Description

Acupuncture point stimulation instrument and acupuncture point stimulation system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an acupoint stimulation instrument and an acupoint stimulation system.
Background
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine channels and collaterals, no matter which part of the body has a disease, the balance of yin and yang is reflected in the imbalance of yin and yang, and the reason is that the related channels and collaterals are not smooth. The biggest difference between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is that the traditional Chinese medicine treats diseases by taking people as a whole, and the basic principle is that yin and yang of a human body are balanced and diseases are not invaded. While western medicine is targeted therapy, which is headache therapy for head and foot pain therapy for foot. The governor vessel is the sea of all yang meridians of the human body, and the palm governs yang qi of the whole body, while the ren vessel is the sea of all yin meridians of the human body, and governs yin blood of the whole body. Let and governor vessel can be thought of as two main highways, and other vessels are branches connecting the highways. Ren and Du meridians all have the same meaning. The conception and governor vessels of a very healthy person are smooth, but most of the patients are sub-healthy or the conception and governor vessels of the patients are not smooth or are not very smooth. To date, there has not been any effective method that might unblock the conception and governor vessels of a sub-health or patient. Meanwhile, no effective method or instrument can detect whether the conception and governor vessels of one person are unobstructed. Therefore, the existing other methods can not treat diseases by integrating people according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine really, but the headache can only dredge the channels and collaterals related to the headache like western medicine, the foot pain can only dredge the channels and collaterals related to the foot pain, but the conception and governor meridians related to the balance of yin and yang of the whole body are still obstructed.
The diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is a complex system, and for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, the standardized process and result and the quantitative knowledge structure are lacked, so that the popularization and the promotion of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment are limited. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, no matter which part of the body has a disease, it is reflected in the obstruction of related meridians. The corresponding diseases are also better when the meridians are cleared. Therefore, the more serious the disease, the stronger the stimulation to the acupuncture points of the human body is, the more the effect can be achieved. Strong current is required for strong stimulation, and safety concerns need to be considered for strong current. Generally, the more healthy the person, the smaller the maximum current required, but the greater the difference in personality. This is why no electrical stimulation is currently performed with strong currents. The existing instruments have the following defects: (1) the human body can not be detected whether the ren and Du channels of the patient are unobstructed or not, (2) the human body which is not suitable for the heavy current treatment can not be excluded without a safety module; (3) lack of means to quantitatively assess the efficacy of treatment; (4) the inability to track and optimize treatment regimens; (5) no treatment plan can be made.

The electrodes may be any conductive or semi-conductive substance, or the human body.
The current may be gradually increased from low to high in steps of 1 mA. The treatment current of most patients is between 6mA and 14mA, and the treatment current of most patients is about 10 mA. Generally, the more healthy the person, the smaller the maximum current required, but the greater the difference in personality. The more serious diseases, the more powerful the stimulation to the acupuncture points of the human body is, the more effective the disease can be achieved, and the less patients need and can bear the current of 14mA-35 mA.
The technical scheme of the invention can treat certain diseases without any effective method (including western medicine) at present, such as severe ankylosing spondylitis, severe arthritis, paralysis, cerebral thrombosis sequelae, lumbar spinal stenosis and the like.
The following are cases of experimental treatment in the invention process according to the technical scheme of the invention:
ankylosing spondylitis: one of the two cases, Zong xxx, male, 60 years old, Kyowa mountain in Chang Ping district, Beijing City, suffered from ankylosing spondylitis. The disease is not controlled by adopting the methods of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, small needle knife, acupuncture, massage and the like, the disease develops to the cervical vertebra stiffness, the movement is limited, the left and the right can not rotate, the vehicle can not be driven, the vertebra is moderately bent, the whole body is painful, the walking is difficult, and the night sleep is difficult. After 30 times of treatment, the cervical vertebra movement is obviously improved, the cervical vertebra can rotate left and right, and the pain of the lumbar vertebra, the thoracic vertebra and the hip joint is obviously relieved. After 68 days of treatment, the pain of the whole body disappears, the mobility of the waist is increased, particularly the cervical vertebra is greatly improved, the cervical vertebra can freely move back and forth, left and right and up and down, the left and right rearview mirrors can be freely seen, the patient can drive the vehicle, and the patient can basically rest in bed when sleeping.

The left upper limb is thicker than the left lower limb. The operating doctor tells that: the lymph circulation is blocked due to the excision of lymph nodes, and the modern medicine has no good method for treatment and can try to do rehabilitation treatment. The effect of the massage is still not seen every day. After 10 times of continuous treatment by the therapy of the invention, edema gradually subsides, the surface skin is no longer transparent, the upper limb is obviously thinned, the wrist transverse striation appears, the elbow joint can be automatically stretched and bent, and the pain during sleep at night basically disappears. After another 20 consecutive treatments, the function was substantially restored compared to the right hand.
