本发明公开了一种无机材料结合花纸及其制备方法,它应用亚光颜料和亮光颜料,所述亚光颜料包括质量比为10:7的亚光无机颜料和调墨油,所述亮光颜料包括质量比为10:6的亮光无机颜料和调墨油,所述亚光无机颜料的组分及各组分质量份如下:玻璃料化学品:60~70份;铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:5~10份;氧化钡:10~20份;降温助剂:5~10份;所述亮光无机颜料的组分及各组分质量份如下:高岭土:70~80份;铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:20~30份。本发明的无机材料结合花纸能够呈现一种亮光和亚光结合的艺术效果。

无机材料结合花纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无机材料结合花纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,在日用陶瓷贴花行业中,通常采用烧烤呈色温度比较接近的金属氧化物制成的发光剂(行业称之为颜料),一但发光剂之间的烧烤呈色温度较大,就会因为在烧烤过程中相互发生化学反应,呈现出极不理想的色彩,从而使陶瓷失去了艺术价值。所以目前陶瓷行业中还没有烧烤呈色温度较大的艺术品,产品也就比较单调,缺少陶瓷艺术价值。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种无机材料结合花纸,它在烧烤后能够呈现一种亮光和亚光结合的艺术效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种无机材料结合花纸,它应用亚光颜料和亮光颜料,所述亚光颜料包括质量比为10:7的亚光无机颜料和调墨油,所述亮光颜料包括质量比为10:6的亮光无机颜料和调墨油,所述亚光无机颜料的组分及各组分质量份如下:
玻璃料化学品:60~70份;
铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:5~10份;
氧化钡:10~20份;
降温助剂:5~10份;
所述亮光无机颜料的组分及各组分质量份如下:
高岭土:70~80份;
铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:20~30份。
进一步,所述氧化钡的颗粒细度范围为15~25μm。
进一步,所述调墨油的组分及各组分的质量份如下:
水性固体丙烯酸树脂:60~70份;
有机溶剂:5~10份;
增塑剂:10~20份。
本发明还提供了一种无机材料结合花纸的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:
S1:制备亚光颜料和亮光颜料,采用丝网印刷机将压光颜料第一遍印刷在水转印底纸上;
S2:将水转印底纸第一次烘干;
S3:采用丝网印刷机将亮光颜料第二遍印刷在水转印底纸上,完成装饰图案的印刷;
S4:将水转印底纸第二次烘干;
S5:采用丝网印刷的方式将封面油覆盖在丝网印刷的装饰图案上,然后经过烧烤,得到无机材料结合花纸。
进一步,在步骤S2和步骤S4中,烘干的条件为:温度32~38℃;相对湿度:45~60%;烘干时间:50分钟~70分钟。
进一步,在步骤S5中,烧烤的温度为:760℃~780℃,所述亚光颜料和所述亮光颜料的烧烤呈色温度为760℃。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的无机材料结合花纸,采用的是结合烧烤呈色温度在760℃及烧烤呈色温度在840℃的颜料,在烧烤呈色温度在840℃的颜料中添加降温助剂,形成本发明所需要的亚光无机颜料,使其烧烤呈色温度达到760℃,同时也让其在烧烤后可以呈现一种亮光和亚光结合的艺术效果,在烧烤呈色温度较高的颜料中添加降温助剂,一是为了达到产品的光效果,二是为了达到跟呈色温度在760℃的亮光无机颜料在烤花过程中温度一致,花纸的印刷过程中还要注意尽量避免色彩重置,采用平丝结合的方法,尽量减少墨层厚度,印制时,呈色温度较低的印在下面,温度偏高的印在上面,这样利于高温颜料在未有熔融的颗粒间隙可让下面的颜料熔融气体通过,避免爆花。

