本发明公开了一种无泡清洁剂,包括以下按重量比计的组分:高耐碱阳离子无泡表面活性剂3~8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~10%、碳酸钠5~15%、五水偏硅酸钠1~5%、乙二胺四乙酸四钠1~5%、二丙二醇单丁醚1~5%、去离子水50~80%。本发明采用环保型高耐碱阳离子无泡表面活性剂,无需添加任何消泡剂,常温至高温均无泡沫,且具有良好的去污性能,适用于金属表面的高压喷淋清洗以及满足其他无泡清洗的要求。

一种无泡清洁剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及清洁剂技术领域,尤其是一种无泡清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
针对高压喷淋清洗会产生较多泡沫这一问题,本发明采用无磷、无氮、不含APEO的高耐碱阳离子无泡表面活性剂,该表面活性剂具有良好的渗透和润湿性能以及很强的剥离、分散、去污性能,且具有优异的耐酸性和耐碱性(30%NaOH以上),适用于配制酸性、中性、碱性清洗剂。本发明生产过程中不需要添加任何消泡剂,常温至高温均无泡沫,特别适用于金属表面的高压喷淋清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无泡清洁剂及其制备方法。本发明的技术方案如下:
高耐碱阳离子无泡表面活性剂 3~8%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 5~10%
碳酸钠 5~15%
五水偏硅酸钠 1~5%
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 1~5%
二丙二醇单丁醚 1~5%
去离子水 50~80%
所述无泡清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将容器中先加入适量的去离子水,然后依次缓慢加入高耐碱阳离子无泡表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、二丙二醇单丁醚,搅拌使其完全溶解,即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明是一款绿色环保清洗剂,生产中不需要添加任何消泡剂,降低了成本,且常温至高温均无泡沫,清洗效果好。

五水偏硅酸钠 5%
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 3%
二丙二醇单丁醚 5%
去离子水 60%
所述无泡清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将容器中先加入适量的去离子水,然后依次缓慢加入高耐碱阳离子无泡表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、二丙二醇单丁醚,搅拌使其完全溶解,即可。

乙二胺四乙酸四钠 1~5%
二丙二醇单丁醚 1~5%
去离子水 50~80% 。
2.根据权利要求1所述无泡清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将容器中先加入适量的去离子水,然后依次缓慢加入高耐碱阳离子无泡表面活性剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、二丙二醇单丁醚,搅拌使其完全溶解,即可。