The invention has good treatment effect on various chronic diseases. And has no side effect, and can also strengthen physique: it is manifested by a less common cold after long-term treatment and more energetic than before. In addition, the optimal frequency of the current required by treatment is (40-120 Hz), the optimal treatment frequency is suitable for human body treatment, and discomfort such as nerve injury, low-frequency electrical stimulation and pain caused by a traditional acupuncture method caused by high-frequency electrical stimulation is avoided.
Example two
Each of the following technical features can be combined with the first embodiment alone to form an independent technical solution, or any several of the following technical features can be combined with the first embodiment to form an independent technical solution.
Generally, the more healthy the person, the smaller the maximum current required, but the greater the difference in personality. Although most patients can withstand the highest current required at around 10mA, it can be harmful to a very small percentage of patients (e.g., heart related diseases). The more serious the disease condition, the more the need for strong current stimulation treatment, and the need for strong current to consider safety issues. One of the objectives of the present invention is to solve the problem of excluding patients who may not be eligible for this method.
As shown in fig. 9, the output of the electrode current adopts an alternating current stimulation therapy method, which mainly comprises an isolation transformer step-down circuit unit, a frequency conversion unit and an alternating current stimulation circuit unit. Firstly, 220V alternating current needs to pass through an isolation transformer isolation voltage reduction circuit unit, and a frequency conversion unit carries out frequency and voltage conversion on the treatment alternating current according to parameters set by a control module processor; the alternating current output by the frequency conversion unit is finally loaded on the body of a user through the alternating current stimulation circuit unit.
Further, before formal electric stimulation of acupuncture points, current from low to high is applied to the user through the electrodes for a period of time, the corresponding resistance value of the original acupuncture points of the user, the body temperature value, the blood oxygen value, the heart rate value, the blood pressure value, the breathing index and the front and back change rate of other vital sign indexes are compared, if one or more indexes of the user exceed a preset range, the user is set as a high-risk user for electric stimulation, and electric stimulation is excluded.
The respiratory index comprises respiratory frequency, respiratory capacity and component percentage; other vital signs include, but are not limited to, brain pressure, pulse, and other traditional Chinese medical human health indicators.
For example, the period of time may be about 30S, or longer. The low to high current may be 3-6 mA, or other safe current ranges. The preset range is determined by comparing the change rate probability density distribution function of each index showing normal distribution in the statistical rules before and after applying current in a certain range for a period of time, for example, if any index exceeds the distribution range of plus or minus 3 sigma, the user is set as an electric stimulation high-risk user, and treatment is excluded.
The treatment technical scheme is eliminated, the potential safety hazard of strong current stimulation is solved, a safety foundation is provided for electrical stimulation, and the general popularization and application of the strong current stimulation in medical treatment and health care become possible.
Further, acquiring the data information of the user's original points; the magnitude and time of the output current are determined according to the acquired data information of the primary points, wherein the data information of the primary points comprises resistance values of the primary points of the human body channels and collaterals.
Primary points: the original qi is distributed to the zang-fu organs and the twelve main meridians through the triple energizer, and the remaining parts of the qi at the four limbs are the original points. The primary points are the acupoints where the original qi of the zang-fu organs passes and stays. The twelve main meridians are located at the wrist and ankle joints, and are combined into twelve primary points.
The magnitude and time of the output current are determined according to the acquired data information of the primary points, wherein the data information of the primary points mainly comprises resistance values of the primary points of the human body channels and collaterals.
The device further comprises an acupuncture point detection circuit unit, wherein the acupuncture point detection circuit unit comprises electrodes and a precision resistor which are connected in series, the detection electrodes are connected with the human body meridian original acupuncture points, and the human body meridian resistors and the precision resistor generate voltage division values under current excitation; realizes the measurement of the resistance of the human meridian point.
The meridian detection module: as shown in the hardware circuit diagram of the meridian detection module in fig. 8, the meridian detection module adopts a direct-current constant-voltage meridian resistance detection method, and mainly comprises a constant-voltage source circuit, an acupuncture point detection circuit, a signal conditioning circuit and an AD conversion circuit. The constant voltage source is a direct current constant voltage module, the precision is as high as three thousands of volts, and direct current excitation is provided for the acupuncture point detection circuit; the acupuncture point detection circuit is formed by connecting a detection electrode and a precision resistor in series, the detection electrode is connected with the human body meridian original acupuncture point, and the human body meridian resistor and the precision resistor generate a voltage division value under the direct current excitation; the signal conditioning circuit consists of an RC secondary filter circuit and a signal amplifying circuit and is used for filtering and amplifying the voltage division value acquired by the meridian resistance; the AD acquisition circuit adopts a 16-bit high-precision AD conversion chip, a reference voltage source of the AD acquisition circuit is provided with a special reference chip for power supply, the AD conversion circuit converts acquired meridian resistance voltage value analog quantity into digital quantity, and finally the digital quantity is sent to the MCU controller for data processing, so that measurement of the meridian and acupoint resistance of the human body is realized.
