A quick degassing unit of medical instrument which characterized in that: the device comprises a high-temperature drying chamber (5), an irradiation sterilizing chamber (6), a washing spray chamber (7) and a soaking chamber (8), wherein the high-temperature drying chamber (5), the irradiation sterilizing chamber (6), the washing spray chamber (7) and the soaking chamber (8) are all arranged on a storage tank (3), a hollowed-out conveyer belt (4) is fixedly arranged on the storage tank (3), a limiting storage tank is arranged on the hollowed-out conveyer belt (4), a through hole is formed in the side wall of the limiting storage tank, a water seepage port is formed in the bottom of the limiting storage tank, and the hollowed-out conveyer belt (4) sequentially penetrates through the soaking chamber (8), the washing spray chamber (7), the irradiation sterilizing chamber (6) and the high-temperature drying chamber (5);
the device comprises a soaking chamber (8) and a sterilizing tank, wherein pressing rods (21) are symmetrically arranged on the inner side of the soaking chamber (8) corresponding to positions right above the sterilizing tank, the pressing rods (21) press the edge positions on two sides of a hollowed-out conveyer belt (4) to the inner side of the sterilizing tank, auxiliary rollers (20) are symmetrically arranged at the tops of two ends of the sterilizing tank, the bottom of the hollowed-out conveyer belt (4) is tightly attached to the auxiliary rollers (20), a first water discharge pipe (24) is arranged at the bottom of the sterilizing tank, the first water discharge pipe (24) is connected with a water inlet of a sewage treatment device (9), belt wheel sets (23) are symmetrically arranged on the inner bottom of the sterilizing tank corresponding to positions on two sides of the first water discharge pipe (24), and stirring and pushing bulges (25) are movably connected to the positions right above the belt wheel sets (23) on the bottom of the sterilizing tank, wherein one side of the disinfection pool is fixedly provided with a water inlet pipe (22), and the other end of the water inlet pipe (22) is fixedly connected with the disinfection water storage tank (10) through a booster pump body (12);
the washing spray room (7) comprises a main spray pipe (14), side spray pipes (15) and spray heads (16), the main spray pipe (14) is fixedly arranged at the top of the washing spray room (7), the side spray pipes (15) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the main spray pipe (14), the side spray pipes (15) and the main spray pipe (14) are fixedly provided with a plurality of spray heads (16), one end of the main spray pipe (14), which is correspondingly far away from the side spray pipes (15), penetrates through the side wall of the washing spray room (7) and is fixedly connected with another booster pump body (12), the other end of the booster pump body (12) is fixedly connected with the disinfection water storage box (10), the disinfection water storage box (10) is fixedly arranged at the outer side of the washing spray room (7), wherein the bottom of the washing spray room (7) is provided with a second drain pipe (26), the second water discharge pipe (26) is fixedly connected with a water inlet of the sewage treatment device (9);
the irradiation sterilizing chamber (6) comprises ultraviolet irradiation lamps (13), wherein the irradiation sterilizing chamber (6) is divided into a first sterilizing chamber and a second sterilizing chamber, and the ultraviolet irradiation lamps (13) are mounted at the top positions of the inner sides of the first sterilizing chamber and the second sterilizing chamber;
high temperature drying chamber (5) including thermal-insulated mechanism and heater (19), wherein the bottom fixed mounting of high temperature drying chamber (5) has heater (19), the inner wall packing of high temperature drying chamber (5) is provided with thermal-insulated mechanism, thermal-insulated mechanism includes soft bubble layer of rubber and plastic (17) and thermal-insulated tin foil layer (18), wherein the soft bubble layer of rubber and plastic (17) and thermal-insulated tin foil layer (18) bonding are fixed.

The medical instrument rapid disinfection device according to claim 1, wherein: the belt pulley group (23) comprises a servo motor, two driven wheels, a conveying belt and pushing arc-shaped convex blocks fixedly mounted on the outer side of the conveying belt in a staggered mode, and the pushing arc-shaped convex blocks are tightly attached to the stirring pushing bulges (25).
