Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a dermatological treatment instrument which can save the time for replacing a blade, has a better scraping effect on a focus part, can disinfect and apply medicine to the focus part in time, can better collect and centralizedly sterilize the scraped matter, and avoids secondary infection.
In order to solve the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a therapeutic apparatus for dermatological department, which includes a housing, a scraping device disposed inside the housing, a waste-pumping device disposed inside the housing, and a sterilization device.
The casing includes preceding tip and rear end portion, scrapes the inside that clear device, take out useless device and sterilizing equipment all set up at preceding tip.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the dermatological lesion activation treatment device further comprises a sterilizing device, an activating device and a medicine application device; the sterilizing device, the activating device and the medicine applying device are all arranged in the back end part; the one end that is close to preceding tip of back tip is equipped with joint spare, and the one end that is close to back tip of preceding tip is equipped with the joint groove, joint spare can cooperate with the joint groove for back tip is connected with preceding tip is firm.
Further, degassing unit sets up the one end that is close to the preceding tip at back tip, and degassing unit includes medical alcohol storage bottle, micropump, third pipeline, fourth pipeline and alcohol shower nozzle.
Furthermore, one end of a third pipeline is connected with the medical alcohol storage bottle through a connector and extends into the bottom of the medical alcohol storage bottle, and the other end of the third pipeline is connected with the liquid inlet end of the micro pump; one end of the fourth pipeline is connected with the liquid outlet end of the micro pump, and the other end of the fourth pipeline is a closed end; the alcohol spray head is communicated with the fourth pipeline; the bottom of rear end portion is equipped with a plurality of seventh through-holes, and the one end of keeping away from the fourth pipeline of alcohol shower nozzle passes seventh through-hole and is located the outside of rear end portion.
In another optional embodiment of the invention, the activation device is arranged on one side of the disinfection device far away from the front end part, and the activation device comprises an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic transducer, a storage box and an activation massage cushion; the storage box is arranged along the width direction of the shell, the ultrasonic transducer is stored in the storage box, and the ultrasonic generator is arranged above the storage box and is electrically connected with the ultrasonic transducer; one end of the activation massage cushion is connected with the ultrasonic transducer, and the other end of the activation massage cushion is positioned on the lower surface of the rear end part and is used for activating and massaging cells at the focus part.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the medicine applying device is arranged on one side of the activating device far away from the front end part, and comprises an ointment accommodating box and an application roller; the medicine applying roller is arranged at the bottom of the ointment accommodating box and is rotationally connected with the ointment accommodating box; the bottom of the rear end part is provided with an eighth through hole, and when the ointment containing box is contained in the rear end part, the medicine applying roller passes through the eighth through hole and is contacted with the skin; the top of rear end portion is equipped with the ninth through-hole, and the ninth through-hole just sets up with the eighth through-hole, and the ninth through-hole is used for the dismantlement and the change of ointment containing box.
Further, the one end that is close to the back tip of preceding tip is equipped with the battery installation cavity, is equipped with the battery in the battery installation cavity, is equipped with the terminal on the lateral wall of the one end that is close to the front tip of back tip, and one side that is close to the back tip of battery is equipped with the jack, terminal and jack's position phase-match for after back tip and preceding end connection, set up and can be connected and normal work use with the battery in degassing unit and the activation equipment of back tip.
Furthermore, a second power switch is arranged on the side wall of the front end part and used for controlling the on-off of each electric appliance in the rear end part.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

Examples
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 of the present specification, an alternative embodiment of the present invention provides a dermatological treatment apparatus including a housing 10, a scraping device 20 disposed inside the housing 10, a waste device 30 disposed inside the housing 10, and a sterilization device 40.
The shell 10 comprises a front end part 11 and a rear end part 12, and the scraping device 20, the waste extracting device 30 and the sterilizing device 40 are all arranged inside the front end part 11; the scraping device 20 is positioned at one end of the front end part 11 far away from the rear end part 12, and the scraping device 20 comprises a first scraping piece 21 and a second scraping piece 22; referring to fig. 5, a fillet area 13 and a chamfer area 14 are arranged at one end of the front end portion 11 far away from the rear end portion 12, the chamfer area 14 is located at one end of the fillet area 13 close to the rear end portion 12, the highest position of the chamfer area 14 is connected with the lowest position of the fillet area 13, and the lowest position of the chamfer area 14 is connected with the bottom of the housing 10; the first scraping member 21 is arranged in the fillet area 13 and the second scraping member 22 is arranged in the chamfer area 14.