Further, current is injected into the twelve meridian points through electrodes to obtain a U1 value of each meridian, an average or median H is obtained for 12U 1 values of the meridians 6 of the left hand and the right hand, an average or median F is obtained for 12U 1 values of the meridians 6 of the left foot and the right foot, the virtual-real, cold-hot and unbalance values of each meridian are judged according to the average or median of H and/or F, and a health index is obtained according to the virtual-real, cold-hot and unbalance values of each meridian.
The U1 value per pass is the voltage value at maximum constant current I1=200 μ a per pass. The maximum constant current I1 per pass is not limited to 200 μ Α, but can be any value greater than 150 μ Α.
The principle of measuring deficiency and excess, cold and heat and unbalance values of each meridian is as follows:
measurement circuit and electrodes: as shown in FIG. 3, 1 is the body surface, 2 is the primary acupoint, and 3 is the irrelevant electrode
Irrelevant electrode: from the viewpoint of the circuit, if the resistance is small, that is, the area is sufficiently large (more than 100 times larger than the measurement electrode), the electrode is directly clipped to the arm using an indifferent electrode clip for electrocardiography.
A measuring electrode: ensure good electric conduction, and the electrodes should be perpendicular to the acupuncture point body surface during measurement.
Measurement current flowing through the acupuncture point during measurement:
the current direction is as follows: as shown in fig. 3, the indifferent electrode is positive and the measuring electrode is negative.
Relationship of current value to time: fig. 4, in which the test current rises linearly from zero in a constant current manner, reaching 200 μ a at 1 second. Meanwhile, the voltage drop (U) of the current on the tested acupuncture points within the interval of 0-1 second is collected by the computer, as shown in figure 5, the time and the current are in a linear relation. Therefore, the X axis is the current, and the volt-ampere characteristic curve of the acupuncture points is obtained. The corresponding points of the right and left meridians with the same name are sequentially measured to obtain paired voltammetry curves, as shown in FIG. 6. In total, curves of six meridians in hand, six meridians in foot, 12 meridians, 12 pairs and 24 points are measured.
The constant current measuring condition which changes according to a certain rule for time is selected, so that the stability of the measuring condition can be ensured, and the influence of uncertain time factors is avoided. The maximum constant current I1=200 μ a is selected because the curve can reflect some specific forms of the curve, such as breakdown, inflection, etc., only after the current is greater than 150 μ a, but if the current is too large, the electrical characteristics of the acupoint will be changed, such as the resistance of the acupoint is reduced due to the negative current, and the time for recovering to the normal state is longer, which is not favorable for repeated measurement in a short time.
The shape and value of the curve contain the information of the acupoint and also represent the information of the meridian where the acupoint is located, and the current level is the U1 value (calculated value of the meridian voltage when I1= -200 muA) of each meridian.
The calculation process according to the value of U1 can determine that: deficiency, excess and unbalance
The following results should be obtained per calculation:
degree of deficiency and excess of the left and right meridians
Degree of imbalance between left and right meridians
The cold and heat in each meridian
average-H hand (foot F):
hand 6 meridian: the average = H was calculated from 12U 1 values (V) of the right and left hands 6.
Foot 6 warp: the average of 12U 1 values (V) of the left and right hands 6 was set to = F.
The calculation of the false and true discrimination limits is specifically shown in fig. 7:
taking H (or F) as a central value, and taking +/-0.375H (F) as an upper and lower allowable deviation.
The deficiency syndrome: all those with a voltage value U1 higher than H (F) (i.e. larger resistance of the acupoints) are physiological deficiency syndromes. Maximum upper deviation value allowed for hand 6: hx = H +0.375H =1.375H, (with the foot Fx = F +0.375F = 1.375F) and above this value the menstruation was assigned to "pathological deficiency".
"manifestation": those with voltage values U1 lower than H (F) (i.e. smaller acupoint resistance) are physiological syndromes. Lowest allowable lower deviation value for hand 6: hs = H-0.375H =0.625H, (for the foot Fx = F-0.375F = 0.625F) whenever this value is lower, the meridian is considered to be in "pathological condition".
