Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种在假腿组件之间的球窝关节的连接件,该连接件具有一个固定在其中一个组件上的确定的法兰,在该法兰上设置了调节件,该调节件由一个杯形件和一个同心地放置在该杯形件顶点的四棱锥构成。
相应的实施方案取自德国专利说明书,专利号1922619。在该专利中,由杯形件和棱锥构成的调节件同心地安置在法兰上。通过调节总是对置的调节螺栓能够只在两个确定的平面内调节球窝关节。其优点在于假腿可调节到负载线上。
这一已知的连接器通常用来连接假肢备用系统,该系统具有用于小腿截肢和短至中间长度的大腿截肢的假肢。在出现截肢错误位置时,如在弯曲和/或支撑方向(这些尤其产生在不断增多的截了腿的老年病人组中),在假肢结构中如果有可能有必要最大部分地应用调节范围以补偿错位,该调节范围总是在一个方向上并受到结构的限制,以致于按照生物力学的规律所保留的剩余调节范围不再能满足调节。
本发明的目的在于改善上述连接件的可调性。
本发明的目的是这样达到的,该法兰是一个正方形四孔法兰,在该法兰上偏心设置了调节件。
通过把正方形四孔法兰绕着由圆形的中心圈确定的中心轴旋转90°能够在不同方向调节调节元件的中心偏移,以补偿预定位,而不必占用特定方向的调节范围。
按照本发明原理的不同的解决方案以及操作将借助于实施例作进一步描述。

图5是提前公开的德国专利文件1922619的图示。在假腿组件1上固定有一个未详细表示的法兰,在该法兰上设有调节元件,该调节元件由一杯形件2和一个同心地放置在该杯形件顶点的四棱锥3构成。在第二假腿组件4的上端(见图5)固定有一个套筒5,该套筒的上自由端构成了球形关节窝6,它支承住杯形件2,在其圆周壁上具有四个在圆周上相互交错呈90°的且设有内螺纹的孔,在这些孔内各装有一个调节螺栓7,该螺栓的里端抵住四棱锥3的相应表面。
通过松开调节螺栓7及拧紧相应对置的调节螺栓可使可调的球窝关节在确定的平面内摆动,并通过调节另外两个螺栓可使该球窝关节在与第一摆动平面垂直的第二摆动平面内摆动。通过调节在图5中示出的两个调节螺栓7可以使图示的第二假腿组件4在点划线所图示的绘图平面内摆动,按此方法可使假腿调节到负载线上。通过松开两个相邻的调节螺栓7可以分离这两个假腿组件1,4,没有被松开的两个调节螺栓保证了在重新连接这两组件时找到事先调节好的角度位置。因此,该结构的优点在于,通过总是在两个确定平面内的摆动实现两假腿组件1,4的角度调节,固定到每一个所希望的角度位置,并还可在分离这两组件后再找到该角度位置。
图1和图2表示了本发明的上述球窝关节连接器的一个实施例。设置了一个正方形的四孔法兰8,在该法兰上偏心地安置着由杯形件2和棱锥3构成的调节件,这也适合于图3和4的略加改动后的实施例。
在图1和2的实施例中,调节件2,3相对于法兰8的圆形中心圈所确定的中心轴9的中心偏移产生在与两法兰边平行的中心线上,而在图3和4的实施例中,该中心偏移产生在法兰对角线10之一上。
为了衬偿预定位,可以把在所述的本发明的两个实施例中相同的正方形四孔法兰8绕其中心轴9旋转90°来调节调节件2,3的中心偏移,更确切地说,在图1和2的实施例中使其向前、向外、向后或向内,在图3和4的实施例中使其向前/外,向外/后,向后/内及向内/前。对于通常首先是向后和向内(如图1和2的实施例)的位置的可调性或向后/内(如图3和4的实施例)的位置的可调性具有特殊的意义。
