Abstract
本发明一种气凝胶防火门芯板,包括气凝胶层及复合防火层。所述的气凝胶层为二氧化硅气凝胶粉末与玻璃纤维、聚四氟乙烯等组成的复合材料。所述的复合防火层表面为气凝胶涂层。采用气凝胶复合材料作为芯材,不仅提高了防火门整体防火性能及隔声性能,而且降低了防火门重量。本发明结构合理,所使用的材料易得,工作性能稳定、操作简单、可实现重复性操作,适应大规模工业生产的需要。

技术领域
本发明属于安全工程技术领域,具体涉及一种气凝胶防火门芯板。
背景技术
防火门是消防设施中的重要组成部分,与一般防盗门的区别主要在于其门板内填料是防火材料,具有较好的耐火性和隔热性,在发生火灾条件下,可起到阻止火势蔓延、隔离未燃可燃物的作用,为人员疏散提供宝贵的时间。
防火门芯板是防火门的核心组成部件,目前市场上的防火门芯板主要填充材料为蛭石、硅酸铝棉、岩棉、无机发泡和珍珠岩防火板。气凝胶材料具有三维纳米网络结构,是一种新型的轻质纳米多孔非晶固态材料,并且具有高孔隙率、低密度、低热导率、不燃等特点,是制作防火门芯板的理想材料。将气凝胶与其他材料复合,弥补其易碎的缺点,可极大提高防火门隔热性能,减轻防火门重量。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种气凝胶防火门芯板,以弥补现有技术的不足,来满足生产的需要。
本发明一种气凝胶防火门芯板,包括气凝胶层及复合防火层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述的气凝胶层为二氧化硅气凝胶粉末与玻璃纤维、聚四氟乙烯等组成的复合材料。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,气凝胶粉末中位粒径大于25微米。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述的复合防火层表面为气凝胶涂层。
本发明的有益效果为,所述一种气凝胶防火门芯板以气凝胶复合材料为基板,在正反两面设置复合防火层,且复合防火层表面为气凝胶涂层,大大提高了防火隔热性能,采用气凝胶复合材料作为芯材,不仅提高了防火门整体防火性能和隔声性能,且降低了防火门重量。本发明结构合理,所使用的材料易得,工作性能稳定、操作简单、可实现重复性地操作,适应大规模工业生产的需要。

实施例1:
图1为本发明一种气凝胶防火门芯板的结构示意图。本发明是一种气凝胶防火门芯板,包括气凝胶层(1)及复合防火层(2),所述的气凝胶层(1)为100目的二氧化硅气凝胶粉末与聚四氟乙烯的复合,二氧化硅气凝胶粉末所占比例约为40wt%,气凝胶层(1)厚度为1.5 cm;所述的复合防火层(2)由内到外依次为玻璃纤维布(21)、水泥发泡保温板(22)、气凝胶防火涂层(23),玻璃纤维布(21)厚度为2 mm,水泥发泡保温板(22)厚度为2.5 cm,气凝胶防火涂层(23)为添加了二氧化硅气凝胶粉末的防火涂层,厚度为1.5 mm。
实施例2:
本实施例中,气凝胶层(1)为二氧化硅气凝胶粉末与玻璃纤维组成的复合材料,其他设置与实施例1相同。

1.本发明一种气凝胶防火门芯板,其特征在于:气凝胶层为二氧化硅气凝胶粉末与玻璃纤维、聚四氟乙烯等组成的复合材料,所述的复合防火层表面为气凝胶涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气凝胶防火门芯板,其特征在于:复合防火层为水泥发泡保温板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气凝胶防火门芯板,其特征在于:气凝胶层的导热系数小于0.04W/mK。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气凝胶防火门芯板,其特征在于:气凝胶粉末中位粒径大于25微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种气凝胶防火门芯板,其特征在于:气凝胶层的厚度可根据需要调整。
