本发明公开了一种紧致按摩油的制备方法，包括以下步骤：A、将3份的芦荟、4份的当归、1份的茯苓、5份的黄瓜、2份的甘草、1份的肉桂和16份的甘油放入粉碎过滤器，加热至85℃后粉碎、取得滤液，保温保存12小时；B、将25份的葡萄籽油、10份的迷迭香叶油、16份的姜根油、2份的龙脑油、5份的乳香油、5份的茶树精油充分混合，注入冷藏罐中，温度保持在3℃；C、将冷藏罐暂停制冷，将步骤A取得的滤液注入冷藏罐中，以100～120rad/min的速度搅拌3min，然后重新开启冷藏罐制冷，温度保持在10℃；D、灌装密封，室温保存。本发明能够改进现有技术的不足，在保证按摩油的药用效果的同时，减少了用药量，提高了药物利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外用护理品，特别是一种紧致按摩油及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们养生保健意识的提高，中医按摩保健越来越受到欢迎。在按摩过程中，为了保护皮肤、提高按摩效果，需要使用到按摩油。按摩油通常具有驱寒祛湿、抗菌消炎、排毒养颜、改善皮肤弹性的功能。但是，现有的按摩油在制备过程中，普遍存在配料量过多，药物的有效成分无法充分利用的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种紧致按摩油及其制备方法，能够解决现有技术的不足，在保证按摩油的药用效果的同时，减少了用药量，提高了药物利用率。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种紧致按摩油的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
以下份数均为质量份数；
A、将3份的芦荟、4份的当归、1份的茯苓、5份的黄瓜、2份的甘草、1份的肉桂和16份的甘油放入粉碎过滤器，加热至85℃后粉碎、取得滤液，保温保存12小时；
B、将25份的葡萄籽油、10份的迷迭香叶油、16份的姜根油、2份的龙脑油、5份的乳香油、5份的茶树精油充分混合，注入冷藏罐中，温度保持在3℃；
C、将冷藏罐暂停制冷，将步骤A取得的滤液注入冷藏罐中，以100～120rad/min的速度搅拌3min，然后重新开启冷藏罐制冷，温度保持在10℃；
D、灌装密封，室温保存。
作为优选，步骤A中，还包括1份的芝麻油。
作为优选，步骤A中，还包括5份的丝瓜和1份的三七。
作为优选，步骤B中，还包括4份的单月硅酸甘油醋。
一种紧致按摩油，使用上述的紧致按摩油的制备方法制备而成。
采用上述技术方案所带来的有益效果在于：本发明减少了按摩油的用药量，完全采用纯天然原料制备而成，没有任何毒副作用。为了提高药物的利用率，根据滤液和油液的不同物相，采用不同的处理方法。对于滤液采用高温提取过滤的加工工艺，可以使活性物质充分析出溶入滤液。油液采用低温保存工艺，是为了在滤液与油液进行混合时，利用温差加快滤液和油液中有效活性物质的互溶，从而提高按摩油的药用效果。

具体实施方式
本发明中使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买，异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制，各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接、粘贴等常规手段，在此不再详述。
实施例1
一种紧致按摩油的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
以下份数均为质量份数；
A、将3份的芦荟、4份的当归、1份的茯苓、5份的黄瓜、2份的甘草、1份的肉桂和16份的甘油放入粉碎过滤器，加热至85℃后粉碎、取得滤液，保温保存12小时；
B、将25份的葡萄籽油、10份的迷迭香叶油、16份的姜根油、2份的龙脑油、5份的乳香油、5份的茶树精油充分混合，注入冷藏罐中，温度保持在3℃；
C、将冷藏罐暂停制冷，将步骤A取得的滤液注入冷藏罐中，以110rad/min的速度搅拌3min，然后重新开启冷藏罐制冷，温度保持在10℃；
D、灌装密封，室温保存。
针对本实施例中的原料加工特点，发明人还提供了一种专门用于加工本实施例原料的粉碎过滤器。参照图1-2，粉碎过滤器包括罐体1，罐体1顶部安装有搅拌电机2，搅拌电机2连接有搅拌轴3，搅拌轴3上固定有若干个刀头4；罐体1侧壁设置有滑槽5，滑槽5内滑动卡接有滤网6，滤网6通过气缸7带动上下移动。刀头4包括刀体8，刀体8的迎液面设置有斜面9，斜面9上设置有贯穿刀体8的通孔10，通孔10顶部设置有与刀体8顶部相贯通的旁通孔11，旁通孔11内设置有副刀片12，副刀片12顶部朝向通孔10一侧倾斜设置，副刀片12与旁通孔11轴线的夹角为45°。
在对滤液进行保温保存时，通过滤网6的上下移动，可以使滤渣在滤液中充分浸泡，从而提高有效物质的充分析出。滤液经过刀体8时，部分滤液进入通孔10，在旁通孔11中副刀片12的切割作用下，对滤液中的微小颗粒进行充分粉碎。
对比例
一种紧致按摩油的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
以下份数均为质量份数；
A、将3份的芦荟、4份的当归、1份的茯苓、5份的黄瓜、2份的甘草、1份的肉桂和16份的甘油放入粉碎过滤器，室温粉碎、取得滤液，室温保存12小时；
B、将25份的葡萄籽油、10份的迷迭香叶油、16份的姜根油、2份的龙脑油、5份的乳香油、5份的茶树精油和步骤A中制得的滤液充分混合；
D、灌装密封，室温保存。
使用上述实施例1和对比例制作对应的按摩油，进行对比试验(每组100名成年志愿者，男女各50名)，每天在腹部使用一次，连续使用30天，结果如下：

本实施例是在实施例2的基础上改进而来的。步骤A中，还包括5份的丝瓜和1份的三七。可以补充气血、活血化瘀。
实施例4
本实施例是在实施例3的基础上改进而来的。步骤B中，还包括4份的单月硅酸甘油醋。单月硅酸甘油醋可以提高滤液与油液的混合均匀度。

B、将25份的葡萄籽油、10份的迷迭香叶油、16份的姜根油、2份的龙脑油、5份的乳香油、5份的茶树精油充分混合，注入冷藏罐中，温度保持在3℃；
C、将冷藏罐暂停制冷，将步骤A取得的滤液注入冷藏罐中，以100～120rad/min的速度搅拌3min，然后重新开启冷藏罐制冷，温度保持在10℃；
D、灌装密封，室温保存。

5.一种紧致按摩油，其特征在于：使用权利要求1-4任意一项所述的紧致按摩油的制备方法制备而成。
