Abstract

本发明公开了种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,在溶剂的存在下使乳果糖、多效唑、维生素、氨基酸以及水溶性壳聚糖混合以形成生物制剂。有益效果为:该方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,所加入的乳果糖具有一定的诱导蔬菜抗病及调节蔬菜生长的活性;所加入的多效唑促使叶色浓绿以及根系发达,同时增加蔬菜抗逆性;所加入的水溶性壳聚糖具有良好的抑菌效果,既能给蔬菜杀虫,抗病,起到肥料的作用,又能分解微量金属元素,从而转化为蔬菜的营养素,增强蔬菜的免疫力。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业领域,尤其是涉及种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法。
背景技术
有机蔬菜,是指在蔬菜生产过程中严格按照有机生产规程,是遵循自然规律和生态学原理,采取一系列可持续发展的农业技术,协调种植平衡,维持农业生态系统持续稳定,且经过有机食品认证机构鉴定认证,并颁发有机食品证书的蔬菜产品。有机蔬菜是有机农业中的一部分,必须经过国家专门机构认证,根据有机农业的原则吸取了几千年来传统农业的精华,结合蔬菜作物自身的特点,强调因地因时因物制宜的耕作原则,采用天然材料和与环境友好的农作方式,恢复园艺生产系统物质能量的自然循环与平衡。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,该方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,制备的产品具有良好的生长调节效果。
为了达到上述目的本发明提供的技术方案为:种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:在溶剂的存在下使乳果糖、多效唑、维生素、氨基酸以及水溶性壳聚糖混合,形成生物制剂。该方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,所加入的乳果糖具有一定的诱导蔬菜抗病及调节蔬菜生长的活性;所加入的多效唑促使叶色浓绿以及根系发达,同时增加蔬菜抗逆性;所加入的水溶性壳聚糖具有良好的抑菌效果,既能给蔬菜杀虫,抗病,起到肥料的作用,又能分解微量金属元素,从而转化为蔬菜的营养素,增强蔬菜的免疫力。
作为优选,混合在介于5与7的pH下进行。
作为优选,混合在介于30℃与35℃的温度下进行。该条件下,各组分的活性成分在溶剂中能够充分溶出,提高所得产品的生长促进效果,使原料资源得到了充分利用,具有良好的经济效益。
作为优选,溶剂为蒸馏水或乙醇或丙酮或乙醚。
作为优选,混合在存在表面活性剂的情况下进行。所加入的表面活性剂吸附于混合物的粒子表面形成不同的分散体系,起到乳化。润湿、增溶、消泡、起泡、稳定的作用;且在制剂的使用过程中,表面活性剂可以改善制剂在蔬菜表面上的分布、附着、渗透等,提高制剂的有效转移,直接或间接地提高制剂的有效利用率。
作为优选,表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或木质磺酸盐或烷基萘磺酸盐。
作为优选,氨基酸为天门冬氨酸或甘氨酸或脯氨酸。氨基酸是作物生长所必需的营养物质,其对作物的光合作用具有促进作用,氨基酸能够增加蔬菜叶绿素含量,提高蔬菜组织内酶的活性,促进二氧化碳的渗透,使光合作用更加旺盛,能够极大地提高蔬菜的品质。
作为优选,乳果糖、多效唑、维生素、氨基酸以及水溶性壳聚糖的比为3-4:2-7:1-2:0.4-0.8:5。该条件下,各组分具有协同作用,能够显著提高蔬菜生长剂的功效,促进蔬菜生长、花芽形成,提高蔬菜的抗老化性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:该方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,所加入的乳果糖具有一定的诱导蔬菜抗病及调节蔬菜生长的活性;所加入的多效唑促使叶色浓绿以及根系发达,同时增加蔬菜抗逆性;所加入的水溶性壳聚糖具有良好的抑菌效果,既能给蔬菜杀虫,抗病,起到肥料的作用,又能分解微量金属元素,从而转化为蔬菜的营养素,增强蔬菜的免疫力。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例进一步详细描述:
实施例1:种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先使乳果糖、多效唑、维生素、天门冬氨酸以及水溶性壳聚糖按3:2:1:0.4:5混合,加入占乳果糖质量630%的水,接着再加入占乳果糖质量5%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,调节pH为5,在温度30℃下搅拌溶解,得生物制剂;各组分具有协同作用,能够显著提高蔬菜生长剂的功效,促进蔬菜生长、花芽形成,提高蔬菜的抗老化性能。
实施例2:种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先使乳果糖、多效唑、维生素、甘氨酸以及水溶性壳聚糖按4:7:2:0.8:5混合,加入占乳果糖质量630%的水,接着再加入占乳果糖质量5%的木质磺酸盐,调节pH为7,在温度35℃下搅拌溶解,得生物制剂;该方法简单,原料易得,成本低廉,所加入的乳果糖具有一定的诱导蔬菜抗病及调节蔬菜生长的活性;所加入的多效唑促使叶色浓绿以及根系发达,同时增加蔬菜抗逆性;所加入的水溶性壳聚糖具有良好的抑菌效果,既能给蔬菜杀虫,抗病,起到肥料的作用,又能分解微量金属元素,从而转化为蔬菜的营养素,增强蔬菜的免疫力。
实施例3:种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先使乳果糖、多效唑、维生素、脯氨酸以及水溶性壳聚糖按3:6:2:0.8:5混合,加入占乳果糖质量630%的水,接着再加入占乳果糖质量5%的烷基萘磺酸盐,调节pH为5,在温度31℃下搅拌溶解,得生物制剂,氨基酸是作物生长所必需的营养物质,其对作物的光合作用具有促进作用,氨基酸能够增加蔬菜叶绿素含量,提高蔬菜组织内酶的活性,促进二氧化碳的渗透,使光合作用更加旺盛,能够极大地提高蔬菜的品质。
实施例4:种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先使乳果糖、多效唑、维生素、脯氨酸以及水溶性壳聚糖按3.5:4:1.5:0.6:5混合,加入占乳果糖质量630%的水,接着再加入占乳果糖质量5%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、占乳果糖质量1.2%的普鲁兰多糖以及占乳果糖质量0.2%的乙烯亚胺,调节pH为6,在温度32℃下搅拌溶解,得生物制剂;所加入的普鲁兰多糖和乙烯亚胺具有协同作用,能够捕捉蔬菜在干旱胁迫下所产生的过量活性氧自由基,降低了细胞膜的渗透性受到的破坏程度,保持细胞膜的完整性,从而提高了蔬菜抵抗干旱胁迫的能力,增强产品的生长调节效果。

3.根据权利要求1所述的种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混合在介于30℃与35℃的温度下进行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述溶剂为蒸馏水或乙醇或丙酮或乙醚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混合在存在表面活性剂的情况下进行。
6.根据权利要求5所述的种植有机蔬菜用的生物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚或木质磺酸盐或烷基萘磺酸盐。