为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面根据具体实施例,对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一
一种无机材料结合花纸,它应用亚光颜料和亮光颜料,所述亚光颜料包括质量比为10:7的亚光无机颜料和调墨油,所述亮光颜料包括质量比为10:6的亮光无机颜料和调墨油,所述亚光无机颜料的组分及各组分质量份如下:
玻璃料化学品:60份;
铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:5份;
氧化钡:10份;
降温助剂:5份;
所述亮光无机颜料的组分及各组分质量份如下:
高岭土:70份;
铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:30份。
所述氧化钡的颗粒细度范围为15~25μm。
所述调墨油的组分及各组分的质量份如下:
水性固体丙烯酸树脂:60份;
有机溶剂:5份;
增塑剂:10份。
一种无机材料结合花纸的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:
S1:制备亚光颜料和亮光颜料,采用丝网印刷机将压光颜料第一遍印刷在水转印底纸上;
S2:将水转印底纸第一次烘干;
S3:采用丝网印刷机将亮光颜料第二遍印刷在水转印底纸上,完成装饰图案的印刷;
S4:将水转印底纸第二次烘干;
S5:采用丝网印刷的方式将封面油覆盖在丝网印刷的装饰图案上,然后经过烧烤,得到无机材料结合花纸。
在步骤S2和步骤S4中,烘干的条件为:温度35℃;相对湿度:60%;烘干时间:60分钟。
在步骤S5中,烧烤的温度为:770℃,所述亚光颜料和所述亮光颜料的烧烤呈色温度为760℃。
实施例二
一种无机材料结合花纸,它应用亚光颜料和亮光颜料,所述亚光颜料包括质量比为10:7的亚光无机颜料和调墨油,所述亮光颜料包括质量比为10:6的亮光无机颜料和调墨油,所述亚光无机颜料的组分及各组分质量份如下:
玻璃料化学品:70份;
铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:10份;
氧化钡:20份;
降温助剂:10份;
所述亮光无机颜料的组分及各组分质量份如下:
高岭土:80份;
铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:20份。
所述氧化钡的颗粒细度范围为15~25μm。
所述调墨油的组分及各组分的质量份如下:
水性固体丙烯酸树脂:70份;
有机溶剂:10份;
增塑剂:20份。
一种无机材料结合花纸的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:

铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:8份;
氧化钡:15份;
降温助剂:8份;
所述亮光无机颜料的组分及各组分质量份如下:
高岭土:75份;
铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:25份。
所述氧化钡的颗粒细度范围为15~25μm。
所述调墨油的组分及各组分的质量份如下:
水性固体丙烯酸树脂:65份;
有机溶剂:8份;
增塑剂:15份。
一种无机材料结合花纸的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:
S1:制备亚光颜料和亮光颜料,采用丝网印刷机将压光颜料第一遍印刷在水转印底纸上;
S2:将水转印底纸第一次烘干;
S3:采用丝网印刷机将亮光颜料第二遍印刷在水转印底纸上,完成装饰图案的印刷;
S4:将水转印底纸第二次烘干;
S5:采用丝网印刷的方式将封面油覆盖在丝网印刷的装饰图案上,然后经过烧烤,得到无机材料结合花纸。
在步骤S2和步骤S4中,烘干的条件为:温度32℃;相对湿度:50%;烘干时间:70分钟。
在步骤S5中,烧烤的温度为:770℃,所述亚光颜料和所述亮光颜料的烧烤呈色温度为760℃。
以上三个实施例制备的无机材料结合花纸经过观测发现,其呈现出了亚光和亮光的综合效果,符合设计要求。

玻璃料化学品:60~70份;
铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:5~10份;
氧化钡:10~20份;
降温助剂:5~10份;
所述亮光无机颜料的组分及各组分质量份如下:
高岭土:70~80份;
铁钴铬黑色尖晶石:20~30份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的无机材料结合花纸,其特征在于:所述调墨油的组分及各组分的质量份如下:
水性固体丙烯酸树脂:60~70份;
有机溶剂:5~10份;
增塑剂:10~20份。
4.一种如权利要求1或2或3所述的无机材料结合花纸的制备方法,其特征在于方法的步骤中含有:
S1:制备亚光颜料和亮光颜料,采用丝网印刷机将压光颜料第一遍印刷在水转印底纸上;
S2:将水转印底纸第一次烘干;
S3:采用丝网印刷机将亮光颜料第二遍印刷在水转印底纸上,完成装饰图案的印刷;
S4:将水转印底纸第二次烘干;
S5:采用丝网印刷的方式将封面油覆盖在丝网印刷的装饰图案上,然后经过烧烤,得到无机材料结合花纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S2和步骤S4中,烘干的条件为:温度32~38℃;相对湿度:45~60%;烘干时间:50分钟~70分钟。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S5中,烧烤的温度为:760℃~780℃,所述亚光颜料和所述亮光颜料的烧烤呈色温度为760℃。
