拼配提纯灭菌工艺是菊花、香菇、黑木耳等农产品加工的重要工序,如果拼配提纯灭菌方法不当,不仅产品的外形不匀净含有杂质,色香味欠佳,市场售价低,经济效益差,而且还含有虫卵、毛发、泥沙、木屑有害微生物等杂质,直接影响着产品质量安全,当前我国的农产品拼配提纯灭菌,大都是采用简单机械并由人工掌控,有的小厂仅用一块塑料布铺在地上,几把锹和几面筛就进行拼配、提纯、包装,为此不但食品卫生状况较差,而且产品质量也难以保证。此外,在菊叶、香菇、黑木耳等农产品生长过程中,会沾染一些虫卵和有害微生物,如果只采用简单的烘干或晒干方法加工,难以杀灭也影响着食用安全,为此,农产品加工企业都迫切需要一种智能化拼配提纯灭菌方法,来提高其产品质量和经济效益。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种菊花、香菇、黑木耳农产品智能拼配提纯灭菌的工艺。
实施方案:
一种菊花、香菇、黑木耳农产品智能拼配提纯灭菌的工艺,其特征在于:工艺流程为:农产品物料→配制小样→智能称重拼配→掺和拌匀→智能匀堆→风选去杂→色选提纯→微波光波灭菌→智能包装,具体步骤如下:
(1)农产品物料:将通过初制后的菊花、香菇、黑木耳农产品,按各批次规格物料,进行分类分级堆放;
(2)配制小样:根据标准样品的要求,将各批次拼配物料,先配制3-5公斤基础标准小样,并记录好各批次拼配物料的拼配百分比,作为基础对照样品;
(3)智能称重拼配:采用自动化智能程控称重拼配机组根据所拼配的农产品物料规格种类多少,选择几个配料桶进行称重拼配,首先按设定的拼配比例将农产品物料进行称重后输入各个配料桶,当完成设定称量后,配料桶的进料口盖自动关闭,出料口同时打开振动出科,当物料出完后,出料口合闭,进料口盖立刻自动掀开,又开始进料,并以此循环;
(4) 掺和拌匀:将称重后的物料用隧道式匀拌机进行匀拌作业,根据拼配物料的轻重、形状,智能设定搅拌器转速以确保搅拌均匀;
(5)智能匀堆:由带有智能程控模块的匀推机对物料进行匀推,首先将农产品物料由自动输送装置进行振动匀料输入小行车,并由其作来回移动将物料撒向匀堆槽,再经2次翻拌匀料,使物料混合拼配匀堆匀净一致;
(6) 风选去杂:将匀堆后各种农产品物料,应用风选机设置的振动筛与智能吹风机作风选去杂,其物料先经过振动筛筛去泥沙杂物,再按照不同农产品物料,进行设定不同档位的吹风量,通过吹风浮扬方式,吹去夹带的灰片末,以保持物料纯净;
(7)色选提纯:将风选去杂后的农产品,输入光电色选机,利用智能识别系统的识别拣剔作用,将梗茎、布片、木屑、纸片、塑料、纤维、植物花草叶与茎皮壳等杂物进行识别清除,使产品纯度度达99.5%以上;
(8)微波光波灭菌:将风选去杂后的物料输入微波光波灭菌机,并按照不同农产品物料含水量标准,智能设定为60-106℃的温度进行灭菌与干燥;
(9)智能包装:应用自动包装机进行包装,智能设定电子称重、填装封口、标签打码等程序,作—次性自动包装,使得称重误差率小于0.1%,确保达到防潮、不透光、不漏气,封口严密保鲜。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
本发明所采用的技术方案工艺流程为:农产品物料→配制小样→智能称重拼配→掺和拌匀→智能匀堆→风选去杂→色选提纯→微波光波灭菌→智能包装。
农产品智能拼配提纯灭菌方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)农产品物料:将通过初制后的菊花、香菇、黑木耳农产品,按各批次规格物料,进行分类分级堆放。
(2)配制小样:根据标准样品的要求,将各批次拼配物料,先配制3-5公斤基础标准小样,并记录好各批次拼配物料的拼配百分比,作为基础对照样品。然后将50%的基础标准对照样品交给客户认定,另外的50%对照小样,作为标准样品存档备存,当客户确认配制小样的色香味形品质后,再按此标准比例进行实际销量拼配。
(3)智能称重拼配:采用由5-7个圆柱型不锈钢配料桶、5-7个电子秤、5-7条输送带组成自动化智能程控称重拼配机组,根据所拼配的农产品物料规格种类多少,选择几个配料桶进行称重拼配。首先由调频匀速输送带,将各种拼配物料通过电子称重装置,按设定的拼配比例进行称重后,输入各个圆柱型配料桶。当完成设定称量后,配料桶的进料口盖自动关闭,出料口同时打开振动出科。当物料出完后,出料口合闭,进料口盖立刻自动掀开,又开始进料、称重、出料以此循环,作称重配料拼配流水作业。
(4) 掺和拌匀:将称重后的物料,使用隧道式匀拌机进行匀拌作业,该机长8-10米,宽0.6米,高0.8米,隧道深0.6米,每隔2米安装一个匀拌器,可根据拼配物料的轻重,形状智能设定搅拌器转速以确保搅拌均匀。
