背景技术
传统的单片光伏电池片的尺寸较大,采用这种光伏电池片串联方式的光伏组件的收集电流密度不均匀,光电转化的功率损失较大。光伏叠瓦组件是一种新型的组件设计方案,旨在使有限的面积内排布更多的电池单片,提高空间面积的利用率。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种CIGS光伏叠瓦组件,该叠瓦组件能够有效提高太阳能电池空间面积的利用率,而且单片的连接方式极大的提高了组件的安装效率。
发明内容:为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术手段为:
一种CIGS光伏叠瓦组件,纵向上由依次连接的前膜层、第一交联层、电池模块、第二交联层和背板组成;其中,所述电池模块由一个或多个串联的电池串组成,每个电池串由多个电池片依次串接组成,每个电池片的边缘具有叠层,叠层的宽度为3~4mm,导电胶带设置在叠层中,相邻电池片通过导电胶带连接;相邻电池串通过汇流焊带连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步说明。
如图1~3所示,本发明CIGS光伏叠瓦组件,纵向上由依次连接的前膜层1、第一交联层2、电池模块3、第二交联层8和背板4组成;其中,电池模块3由一个或多个串联的电池串7组成,每个电池串7由多个电池片9(叠瓦单片)依次串接组成,每个电池片9的边缘具有叠层17,叠层17的宽度为3~4mm,导电胶带18设置在叠层17中,相邻电池片9通过导电胶带18连接,相邻电池串7通过汇流焊带连接,汇流焊带一端连接上一个电池串7的正极,一端串联下一个电池串的负极。导电胶带18位于电池片9与电池片9叠加区域之间,采用平铺粘接的方式进行连接。
电池片9为CIGS电池片,CIGS电池片沿纵向由下到上依次为:背电极10、CIGS光吸收层11、缓冲层12、窗口层13、减反膜14和前电极16。其中,背电极10为金属Mo层,其厚度为100nm,其方块电阻为0.32Ω;CIGS光吸收层11采用磁控溅射方法制备,溅射工艺参数如下:溅射功率为100W,溅射气压为0.2Pa,衬底温度为380℃,沉积时间为2h。薄膜厚度为1.5nm,其由如下化学组分组成:Cu24.5at%、In19at%,Ga5.5at%,Se51at%;缓冲层12同样采用溅射工艺制备,主要成分为In2Se3,瓣射功率为80W,溅射气压为0.5Pa,沉积时间为50s,沉积温度为200℃;以本征氧化锌层13(i-ZnO层)作为窗口层来生长前电极16,本征氧化锌层13厚度在50nm左右;前电极16是A1掺杂的ZnO薄膜,在纯氩气环境中溅射,溅射功率为100W,衬底温度为200~250℃,溅射气压0.2Pa,溅射时间为1h;减反膜14为双层复合减反膜。双层复合减反膜由上层SiO2复合膜和下层SiO2复合膜组成;上层SiO2复合膜由如下重量份数的组分:40~50份正硅酸乙酯、10~15份盐酸、2~3份氟化镁、20~30份乙醇、10~15份磷酸二氢铝、5~6份分散剂、3~4份多聚磷酸、1~2份十二烷基磺酸钠以及0.5~1份醋酸纤维素制成SiO2溶胶I,下层SiO2复合膜由如下重量份数的组分:40~50份正硅酸乙酯、10~15份氨水、10~15份有机醇胺、6~8份柠檬酸钠、5~6份分散剂、3~4份脂肪醇羧酸酯、1~2份十二烷基磺酸钠以及0.5~1份醋酸纤维素制成SiO2溶胶II;在相对湿度环境<50%的环境下,将经过预处理的基底浸入SiO2溶胶I中,采用浸渍提拉法在基底上镀膜,其中,提拉速度为80mm/min;提拉后将镀膜的基底静置10min,再将基底浸入SiO2溶胶II中,采用40mm/min提拉速度进行镀膜即可得到双层复合减反膜,将减反膜通过导电胶涂覆在窗口层上,同时在减反膜上蚀刻出对应的电极电路。该双层复合减反膜在400~800nm范围内透光率高,400~800nm光谱范围内平均透过率大于99.9%,比(窗口层上)没有镀膜时透光率增加了10%以上,从而有效增大了太阳能电池板对太阳光的利用率,同时机械性能和耐候性良好,具有长的使用寿命。
前膜层1为高透前膜,厚度为50~300μm,前膜层是高透明的,起绝缘和防护性能;第一交联层2和第二交联层8均为POE胶膜层,EVA胶膜层具有固封、绝缘和防水的功能,其胶面均与电池模块3相接,其厚度为100~600μm,第一交联层2和第二交联层8设置于电池模块3的上下表面,前膜层1和背板4分别设置在第一交联层2和第二交联层8的外侧,背板4具有承载电池模块3和绝缘防护的功能。
如图4所示,该CIGS光伏叠瓦组件电池模块由一个电池串7组成,电池串7由4个叠瓦单片9采用导电胶带18串接而成;电池模块3还包括作为电极端的正负极导流条19。
如图5所示,该CIGS光伏叠瓦组件电池模块由四个串联的电池串7组成,四个电池串7通过导电胶带18串联起来,每个电池串7由8个叠瓦单片9采用导电胶带18串接而成;电池模块3还包括作为电极端的正负极导流条19。

7.根据权利要求6所述的CIGS光伏叠瓦组件,其特征在于:所述双层复合减反膜由上层SiO2复合膜和下层SiO2复合膜组成;上层SiO2复合膜由如下重量份数的组分:40~50份正硅酸乙酯、10~15份盐酸、2~3份氟化镁、20~30份乙醇、10~15份磷酸二氢铝、5~6份分散剂、3~4份多聚磷酸、1~2份十二烷基磺酸钠以及0.5~1份醋酸纤维素制成SiO2溶胶I,下层SiO2复合膜由如下重量份数的组分:40~50份正硅酸乙酯、10~15份氨水、10~15份有机醇胺、6~8份柠檬酸钠、5~6份分散剂、3~4份脂肪醇羧酸酯、1~2份十二烷基磺酸钠以及0.5~1份醋酸纤维素制成SiO2溶胶II;将SiO2溶胶II和SiO2溶胶I依次采用浸渍提拉法在基底上镀膜得到双层复合减反膜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的CIGS光伏叠瓦组件,其特征在于:所述前膜层为高透前膜,厚度为50~300μm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的CIGS光伏叠瓦组件,其特征在于:所述第一交联层和第二交联层均为EVA胶膜层,其胶面均与电池模块相接,其厚度为100~600μm。
