1.一种宠物清洗剂的配方，其特征在于：该材料包括如下成分和重量份数：A相：去离子水90～110份、丙烯酸(酯)类/硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物1.0～3.0份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠16～20份、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯0.1～0.3份、甘油油酸酯0.1～0.3份，椰油酰胺MEA0.6～1.0份；B相：聚季铵盐-10 0.1～0.3份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1～0.3份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5.2～6.1份、高山青竹炭离子2.6～3.4份、氯化钠1～2份；C相：聚二甲基硅氧烷1.0～3.0份、十三烷醇聚醚1.0～3.0份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1.0～3.0份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.0～3.0份、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3～0.7份、西曲氯铵0.3～0.7份、十三烷醇聚醚0.3～0.7份、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.0～4.0份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠1.0～4.0份、椰油酰胺MEA1.0～4.0份、月桂醇聚醚1.0～4.0份、三氯生0.3～0.9份、乙内酰脲0.1～0.5份、三乙醇胺1～3份、香精0.1～0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物清洗剂的配方，其特征在于：100目的所述高山青竹炭离子和300目的高山青竹炭离子按照1:1的分量进行混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物清洗剂的配方，其特征在于：所述氯化钠可去除。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物清洗剂的配方，其特征在于：该材料包括如下成分和重量份数：A相：去离子水100份、丙烯酸(酯)类/硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物2.0份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠18.0份、季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯0.2份、甘油油酸酯0.2份，椰油酰胺MEA0.8份；B相：聚季铵盐-10 0.2份、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.2份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5.7份、高山青竹炭离子3.0份、氯化钠1～2份；C相：聚二甲基硅氧烷2.0份、十三烷醇聚醚2.0份、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇2.0份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2.0份、氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5份、西曲氯铵0.5份、十三烷醇聚醚0.5份、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯3.0份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3.0份、椰油酰胺MEA3.0份、月桂醇聚醚3.0份、三氯生0.6份、乙内酰脲0.3份、三乙醇胺2份、香精0.3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种宠物清洗剂的配方的制备方法，其特征在于：其制备方法为：
(1)步骤一：A相中各组分加入水中，加热至75℃，搅拌使其溶解完全；
(2)步骤二：聚季铵盐-10、瓜尔胶分别用水预分散好，然后再加入B相各组分；
(3)步骤三：将步骤二中取得的物质加入至步骤一取得的水溶液中，搅拌均匀，使其完全溶解；
(4)步骤四：将步骤三所得物质降温至35℃以下；
(5)步骤五：在步骤四得到的水溶液中加入C相物质，搅拌均匀，使其完全溶解；
(6)步骤六：用三乙醇胺调节步骤五取得的水溶液的PH值，使其PH值调节至6.5左右；
(7)步骤七：将步骤六所得物质搅拌均匀，并出料。
