背景技术
动脉斑块的形成可分为各种疾病引起的病理性动脉斑块和健康增龄所致的生理性动脉斑块，均表现为血管的僵硬度增加，顺应性降低和动脉管壁增厚。动脉斑块是心脑血管疾病的发病基础，如冠心病、高血压、老年性痴呆等。现代医学认为动脉斑块主要是由于年龄增大、高脂饮食、运动减少等原因导致血管壁细胞衰老、脂质浸润、动脉粥样硬化。但对于为什么不同年龄的血管结构及功能会发生改变，即动脉斑块的确切病理学机制并不明了。《素问·阴阳应象大论》曰:“积阳为天，积阴为地，阴静阳躁，阳生阴长，阳杀阴藏，阳化气，阴成形"。我们结合临床实践，认为动脉斑块的病机在于阳气亏虚，阴翳内生，痰浊瘀阻经脉，治疗当遵“益火之源，以消阴翳”的原则，以温阳化浊通脉为法。阳气充沛，则痰浊自散，从而使粥样硬化性血管斑块消散，恢复血管弹性。前期临床试验证实该方能把握动脉斑块的根本环节，能有效消散动脉粥样硬化斑块，明显改善患者心脑血管功能，且无毒副作用，是一个较理想的治疗动脉斑块的中药制剂，具有广阔的应用前景和巨大的社会经济效益。

本发明的目的是提供一种治疗动脉斑块的的温阳化浊通脉中药组合物，本中药治疗动脉斑块效果明显，无毒副作用。
本发明为了实现上述目的，采用的技术解决方案是 ：
一种治疗动脉斑块的的温阳化浊通脉中药组合物，由下述重量份配比的原料制成 ：
鹿角胶3-20g 黄芪10-60g 党参10-30g 蜈蚣1-4条 土鳖虫5-20g 淡附片3-10g 桂枝5-15g 白芥子 5-15g 麻黄3-10g 川芎5-20g 熟地黄10-30g 淫羊藿5-15g 当归3-10g 醋莪术5-20g 制枳壳5-20g 甘草3-10g 柴胡5-20g 郁金5-20g 山楂 5-20g 红花2-20g。

（1）将除鹿角胶以外的诸药按照上述重量份配比将混合物与水按照重量比1:5的比例混合，在水中浸泡30分钟；
（2）将所述步骤（1）中的混合物及水煎煮90分钟后，过滤得到第一滤液及滤渣；
（3）将所述步骤（2）中所得滤渣与水按照重量比 1：4的比例混合，再煎煮60分钟，然后过滤得到第二滤液及滤渣，将第一滤液与第二滤液混合，将鹿角胶烊化入混合液，获得药物的汤剂。
本发明的药理及效果如下：
本发明选取鹿角胶、黄芪、党参、蜈蚣、土鳖虫、淡附片、桂枝、白芥子、麻黄、川芎、熟地黄、淫羊藿、当归、醋莪术、制枳壳、甘草、柴胡、山楂、郁金、红花等多味中药制成中药汤剂。
其中，鹿角胶，壮元阳，暖筋骨，益精血。
淡附片，回阳救逆；温补脾肾。
熟地黄，补血滋阴；益精填髓。
淫羊藿，补肾阳，强筋骨，祛风湿。
川芎，行气；活血散瘀。
黄芪，益气。
党参，益气健脾。
当归，补血；活血；止痛。
桂枝，疏风散寒；温阳通脉。
白芥子，化痰逐饮；散结消肿。
麻黄，发汗解表。
蜈蚣，祛风通络。
土鳖虫，破瘀通络。
醋莪术，破血行气。
红花，活血通经。
郁金，活血止痛；行气解郁。
山楂，消食积；散淤血。
制枳壳，破气，行痰，消积。
柴胡，疏肝解郁；解表退热。
甘草，补脾益气，调和诸药。
将上述多味中药原料经过煎煮制备成汤剂，诸药合用，共奏温阳化浊通脉之功。对于治疗中枢神经功能损害效果显著。
临床资料：
为表明本发明药物的治疗效果，本发明经过 120 例颈动脉斑块患者进行系统的临床研究，120 例病例均来源于广州中医药大学附属骨伤科医院。
治疗组：按就诊顺序根据随机数字表法选取 60 例，在原治疗基础上，停用所有治疗药物，单纯服用本发明药物治疗3个月。
对照组：阿托伐他汀( 立普妥，辉瑞制药，20mg，1次/晚) 和阿司匹林( 拜阿司匹林，拜耳医药保健有限公司，100mg，1 次/日),疗程3个月。
两组在病情、性别、年龄、病程等方面经统计学处理差异无统计学意义。
服用方法 ：治疗组 ：每日早晚各一次服用本发明药物的汤剂 300 ml，疗程为1个月。对照组 ：阿托伐他汀( 立普妥，辉瑞制药，20mg，1次/晚) 和阿司匹林( 拜阿司匹林，拜耳医药保健有限公司，100mg，1 次/日)，疗程为3个月。
观察指标和方法
参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》、《中医病证诊断疗效标准》的标准,治愈：斑块消失；有效：斑块厚度、面积无变化；无效：斑块厚度、面积增
加均≥0.2mm。
治疗组60例，治愈9例，显效33例，有效11例，无效5例，总有效率为 91.67％；对照组60例，治愈1例，显效24例，有效18例，无效17例，总有效率为71.67％。 两组的有效率差异有明显统计学意义，治疗组明显优于对照组。

病例一：梁某，男，61岁，2015年08月05日初诊。颈痛头晕反复3年余，加重2天。诊见：颈痛、头晕，活动时头晕加重，无肢体麻木疼痛不适，无头痛，纳眠可，二便正常，舌淡红、苔薄白，脉弦细。检查：颈部肌肉紧张，旋颈试验（+），臂丛神经牵拉试验（-），各肢体感觉、肌力及腱反射正常，病理征（-）。颈动脉彩超：双侧颈动脉硬化伴左颈动脉窦部软斑块形成（7.1*2.6mm），右侧颈内动脉起始端硬斑块形成（4.9*1.0mm）。申请人认为，本病属阳气亏虚，阴翳内生，痰浊瘀阻经脉之动脉斑块，治疗当以温阳化浊通脉为法。处方：鹿角胶烊化6g 黄芪30g党参15g 蜈蚣2条 土鳖虫10g淡附片先煎5g 桂枝10g 白芥子 10g 麻黄5g 川芎10g 熟地黄20g 淫羊藿10g 当归6g 醋莪术10g 制枳壳10g 甘草5g 柴胡10g 山楂10g 郁金10g 红花5g，6剂，每天1剂，水煎服。08月13日复诊：颈痛头晕明显好转，仍守上方，续服6剂。08月20日复诊：颈痛头晕基本消失。仍守上方直至3个月，患者颈痛头晕无复发，复查颈动脉彩超：双侧颈动脉硬化伴左颈动脉窦部软斑块形成（1.8*1.8mm），右侧颈内动脉起始端硬斑块形成（4.4*1.3mm）。

2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种治疗动脉斑块的温阳化浊通脉中药组合物，其特征在于，所述鹿角胶6g、黄芪30g、党参15g、蜈蚣2条、土鳖虫10g、淡附片5g、 桂枝10g、 白芥子10g、 麻黄5g 、川芎10g 、熟地黄20g 、淫羊藿10g、当归6g 、醋莪术10g、制枳壳10g、甘草5g、柴胡10g、山楂10g 、郁金10g、红花5g。
