the front end of the outer wall of the moving platform (1) is welded at the rear end of the outer wall of the rotating platform (2), the top end of the rotating platform (2) is in interference fit with the bottom end of the outer wall of the dustproof rubber ring (3), the bottom end of the controller (4) is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the outer wall of the moving platform (1), the upper end of the rotating large arm (5) is mechanically connected with the rear end of the transmission small arm (6), the gripper motor (7) is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the transmission small arm (6) and is movably connected with a joint of a gripper (9), external threads of the image recognizer (8) are in clearance fit with internal threads in the middle of the gripper (9), and a terminal of the gripper motor (7) is electrically connected with a main board inside the controller (4) through a wire;
the moving platform (1) is provided with a driving motor (101), a shunt gear (102), a clutch (103), a toggle switch (104), an intermittent gear (105), a driving rear wheel (106), a radiator (107) and a driving front wheel (108), the driving motor (101) is horizontally arranged at the left upper end of the shunt gear (102) and is movably connected, the upper end of the clutch (103) is in clearance fit with the left side of the toggle switch (104), the external teeth at the right end of the clutch (103) are meshed with the external teeth of the intermittent gear (105), the intermittent gear (105) is horizontally arranged at the upper end of an input gear for driving a rear wheel (106), the main shaft of the radiator (107) is fixed at the middle section of the inner wall of the movable platform (1), the driving front wheel (108) is fixed on the left side of the driving rear wheel (106) and is mechanically connected with a main shaft of the driving motor (101);
the driving motor (101) is composed of a dust cover (1011), a base (1012), a driver (1013), a main shaft (1014), a first belt pulley (1015) and a junction box (1016), the dust cover (1011) is vertically fixed on the left side of the driver (1013) through a screw, the bottom end of the base (1012) is horizontally welded with the upper end of the outer wall of the driver (1013), the outer wall of the main shaft (1014) horizontally penetrates through the center of the driver (1013) and is in interference fit with the shaft center of the first belt pulley (1015), the upper end of the junction box (1016) is arranged at the lower right of the outer wall of the driver (1013), and a main board of the controller (4) is electrically connected with an internal terminal of the junction box (1016) through a;
the shunt gear (102) consists of an input belt wheel (1021), output tapered teeth (1022), a shaft lever (1023), a tooth column (1024) and output straight teeth (1025), the input belt wheel (1021) is vertically fixed on the right side of the output tapered teeth (1022) and is positioned on the same axis, the center of the output tapered teeth (1022) is welded on the left side of the shaft lever (1023), the right side of the shaft lever (1023) is in interference fit with a groove in the center of the tooth column (1024), the output straight teeth (1025) are horizontally arranged on the left side of the clutch (103), and external teeth of the output tapered teeth (1022) are meshed with external teeth of the driving front gear (108);
the clutch (103) consists of a driving shaft (1031), an input friction plate (1032), a movable friction plate (1033), a movable frame body (1034), a pulley (1035) and a sliding rail (1036), wherein the driving shaft (1031) is horizontally fixed in a groove on the left side of the input friction plate (1032), the right side surface of the input friction plate (1032) is fixed on the left side of the movable friction plate (1033) and is movably connected with the inner wall of the movable frame body (1034), the pulley (1035) is fixed in an opening at the upper end of the movable frame body (1034) through a bolt, and the outer wall of the pulley (1035) is movably connected with the inner part of the sliding rail (1036);
the toggle switch (104) is composed of a handle (1041), a support (1042), a fan-shaped tooth (1043), a cam (1044) and a movable arm (1045), a movable lug on the left side of the handle (1041) is in clearance fit with the middle section of the support (1042), the right side of the fan-shaped tooth (1043) is welded on the left side of the handle (1041) and is meshed with the outer teeth of the cam (1044), the cam (1044) is mechanically connected with the movable lug on the right side of the movable arm (1045) through a movable bolt, and the movable arm (1045) is horizontally arranged on the right side of the clutch (103);
the intermittent gear (105) consists of an input belt wheel (1051), a wheel carrier (1052), a special-shaped gear (1053), a top rod (1054), a driven special-shaped wheel (1055) and an output small belt wheel (1056), wherein the axis of the input belt wheel (1051) is fixed at the upper end of the wheel carrier (1052) through a bolt, the wheel carrier (1052) is vertically welded at the upper end of the inner wall of the moving platform (1), the axis of the special-shaped gear (1053) is welded at the bottom of the top rod (1054) and movably connected with a groove of the driven special-shaped wheel (1055), the driven special-shaped wheel (1055) is fixed at the rear end of the output small belt wheel (1056) and is positioned at the same axis, and the output small belt wheel (1056) is mechanically connected with a belt wheel for driving a rear wheel (106);
the driving rear wheel (106) consists of a first small input wheel (1061), a first large output wheel (1062), a belt (1063), a driven gear (1064), a driving gear (1065) and a silent wheel rim (1066), wherein the first small input wheel (1061) is vertically fixed at the rear end of the first large output wheel (1062), the outer wall of the first large output wheel (1062) is movably connected with the outer wall of the driven gear (1064) through the belt (1063), the outer teeth of the driven gear (1064) are meshed with the outer teeth of the driving gear (1065), the axis of the driving gear (1065) is welded at the rear end of the silent wheel rim (1066) and is movably connected with the same, and the first small input wheel (1061) is horizontally arranged at the lower end of the intermittent gear (105);
the heat radiator (107) is composed of straight teeth (1071), a worm (1072), a bearing gear (1073), a rotating shaft (1074) and fan blades (1075), internal threads at the center of the straight teeth (1071) are in clearance fit with external threads on the left side of the worm (1072), external teeth on the right side of the worm (1072) are mechanically connected with the rotating shaft (1074) through tooth patterns of the bearing gear (1073), the rotating shaft (1074) is vertically fixed at the upper end of a middle shaft of the fan blades (1075), and the external teeth of the straight teeth (1071) are meshed with tooth columns at the bottom of the shunt gear (102);
the driving front wheel (108) is composed of a large deceleration rim (1081), a small deceleration gear (1082), a spindle gear (1083), a second belt (1084), a second driven gear (1085), a movable wheel carrier (1086), a second driving gear (1087) and a rubber rim (1088), wherein the small deceleration gear (1082) is provided with four inner walls which are uniformly fixed on the large deceleration rim (1081), external teeth of the small deceleration gear (1082) are movably connected with external teeth of the spindle gear (1083), external walls of the spindle gear (1083) are movably connected with external walls of the second driven gear (1085) through the second belt (1084), the axis of the second driven gear (1085) is installed on the right side of the movable wheel carrier (1086) through a bolt, and the second driving gear (1087) is vertically installed at the front end of the rubber rim (1088).
