The micro differential pressure switch 112 detects the differential pressure at both ends of the circulating fan 111 in real time, and when the circulating fan 111 works, if the micro differential pressure switch 112 is lower than a set value, the control panel 117 determines that the circulating fan 111 is faulty and displays prompt information. The liquid level switch 116 detects the liquid level at the bottom of the hydrogen peroxide solution bottle 115 in real time, and if the liquid level of the hydrogen peroxide solution is lower than the liquid level detected by the liquid level switch 116, the control panel 117 determines that the liquid level of the hydrogen peroxide solution bottle 115 is too low, and a prompt message is displayed. The temperature switch 1113 at the bottom of the hydrogen peroxide flash vaporizer 110 is used for monitoring the temperature of the heating oil in the hydrogen peroxide flash vaporizer 110, and when the temperature is higher than the action value, the temperature switch 1113 is operated, and the control panel 117 determines that the temperature of the hydrogen peroxide flash vaporizer 110 is too high, so as to display prompt information.
The box and instrument integrated vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizing device has two working modes aiming at different spaces to be sterilized, one is an external sterilizing mode aiming at small equipment spaces such as a biosafety cabinet, an isolator, a transmission window and the like; the other is a built-in disinfection mode for medium-sized cabin spaces such as vehicles, tents, laboratory buffer rooms and the like.
External disinfection mode, as shown in fig. 3, the box 100 is placed outside the equipment 301 to be disinfected, the circulation outlet 101 and the circulation inlet 113 are respectively connected with the equipment 301 to be disinfected through an air supply pipeline 302 and a return air pipeline 303, the humidity sensor 119 and the hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor 120 are both placed in the equipment 301 to be disinfected, and a user can directly monitor the working state through the control panel 117.
In the built-in sterilization mode, as shown in fig. 4, the case 100, the humidity sensor 119 and the hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor 120 are all disposed inside the space 401 to be sterilized, the circulation outlet 101 is connected with the hydrogen peroxide vapor diffuser 402, the circulation inlet 113 is kept open, and a user can monitor the working state through the wireless control panel 118 outside the space 401 to be sterilized.
Although the function and operation of the present invention has been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described specific functions and operations, but the above-described specific embodiments are merely illustrative, not restrictive, and many forms can be made by those having ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention and the scope of the appended claims, which are included in the protection of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. The integrated vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizing device comprises a box body (100) and a wireless control panel (118), and is characterized in that a dehumidification module (102) and a hydrogen peroxide vapor absorber (105) are arranged in the box body,
the air outlets of the dehumidification module (102) and the hydrogen peroxide vapor absorber (105) are respectively connected with an air inlet a and an air inlet B of the three-way electromagnetic valve A (104), an air outlet c of the three-way electromagnetic valve A (104) is connected with an air inlet a of the three-way electromagnetic valve B (107), and an air outlet c of the three-way electromagnetic valve B (107) is connected with the circulating outlet (101);
the air inlets of the dehumidification module (102) and the hydrogen peroxide vapor absorber (105) are respectively connected with a first electromagnetic valve (103) and a second electromagnetic valve (106), the first electromagnetic valve (103) and the second electromagnetic valve (106) are communicated with the air outlet of the static pressure cavity (109), and the air outlet of the static pressure cavity (109) is communicated with the air inlet B of the three-way electromagnetic valve B (107); the static pressure cavity (109) is covered on the top of the hydrogen peroxide flash evaporation vaporizer (110), the static pressure cavity (109) is connected with an air outlet of the circulating fan (111), an air inlet of the circulating fan (111) is connected with a circulating inlet (113), and a micro differential pressure switch (112) is connected between the air inlet and the air outlet of the circulating fan (111); the hydrogen peroxide flash evaporation vaporizer (110) is connected with a hydrogen peroxide solution filling pump (114), the hydrogen peroxide solution filling pump (114) is connected with a hydrogen peroxide solution bottle (115), and the hydrogen peroxide solution bottle (115) is provided with a liquid level switch (116);
the three-way electromagnetic valve A (104), the three-way electromagnetic valve B (107), the first electromagnetic valve (103) and the second electromagnetic valve (106) are controlled by a control panel (117), the micro-differential pressure switch (112), the circulating fan (111), the hydrogen peroxide solution filling pump (114) and the liquid level switch (116) are all connected with the control panel (117), and the control panel (117) is connected with a humidity sensor (119) and a hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor (120);
the disinfection process comprises three steps of dehumidification, vaporization, fumigation and residue removal.

