331 also has a propeller-shaped stirring member 11334 therein. Preventing the cleaning liquid from blocking the pressurizing one-way valve.

the mounting seat (111) comprises a liquid feeding channel (1111) which is recessed inwards, a pressure spring is arranged in one end of the opening of the liquid feeding channel (1111), and the liquid feeding channel (1111) is connected with the cleaning liquid supply device (113) through the pressure spring;
the inner diameter length of the liquid supply channel (1111) is the same as the outer diameter length of the liquid guide rod (1131);
the liquid supply channel (1111) is provided with liquid supply holes (11111), and at least one liquid supply hole (11111) can be at least partially overlapped with the liquid guide hole (11311) after the pressure spring is compressed;
when the pressure spring is not compressed, the liquid guide holes are staggered with the liquid feeding holes (11111), and cleaning liquid cannot flow into the liquid feeding holes from the liquid guide holes (11311); when the compression spring is compressed, at least one liquid guide hole (11311) is partially overlapped with the liquid feeding hole (11111), and cleaning liquid flows into the liquid feeding hole (11111) from the liquid guide hole (11311).