In the embodiment, the focus part is scraped by the scraping device 20, and then the waste scraped by the scraping device 20 is extracted by the waste extracting device 30, so that the waste with germs is prevented from splashing in the process of scraping the focus part, and other parts of a patient are prevented from being infected; further, in this embodiment, through setting up fillet district 13 and chamfer district 14 for the scraping to focus position is the scraping from shallow to deep gradually, scrapes at the first clear piece 21 of scraping of fillet district 13 promptly and has certain distance with the skin, can avoid the scraper to cause the injury to patient's skin.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the first scraping member 21 includes a bearing seat 211 fixedly connected to an inner wall of the housing 10, a first knife shaft 212 rotatably connected to the bearing seat 211, a driven gear 213 disposed at one end of the first knife shaft 212, a first driving member 214 embedded in the inner wall of the housing 10 and configured to drive the first knife shaft 212 to rotate, and a plurality of first scrapers 215 disposed on the first knife shaft 212.
Referring to fig. 5, the fillet area 13 is provided with a first through hole 131 penetrating through the inner and outer walls of the housing 10, the first knife shaft 212 is arranged along the width direction of the housing, the first scraper 215 can penetrate through the first through hole 131 and scrape the focus part, and the lowest part of the first scraper 215 is flush with the highest part of the fillet area 14.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the second scraping member 22 includes two second knife shafts 221 vertically arranged, a supporting member 222 located at a side where the two second knife shafts 221 are far away from each other, a second driving member 223 arranged on the supporting member 222, and a second scraper 224 arranged on the second knife shaft 221; the chamfered area 14 is provided with a second through hole 141 penetrating through the inner and outer surfaces of the housing 10, a mesh-shaped baffle 142 is arranged in the second through hole 141, and the second scraper 224 abuts against the mesh-shaped baffle 142 and is connected with the mesh-shaped baffle 142 in a sliding manner; the second driver 223 is used for driving the second knife shaft 221 to rotate.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the mesh-shaped barrier 142 is a plurality of arc-shaped barrier strips 1421, the arc shape of the arc-shaped barrier strips 1421 is curved from one end of the front end portion 11 far from the rear end portion 12 to one end of the front end portion 11 near the rear end portion 12, and the second scraper 224 is also arranged in an arc shape, the arc direction of the second scraper 224 is opposite to the arc direction of the arc-shaped barrier strips 1421, and the rotation direction of the second scraper 224 is also opposite to the arc direction of the arc-shaped barrier strips 1421.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the second scraping member 22 is used to scrape off the residual focus at the focus position after the first scraping member 21 is scraped off, and because the second scraping member 22 is disposed in the chamfering area 14, in the process of moving the casing 10 forward, the focus position will enter the lower part of the chamfering area 14, and then be scraped off completely under the combined action of the second scraper 224 and the arc-shaped partition 1421, so that the focus position can be completely removed.
Further, in the present embodiment, the angle of the chamfered section 14 with respect to the horizontal direction is set within the range of 10 ° to 15 °.
When the included angle between the chamfering area 14 and the horizontal direction is set in the range, on one hand, the first scraping piece 21 arranged in the fillet area 13 can be effectively ensured to carry out primary scraping from shallow to deep on the focus part; on the other hand, the residual focus after being scraped by the first scraping piece 21 is not too thick, can be gradually scraped completely by the second scraping piece 22, and can also effectively alleviate the working pressure of the second scraping piece 22.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the evacuation device 30 is disposed in the middle of the front end portion 11 and on the side of the chamfered portion 14 adjacent to the rear end portion 12; the waste extracting device 30 includes a waste extracting box 31, a waste collecting box 32, a micro-fan 33 for extracting air from the waste extracting box 31, a first pipeline 34 having one end communicating with the waste extracting box 31, and a second pipeline 35 having one end communicating with the waste collecting box 32.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a third through hole 15 penetrating through the inner and outer surfaces of the bottom of the housing 10 is formed, and the evacuation box 31 is covered above the third through hole 15; the other end of the first pipeline 34 is connected with the air inlet end of the micro fan 33, and the other end of the second pipeline 35 is connected with the air outlet end of the micro fan 33.