Quantitative representation method of virtual and real degree: expressed as a percentage of the allowable deviation
The "virtual" side is indicated by the "-" sign. The upward deviation from the mean value reached 0.375H (0.375F) — 100%. The patient with an absolute value greater than 100 is determined as "pathological deficiency".
The "solid" side is indicated by a "+" sign. The downward deviation was +100% when the average reached 0.375H (0.375F). Those with absolute values greater than 100 are identified as "pathological manifestations".
Examples of calculation of the degree of virtuality and reality are:
actual symptoms:
the average of the hand 6 was found to be H =14V, 0.375H =5.25V, Hx =14+5.25= 19.25V. Hs =14-5.25= 8.75V.
U1=11.5V for first hand. H-U1= +3.5V, processing result: (+ 3.5/5.25) × 100= +66.7% (physiological fact-sub-health)
U1=5.6V for menses b. H-U1=8.4V, treatment result: (8.4/5.25) = +160% (pathological manifestations)
Deficiency syndrome:
the average F =16V, 0.375F =6V, and Fx =16+6=22V for foot 6 was obtained. Fs =16-6= 10V.
U1=15.4V for the ungual meridian. F-U1= -0.6V, processing result: (-0.6/6) = -10% (physiological deficiency-sub-health)
U1=22.6V for the second leg. F-U1= -6.6V, processing result: (-6.6/6) = -110% (pathological deficiency)
Discrimination between left and right
Calculation of the imbalance bound:
the limit of the difference (imbalance) between the U1 values of the left and right homonyms is 0.375H (0.375F) for the hand (foot), and the physiological imbalance is indicated when the value is smaller than this limit, and the pathological imbalance is indicated when the value is larger than this limit.
The method for expressing the degree of unbalance comprises the following steps:
taking the absolute value of the difference between the left and right meridians: c = U1 left-U1 right agent
The degree of imbalance is also expressed in percent, with a difference of 0.375H, or 100% at 0.375F
Degree of hand channel imbalance = (C/0.375H) × 100%
Degree of foot warp imbalance = (C/0.375F) × 100%
Examples of the calculation of the degree of imbalance:
still taking the above-mentioned hand longitude as an example, H =14V, 0.375H = 5.25V.
Left hand channel U1 left =10V
Right hand channel U1 right =19V
C=︱10-19︱=9V
Degree of unbalance = (9/5.25) × 100% =171%

The twelve main meridians of the human body are the main meridians, and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine considers that the meridians of the human body can form a circulation, and finally a life-staying and balanced situation is formed in the human body, namely the meridians run along, which is a healthy meridian; once the body is affected, the meridians and collaterals will show corresponding symptoms, such as deficiency and excess of meridian qi, stagnation of meridian qi, disorder of meridian qi, and failure of meridian qi. Research shows that the electric conductivity is a biophysical index capable of explaining the objective existence of meridians, and the measurement of the electric conductivity of human body meridians and acupoints is an important method for detecting the health condition. The physiological conditions of the meridians and collaterals are analyzed and judged by injecting biological current into the twelve meridian points and observing the corresponding voltage changes, as shown in fig. 11 and 12; and then, the physiological state and the internal lesion of the human body are judged according to the acquired integral business data of the volt-ampere characteristic curve, and the characteristics and the analyzability of the channels and collaterals can be identified by applying a volt-ampere characteristic curve data processing model, so that the normal range and the abnormal range of the channel and collateral measurement value are established.
By measuring the characteristics of the meridians, the health condition of the patient can be quantitatively obtained. According to the measurement result, an electrical stimulation treatment scheme is given, which comprises the following steps: (1) the specific points to be stimulated are compatible and combined; (2) the magnitude I, frequency f, waveform S, etc. of the current required to be used; (3) the length of time T that a single treatment requires stimulation; (4) recommending a length of time t to wait between treatments; (5) the total number of times n that electrical stimulation therapy is required.
Further, one or more parameters of alternating current waveform, frequency, current and electric stimulation time for stimulating the acupuncture points of the human body can be set.
The treatment scheme is more flexible, and can be adjusted in real time according to the treatment condition.
Further, the alternating current for stimulating the acupuncture points of the human body is one or more of triangular wave, trapezoidal wave, square wave or sine wave.
The waveform S, the frequency f and the size I of the current in the treatment scheme, the time length T of the electrical stimulation treatment, the time length T of the interval required by the electrical stimulation treatment and the number n of times required by the electrical stimulation treatment are generated as follows:
the waveform S of the current is a discrete function, and a specific current waveform is selected according to the interval of the health index, and the form is as follows:
