Background
In traditional Chinese medicine, wind-cold-dampness-heat belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. The rheumatism is caused by the obstruction of meridian tissues caused by the invasion of meridian or endogenous phlegm dampness, heat toxin and blood stasis due to the deficiency of vital qi in vivo, wind cold and dampness heat and the like, and causes pain, numbness, swelling and inflexibility of limbs, joints and muscles. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is mainly used for treating the disease by promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, dispelling wind and dredging collaterals, removing turbidity and opening coagulation, smoothing qi and blood, treating both symptoms and root causes and eliminating pain. At present, a plurality of western medicines for treating the disease can not be cured radically, and have large side effect, some patients take analgesics for a long time for relieving pain and a large amount of hormone medicines for relieving the disease, so that the pain can be relieved, the activity is improved, and the disease condition is relieved. Symptoms may reappear and worsen once the medication is discontinued. The repeated attack may cause yellow and edema of face, osteoporosis and osteonecrosis, resulting in aggravation of the disease. So far, because the internal and external diseases still belong to intractable diseases with unknown causes, some patients take prednisone and dexamethasone as analgesics, so that the pain is slight, the pain is less, the pain is more, the analgesics cannot be removed all the year round, the patients can live for months, the joint swelling, the rigidity and the deformation are caused, the mobility is lost, and great pain is brought to families of the patients.
At present, China has a large number of patients with rheumatism and discomfort of bones, joints and muscles, and the patients can not take care of the life seriously. In the face of patients of the type, a green practical product which can relieve and treat the diseases and has no side effect is urgently needed to meet the requirements of the patients of the type, and no external medicine which can effectively treat rheumatism and bone and joint discomfort exists at present.
The invention provides a wind-dispelling dampness-removing pain-relieving herbal essence which is developed specially for pain symptoms, and the essence is free of hormone, stimulation, heating agent, analgesic, preservative and chemical additive, is convenient to use and is completely efficient. Is suitable for patients with rheumatic osteodynia and strain pain, and sub-health people with soreness, numbness and distending pain such as lower head group, computer group, mahjong group, and driver group. The medicine is in contact with the painful part in a ball rolling way, and quickly permeates to the mass part of the muscles and bones in 3-5 minutes by virtue of the acupuncture principle, so as to achieve the effects of expelling cold and dampness, softening tendons and knots, and relieving pain and stopping pain.

A preparation method of a wind-dispelling dampness-removing pain-relieving herbal essence comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials according to a formula, and uniformly mixing 1, 2-propylene glycol, 1, 3-butylene glycol, a cinnamon extract, a safflower extract, a saffron extract, a garden balsam stem extract, a camphor bark extract and an angelica extract at 15-30 ℃ to obtain the wind-dispelling, dampness-removing and pain-relieving herbal essence.
Ultrasonic synergistic electrostatic field extraction: the ultrasonic wave can destroy the cell walls of the medicinal materials, so that effective substances are easily extracted from the medicinal materials; compared with the traditional method, the method has the advantages of high extraction rate, short extraction time, no need of high temperature in the whole extraction process, energy conservation, environmental protection and the like. The electrostatic field is introduced into the synergistic ultrasonic extraction, which is a new application field of power ultrasound, and the arrangement of water molecules is more ordered by the influence of an external direct current electric field on a water structure because the water molecules are strong polar molecules and the positive and negative electric centers of the water molecules are not overlapped and a molecular electric dipole moment exists. The electric field strengthening can generate small-sized oscillating liquid drops and increase the mass transfer ratio surface; promoting the internal circulation of small-size liquid drops and strengthening the mass transfer coefficient of dispersed phase liquid drops; furthermore, when the dispersed phase passes through the continuous phase, the interfacial shear stress is increased due to the electrostatic acceleration effect, thus enhancing the membrane mass transfer coefficient of the continuous phase.
Freezing and condensing: under normal pressure, the dilute solution and ice are in a solid-liquid phase equilibrium relationship below a freezing point, namely water molecules in the solution are solidified into ice crystals, and the ice is removed by a mechanical means, so that the solvent water in the solution is reduced, the concentration of the solution is improved, and the solution is concentrated. The freeze concentration is carried out at a low temperature below the freezing point of the solution without heating treatment, so that the thermal decomposition of components in the material and the volatilization of aromatic substances are avoided, and the original quality and flavor of the food are fully preserved. In addition, the whole processing operation is realized at low temperature, and the low temperature also inhibits the proliferation of microorganisms and reduces the pollution risk caused by the microorganisms. When a solution containing a plurality of solutes is concentrated by freezing, only water is removed, and other components are not changed.
The wind-dispelling dampness-removing pain-relieving herbal essence can be used by adopting the following method:
for headache, dizziness and carsickness: the traditional Chinese medicine composition is applied to Fengfu points, Taiyang points and cervical vertebra parts of the Fengchi, and is slightly rolled and massaged by balls for 5-10 minutes to absorb heat, so that pain can be relieved immediately after the traditional Chinese medicine composition is used up, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition can also be used in combination with head muscle stirring;
for shoulder and neck, lumbar and joint pain: most of the pain is associated with cold-dampness and damp-heat. When the essence is heated, cold and dampness and damp-heat can be discharged out of the body, and the specific components in the essence can feel slightly hot and pungent when being applied to an affected part, so that the essence is helpful for removing rheumatism, wind cold and damp-heat which cause pain in the body.
