A handheld disinfection device for general surgery comprises a connecting plate, a disinfection structure and a collection structure, wherein anti-skid feet are fixedly connected to four corners of the bottom of the connecting plate;
the disinfection structure comprises a liquid storage box body, the liquid storage box body is fixedly connected to the top of a connecting plate, the top of the liquid storage box body is fixedly connected with a driving motor, the output end of the driving motor is fixedly connected with a first stirring rod, the surface of the first stirring rod is fixedly connected with a second stirring rod, one side of the second stirring rod is provided with a heater, the heater is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner cavity of the liquid storage box body, the other side of the second stirring rod is provided with a separation net, one side of the separation net is provided with a water pump, the separation net and the water pump are both fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner cavity of the liquid storage box body, the water outlet end of the water pump is fixedly connected with a connecting pipe, one end of the connecting pipe is fixedly connected with a handheld pipe;
the collecting structure comprises a collecting shell, the collecting shell is fixedly connected to the top of the connecting plate, the inner wall of the side face of the collecting shell is in sliding connection with a separating shell, the inner wall of the side face of the separating shell is fixedly connected with a limiting rod, the surface of the limiting rod is in sliding connection with an extrusion plate, one side of the extrusion plate is fixedly connected with a reset spring, and the reset spring is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the separating shell.
Further, the inlet tube is installed at the liquid storage box top, the outlet pipe is installed to liquid storage box one side, collect casing one side and install the blow off pipe, just the equal rigid coupling of outlet pipe and blow off pipe one end has the control valve.
Further, the rotating opening is formed in the top of the liquid storage box body, the bottom end of the first stirring rod penetrates through the rotating opening and extends to the inner cavity of the liquid storage box body, and a plurality of second stirring rods which are uniformly distributed are fixedly connected to the surface of the first stirring rod.
Furthermore, a connector is formed in the top of the liquid storage box body, and one end of the connecting pipe penetrates through the connector and extends to the upper portion of the liquid storage box body.
Further, the handheld pipe is provided with a communicating groove, one end of the handheld pipe is provided with a fixed opening, the fixed opening is communicated with the communicating groove, and one end of the connecting pipe penetrates through the fixed opening and extends into the communicating groove.
Further, separation casing side inner wall rigid coupling has the gag lever post of two symmetric distributions, a plurality of separation hole has been seted up to separation casing bottom, separation casing bottom inner wall sliding connection has the stripper plate of two symmetric distributions, and two the equal rigid coupling in one side that the stripper plate carried on the back mutually has the reset spring that a plurality of all and distribution.
The beneficial effect of this application is: the application provides a handheld degassing unit of department of general surgery.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a handheld disinfection device for general surgery department comprises a connecting plate 1, a disinfection structure and a collection structure, wherein anti-skid feet 2 are fixedly connected to four corners of the bottom of the connecting plate 1;
the disinfection structure comprises a liquid storage box body 3, wherein the liquid storage box body 3 is fixedly connected to the top of a connecting plate 1, the top of the liquid storage box body 3 is fixedly connected with a driving motor 4, the output end of the driving motor 4 is fixedly connected with a first stirring rod 5, the surface of the first stirring rod 5 is fixedly connected with a second stirring rod 6, a heater 7 is installed on one side of the second stirring rod 6, the heater 7 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner cavity of the liquid storage box body 3, a separation net 8 is installed on the other side of the second stirring rod 6, the separation net 8 can protect a water pump 9 and a connecting pipe 10, the position of the connecting pipe 10 is prevented from being influenced when the second stirring rod 6 rotates, the water pump 9 is convenient to use, the water pump 9 is installed on one side of the separation net 8, the separation net 8 and the water pump 9 are fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner cavity of the, one end of the handheld pipe 11 is provided with a cotton ball 12, one side of the connecting pipe 10 is provided with a placing box 13, the placing box 13 is fixedly connected to the top of the liquid storage box body 3, and the placing box 13 is used for placing the handheld pipe 11;
the collecting structure comprises a collecting shell 14, the collecting shell 14 is fixedly connected to the top of the connecting plate 1, the collecting shell 14 is connected with a separating shell 15 in a sliding mode through the inner wall of the side face of the collecting shell, a limiting rod 16 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the side face of the separating shell 15, the limiting rod 16 is connected with an extrusion plate 17 in a sliding mode through the surface of the limiting rod, one side of the extrusion plate 17 is fixedly connected with a reset spring 18, and the reset spring 18 is fixedly connected to the inner.

