ropes 21 which are tightened are driven to transversely move the cutting blade 10, and then the enamelled wire is cut off, in the process, two groups of T-shaped sliding plates 30 move downwards synchronously along with the sleeving frame 26, two groups of expansion springs 31 are in a compression state, after the cutting is finished, the operator breaks away from the treading square hole plate 27, the two groups of expansion springs 31 receive the self elastic force, the two groups of T-shaped sliding plates 30 are propped to drive the sleeving frame 26 and the treading square hole plate 27 to move upwards to reset, the cutting blade 10 is reversely reset by hands, waiting for the next use, in the process of the transverse movement of the two groups of pull ropes 21, the side walls of the pull ropes are contacted with the plurality of groups of rolling balls 25 and are under the action of friction force, the plurality of groups of rolling balls 25 roll in the plurality of groups of ball sockets 24 respectively, and the two groups of pull ropes 21 led out cannot be contacted with the shell 1 due to the abdication of the abdication groove 28, so as to prevent the two groups of pull ropes 21 from being damaged by friction with the shell 1, through the arranged dividing blade 10, under the condition of not adding power equipment, an operator can cut the enameled increased, the internal insulating paint passes through the eight groups of threaded pipes 13, the eight groups of fluids 17 and the eight groups of atomizers 19, and finally formed liquid mist is led out through the eight groups of spray nozzles 20, the air pressure in the paint storage box 2 is increased, partial insulating paint is pushed to enter the inside of one group of tapered slots 36, one group of anti-backflow plugs 9 is pushed to be away from the paint storage box 2 gradually, when one end of one group of blocking rods 38 is in close contact with the inner side wall of the other group of tapered slots 36, the penetrating positions of the two groups of tapered slots 36 on the same side are blocked, partial insulating paint is abutted against one group of anti-backflow plugs 9 at any time, the penetrating positions of the two groups of tapered slots 36 on the same side are guaranteed to be blocked all the time, in the process, one group of sleeving rings 33 moves synchronously along with the one group of anti-backflow plugs 9, the four groups of reset springs 34 and the four groups of telescopic hoses 35 are both in a stretching state, when the spraying work is stopped, the four groups of reset springs 34 are under the action of self elasticity to drive the one group of sleeving rings 33 and the one group of anti-backflow plugs 9 to reset in a reverse direction, the group of blocking rods 38 is away from the one group of anti-backflow plugs 9, gaps between the two groups do not hinder the insulating paint from entering the inside of paint storage box 2 through the two groups of paint inlet pipes 8, the other set of anti-backflow plug 9 is used and operated in the same way, the set anti-backflow plug 9 can ensure that part of the insulating paint can not flow back into the paint pipe 8, meanwhile, when the enameled wire painting equipment is actually used, a copper wire penetrates through the open end of the upper part and the lower part of the shell 1 and the inside of the sponge pipe 40, when the foreign matter adhered to the side wall of the copper wire needs to be cleaned, five sets of third threaded through holes 44 are meshed with five sets of bolts 45, five sets of bolts 45 are rotated anticlockwise, when the expected position is reached, an operator transversely moves the pulling plate 46 with hands to drive the five sets of nylon ropes 41 to synchronously transversely move, then clockwise rotates the five sets of bolts 45, one ends of the five sets of bolts 45 respectively abut against five sets of abutting hole plates 43, when two ends of the five sets of nylon ropes 41 penetrate through the inside of the five sets of abutting hole plates 43, the surrounding parts of the five sets of nylon ropes 41 are gradually reduced to tighten the side wall of the sponge pipe 40 to shrink, when the lateral wall of sponge pipe 40 and copper line lateral wall in close contact with, stop rotatory five groups of