The waste collecting box 32 is arranged above the supporting piece 222, referring to fig. 1, the side wall of the shell 10 is provided with a fourth through hole 16 which penetrates through the inner surface and the outer surface of the shell and is communicated with the interior of the waste collecting box 32, a filtering mechanism 321 is arranged in the waste collecting box 32, and the filtering mechanism 321 can extend into the waste collecting box 32 through the fourth through hole 16; the filtering mechanism 321 is arranged along the length direction of the waste collecting box 32, and one end of the filtering mechanism 321 close to the fourth through hole 16 is a closed end, so that the filtering mechanism 321 can seal the fourth through hole 16 after extending into the waste collecting box 32; a fifth through hole 3211 is formed in one side of the filtering mechanism 321 close to the waste extracting box 31, and after the filtering mechanism 321 is completely embedded into the waste collecting box 32, the fifth through hole 3211 is aligned with one end of the second pipeline 35, which is communicated with the waste collecting box 32, so that air entering from the second pipeline 35 completely enters the inside of the filtering mechanism 321; referring to fig. 2, the upper surface of the waste collection box 32 is provided with a sixth through hole 322 penetrating the inner and outer surfaces thereof, and the sixth through hole 322 is used for discharging air in the waste collection box 32.
In this embodiment, the interior of the waste extracting box 31 is extracted by the micro fan 33, so that a negative pressure is formed in the waste extracting box 31, the scraping waste with germs scraped by the first scraper 215 and the second scraper 224 is pumped into the waste collecting box 32 under the action of external atmospheric pressure, the filtering mechanism 321 is arranged in the waste collecting box 32, so that the scraping waste is completely concentrated in the filtering mechanism 321, the scraping waste can be centrally treated, splashing can not occur to pollute the environment, cross infection can not occur to the skin of other parts of a patient, and the effect of avoiding infection is better.
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the waste collection box 32 and the filter mechanism 321 are both made of transparent material; referring to fig. 5 and 6, first silicone sealing strips 111 are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the front end portion 11 along the length direction of the shell 10; a second silica gel sealing strip 112 arranged along the width direction of the shell 10 is arranged on one side of the third through hole 15 close to the rear end part 12; the round corner area 13 and the chamfer area 14 are provided with a baffle 113 at two sides.
In this embodiment, through setting up first silica gel sealing strip 111 in the bottom of casing 10 along the length direction of casing 10 to set up separation blade 113 in fillet district 13 and the both sides of chamfer district 14, can effectively avoid scraping the in-process of scraping the focus position, the phenomenon that the waste matter splashes appears scraping everywhere, that is to say, in this embodiment, first silica gel sealing strip 111 and separation blade 113 can play the effect of blockking to scraping the waste matter, avoid scraping out the waste matter and cause the infection to other positions skin of patient.
In addition, in the present embodiment, a second silicone sealing strip 112 is further disposed on a side of the third through hole 15 close to the rear end portion 12, and the second silicone sealing strip 112 is disposed to ensure that the scraped waste is completely collected by the waste extraction device, and does not splash from the side of the third through hole 15 close to the rear end portion 12.
The sterilization device 40 is a plurality of ultraviolet lamp posts 41 disposed inside the front end portion 11, and the plurality of ultraviolet lamp posts 41 are disposed above the first scraper 21, the second scraper 22 and the waste collection box 32, and are used for sterilizing the first scraper 215, the second scraper 224 and the waste collected in the waste collection box 32.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a battery mounting cavity 114 is disposed at one end of the front end portion 11 close to the rear end portion 12, a battery 1141 is disposed in the battery mounting cavity 114, and the battery mounting cavity is used for supplying power to the first driving member 214, the second driving member 223, the micro-fan 33 and the ultraviolet lamp post 41.
In this embodiment, the useless box 32 of collection and filtration 321 all utilize transparent material to make, and set up ultraviolet lamp pole 41 in the top of the useless box 32 of collection, can disinfect to the discarded object of scraping that has the germ through the ultraviolet ray, can further avoid cross infection, and the ultraviolet ray can also disinfect to first scraper 215 and second scraper 224, when having avoided scraping different focus positions of patient, need incessantly change the trouble of blade, very big saving strikes off the time, improve and strikes off efficiency.