The integrated vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the circulation outlet (101), the circulation inlet (113) and the control panel (117) are integrated on an inner panel of the case (100), and the hydrogen peroxide solution bottle (115) is provided with a bottle mouth on the inner panel of the case (100); the humidity sensor (119) and the hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor (120) are arranged outside the box body (100).

The integrated vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizing device according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet of the static pressure cavity (109) is provided with a tee joint (108), an air inlet c port of the tee joint (108) is connected with the air outlet of the static pressure cavity (109), an air outlet a port of the tee joint (108) is connected with an air inlet B port of a tee joint electromagnetic valve B (107), and an air outlet B port of the tee joint (108) is connected with air inlets of a first electromagnetic valve (103) and a second electromagnetic valve (106) respectively.

The integrated vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizing device according to claim 1, wherein the hydrogen peroxide flash vaporizer (110) comprises a flash evaporation outer cavity (1105) internally provided with heating oil (1111), a flash evaporator upper cover (1104) is arranged at the top of the flash evaporation outer cavity (1105), a hydrogen peroxide vapor outlet (1101) is arranged at the top of the flash evaporator upper cover (1104), a flash evaporation inner cavity (1107) is arranged between the flash evaporation outer cavity (1105) and the flash evaporator upper cover (1104), the flash evaporation inner cavity (1107) is nested in the flash evaporation outer cavity (1105), and the flash evaporation inner cavity (1107), the flash evaporator upper cover (1104) and the hydrogen peroxide vapor outlet (1101) are all communicated;
a netlike vaporization disc (1108) is arranged at the inner side of the bottom of the flash evaporation cavity (1107), a spiral injection pipe (1106) is arranged in the flash evaporation cavity (1107), one end of the spiral injection pipe (1106) is connected with an atomizing nozzle (1109) positioned at the upper end of the netlike vaporization disc (1108), the other end of the spiral injection pipe is connected with a hydrogen peroxide solution filling pipe (1102), and the hydrogen peroxide solution filling pipe (1102) passes through a flash evaporator upper cover (1104) and a hydrogen peroxide steam outlet (1101) to be connected with a hydrogen peroxide solution filling pump (114);
the inner side of the bottom of the flash evaporation outer cavity (1105) is provided with an electric heating rod (1110), the electric heating rod (1110) is connected with the control panel (117) through a connector (1114), and the bottom of the flash evaporation outer cavity (1105) is provided with a base (1112) and a temperature switch (1113) connected with the control panel (117).
5. The integrated vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein an external sterilizing mode and an internal sterilizing mode are adopted:
for an external disinfection mode, the box body (100) is arranged outside the equipment (301) to be disinfected, the circulation outlet (101) and the circulation inlet (113) are respectively connected with the equipment (301) to be disinfected through an air supply pipeline (302) and an air return pipeline (303), the humidity sensor (119) and the hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor (120) are both arranged in the equipment (301) to be disinfected, and a user directly monitors the working state through the control panel (117);
for the built-in disinfection mode, the box body (100), the humidity sensor (119) and the hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor (120) are all arranged in a space (401) to be disinfected, the circulation outlet (101) is connected with the hydrogen peroxide vapor diffuser (402), the circulation inlet (113) is kept open, and a user monitors the working state through a wireless control panel (118) outside the space (401) to be disinfected.