(5)智能匀堆:匀堆机由箱式机体、输送装置,小行车、匀堆槽、匀料器等组成。匀堆物料由输送装置进行振动输送,该输送装置长4米,由4个齿状匀料器,作振动匀料输入小行车,并由其作来回移动将物料撒向匀堆槽,再经2次翻拌匀料,作均匀拼配。因匀堆机采用智能程控模块,自动控制输送与匀堆作业,所以可使物料混合拼配匀堆匀净一致。

将不同批次采烘的香菇分开摊放,经配制小样→智能称重→掺和拌匀工序后,将输送装置的匀叶器转速设为30-35rpm/分钟,输送振动频率设为25-26次/分钟输往匀堆机,匀堆机的输送装置设为"1档"作快速输料,匀堆槽上方的小行车设为"1档"作快速移动撒料,翻拌器设为"1档"作快速匀料。将风选机设定"1档"以快振动抖筛和0.6-0.7立方米/分钟大风量,除掉泥沙、香菇碎未与木屑。光电色选机,同样采用全选模块除杂物,微光波机加热量设为60-65℃,温度太高会使香菇表面变黑影响品质,当干燥灭菌香菇的含水量≤10%时,送往包装机包装入库。
实施3.黑木耳拼配匀堆包装方法:
将不同批次采烘的黑木耳,经配制小样→智能称重→掺和拌匀工序后,以匀叶器转速22-23rpm/分钟,振动频率20-21次/分钟输往匀堆机,匀堆输送装置设定为"1档"作快速输料,匀堆槽上方的小行车设定为"2档"作中速移动撒料,翻拌器设为"3档"作慢速匀料。拼配匀堆后黑木耳,将风选机设定为"2档"以慢振动抖筛和0.5-0.6立方米/分钟的风量,抖吹去泥沙、碎末,光电色选机采用全选模块清除杂物,微光波干燥灭菌的温度,设为100-106℃,当含水量≤8.5%时,再送往包装机包装入库。

(2)配制小样:根据标准样品的要求,将各批次拼配物料,先配制3-5公斤基础标准小样,并记录好各批次拼配物料的拼配百分比,作为基础对照样品;
(3)智能称重拼配:采用自动化智能程控称重拼配机组根据所拼配的农产品物料规格种类多少,选择几个配料桶进行称重拼配,首先按设定的拼配比例将农产品物料进行称重后输入各个配料桶,当完成设定称量后,配料桶的进料口盖自动关闭,出料口同时打开振动出科,当物料出完后,出料口合闭,进料口盖立刻自动掀开,又开始进料,并以此循环;
(4) 掺和拌匀:将称重后的物料用隧道式匀拌机进行匀拌作业,根据拼配物料的轻重、形状智能设定搅拌器转速以确保搅拌均匀;
(5)智能匀堆:由带有智能程控模块的匀推机对物料进行匀推,首先将农产品物料由自动输送装置进行振动匀料输入小行车,并由其作来回移动将物料撒向匀堆槽,再经2次翻拌匀料,使物料混合拼配匀堆匀净一致;
(6) 风选去杂:将匀堆后各种农产品物料,应用风选机设置的振动筛与智能吹风机作风选去杂,其物料先经过振动筛筛去泥沙杂物,再按照不同农产品物料,进行设定不同档位的吹风量,通过吹风浮扬方式,吹去夹带的灰片末,以保持物料纯净;
(7)色选提纯:将风选去杂后的农产品,输入光电色选机,利用智能识别系统的识别拣剔作用,将梗茎、布片、木屑、纸片、塑料、纤维、植物花草叶与茎皮壳等杂物进行识别清除,使产品纯度度达99.5%以上;
(8)微波光波灭菌:将风选去杂后的物料输入微波光波灭菌机,并按照不同农产品物料含水量标准,智能设定为60-106℃的温度进行灭菌与干燥;
(9)智能包装:应用自动包装机进行包装,智能设定电子称重、填装封口、标签打码等程序,作—次性自动包装,使得称重误差率小于0.1%,确保达到防潮、不透光、不漏气,封口严密保鲜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种菊花、香菇、黑木耳农产品智能拼配提纯灭菌的工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中基础对照样品的50%交给客户认定,另外的50%作为标准样品存档备存,当客户确认配制小样的色香味形品质后,再按此标准比例进行实际销量拼配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种菊花、香菇、黑木耳农产品智能拼配提纯灭菌的工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中隧道式匀拌机的机长8-10米,宽0.6米,高0.8米,隧道深0.6米,每隔2米安装一个匀拌器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种菊花、香菇、黑木耳农产品智能拼配提纯灭菌的工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中输送装置长4米,由4个齿状匀料器,作振动匀料输入小行车。