When the disinfection device is used, the electric appliance elements in the disinfection device are externally connected with a power supply and a control switch when in use, firstly, the heater 7 is utilized to heat the disinfection solution in the liquid storage box body 3, the temperature of the disinfection solution is close to the human body, the discomfort of a patient caused by lower temperature of the disinfection solution is prevented in cold weather, then the driving motor 4 is started, the first stirring rod 5 is driven to rotate, the second stirring rod 6 is driven to rotate, the disinfection solution is stirred, the temperature of each part of the disinfection solution is the same, meanwhile, the precipitation of the disinfection solution can be prevented, the disinfection effect of the disinfection solution is prevented from being influenced by the precipitation, then, one part of the cotton ball 12 is plugged into one end of the handheld pipe 11 by using tweezers, then the water pump 9 is started, the disinfection solution is sent into the handheld pipe 11 through the connecting pipe 10, at the moment, the cotton ball 12 is soaked, and the cotton ball 12 is used for disinfection, the cotton ball 12 is prevented from falling easily when being clamped by tweezers, the disinfection is convenient to be carried out, meanwhile, the cotton ball 12 can be prevented from being dipped in disinfectant for many times, the disinfectant is prevented from being polluted, the used cotton ball 12 can be thrown into the separation shell 15 for collection, then the cotton ball 12 which is replaced by a new one at one end of the handheld pipe 11 can be disinfected next time, when the cotton ball 12 in the separation shell 15 needs to be cleaned, firstly, the two extrusion plates 17 are slid to enable the two extrusion plates 17 to move oppositely, so as to extrude the cotton ball 12, the disinfectant on the cotton ball 12 flows into the lower part of the separation shell 15 through a separation hole arranged at the bottom of the separation shell 15, the disinfectant is collected by the collection shell 14, then, the extrusion plates 17 are loosened, at the moment, under the action of the reset spring 18, the extrusion plates 17 can automatically return to the initial position, and the limit rod 16 can limit the movement of the extrusion plates 17, prevent that the offset takes place when stripper plate 17 removes, then will separate casing 15 and take out, can pour cotton ball 12, be convenient for handle the cotton ball 12 after the use.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the portable disinfection device is simple in structure, disinfectant can be heated through the heater, discomfort of a patient caused by low temperature of the disinfectant can be prevented, the disinfectant can be stirred through the structures such as the driving motor and the second stirring rod, the temperature of each part of the disinfectant is enabled to be the same, the disinfection effect of the disinfectant can be prevented from being influenced by precipitation of the disinfectant, a cotton ball can be conveniently fixed through the handheld pipe, disinfection can be conveniently performed, meanwhile, the cotton ball can be prevented from being dipped in the disinfectant for multiple times through the structures such as the water pump, the cleanness of the disinfectant can be kept, and meanwhile, the disinfectant is prevented from being wasted;
2. this application is rational in infrastructure, can collect the cotton ball after the use through collecting the casing, can be convenient for carry out solid-liquid separation to the cotton ball through separation casing and stripper plate isotructure, can be convenient for take out the cotton ball of collection simultaneously, is convenient for carry out classified collection, processing to the cotton ball and the antiseptic solution after the use.
It is well within the skill of those in the art to implement, without undue experimentation, the present application is not directed to software and process improvements, as they relate to circuits and electronic components and modules.