Referring to fig. 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the lesion curettage and treatment apparatus further comprises a sterilizing device 50, an activating device 60 and an application device 70; the sterilizing device 50, the activating device 60 and the applicator device 70 are all disposed inside the rear end portion 12; referring to fig. 1, 7 and 8, one end of the rear end portion 12 close to the front end portion 11 is provided with a clamping member 121, one end of the front end portion 11 close to the rear end portion 12 is provided with a clamping groove 115, and the clamping member 121 can be matched with the clamping groove 115 to enable the rear end portion 12 to be stably connected with the front end portion 11.
Referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, the sterilizing device 50 includes a medical alcohol storage bottle 51, a micro pump 52, a third pipe 53, a fourth pipe 54 and an alcohol spray head 55; one end of a third pipeline 53 is connected with the medical alcohol storage bottle 51 through a connector and extends into the bottom of the medical alcohol storage bottle 51, and the other end of the third pipeline 53 is connected with the liquid inlet end of the micro pump 52; one end of the fourth pipeline 54 is connected with the liquid outlet end of the micro pump 52, and the other end of the fourth pipeline 54 is a closed end; the alcohol spray nozzle 55 is communicated with the fourth pipeline 54; the bottom of the rear end portion 12 is provided with a plurality of seventh through holes 122, and one end of the alcohol spray nozzle 55 far away from the fourth pipeline 54 passes through the seventh through holes 122 and is located outside the rear end portion 12.
In the embodiment, by arranging the disinfecting device 50, after the focus part of the patient is scraped, the micro pump 52 is used for spraying alcohol to disinfect the focus part, so that the later treatment of the patient is facilitated, and the additional disinfecting step is saved.
Further, in the present embodiment, the activation device 60 is disposed on the side of the sterilizing device 50 away from the front end portion 11, and the activation device 60 includes an ultrasonic generator 61, an ultrasonic transducer 62, a storage case 63, and an activation massage pad 64; the storage box 63 is arranged along the width direction of the housing 10, the ultrasonic transducer 62 is stored in the storage box 63, and the ultrasonic generator 61 is arranged above the storage box 63 and electrically connected with the ultrasonic transducer 62; the activating massage pad 64 has one end connected to the ultrasonic transducer 62 and the other end located on the lower surface of the rear end portion 12 for activating massage of cells in the lesion site.
In the present embodiment, ultrasonic activation of the lesion site after sterilization by the activation device 60 can promote blood flow at the lesion site and accelerate cell renewal, and can improve recovery efficiency of the lesion site of the patient.
Further, in the present embodiment, the applicator 70 is provided on the side of the activation device 60 away from the leading end portion 11, and the applicator 70 includes an ointment housing box 71 and an applicator roller 72; the medicine applying roller 72 is arranged at the bottom of the ointment accommodating box 71 and is rotationally connected with the ointment accommodating box 71; the bottom of the rear end part 12 is provided with an eighth through hole 123, and when the ointment accommodating box 71 is accommodated in the rear end part 12, the medicine applying roller 72 passes through the eighth through hole 123 and contacts with the skin; the top of the rear end portion 12 is provided with a ninth through hole 124, the ninth through hole 124 is opposite to the eighth through hole 123, and the ninth through hole 124 is used for detaching and replacing the ointment containing box 71.
In this embodiment, the applicator 70 is provided like a pen point of a ball-point pen, that is, during the rotation of the applicator roller 72 relative to the ointment containing box 71, the surface of the applicator roller can take out the ointment inside the ointment containing box 71 and apply the ointment to the affected part of the patient, so that the application can be uniform and consistent, and the unnecessary waste of ointment can be avoided.
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the side wall of the rear end portion 12 near the end of the front end portion 11 is provided with a terminal 125, the side of the battery 1141 near the rear end portion 12 is provided with a wiring jack 1142, and the terminal 125 and the wiring jack 1142 are matched in position, so that after the rear end portion 12 is connected with the front end portion 11, the disinfection device 50 and the activation device 60 disposed in the rear end portion 12 can be connected with the battery 1141 and used normally.
A first power switch 17 and a second power switch 18 are provided on a side wall of the front end portion 11, the first power switch 17 controls on/off of each electric appliance inside the front end portion 11, and the second power switch 18 controls on/off of each electric appliance inside the rear end portion 12.
