Detailed Description
In the following discussion, details are given to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. One skilled in the relevant art will recognize, however, that the invention may be practiced without one or more of the specific details. In certain instances, well known features have not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the invention. It is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", and the like are used herein for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an upward-moving flip cover assembly, which includes a flip cover 120, a first connector 110, a second connector 111, and a second guide 140.
Specifically, the flip cover 120 is disposed on an outer surface of a container, such as a bulk container, to cover an opening on the outer surface. It should be noted that the bulk container mentioned herein generally refers to a container for transporting fine granular goods such as grains and chemical materials.
In the illustrated embodiment, the bottom of the flip cover 120 is provided with a first guide 123. The first guide 123 may be configured as a U-shaped bar or a bent bar fixedly connected with the flip cover 120.
A first connector 110, which serves as a handle for user manipulation, is pivotally connected to the outer surface of the container, such as by a first hinge 130. In the illustrated embodiment, the first link 110 includes two separate rods. The first hinge 130 includes support portions provided on the container and a hinge pin 112 fixedly coupled with the first coupling member 110, and the hinge pin 112 is rotatably provided on the two support portions provided correspondingly.
The second link 111 is fixedly connected (e.g., vertically connected) to the two first links 110, and the second link 111 is pivotably connected to the flip cover 120.
A second guide 140 is also provided on the container, the second guide 140 extending outwardly from the surface of the container and. The first guide portion 123 may contact the second guide portion 140 to enable the flip cover 120 to pivot with respect to the second link 111 when the first link 110 is operated.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the flip cover 120 is connected to the second connector 111 by a second hinge 121. Further, the second hinge 121 is disposed on the second connecting member 111 and is fixedly connected to the flip cover 120. Thereby, the flip cover 120 can pivot together with the second hinge 121 with respect to the second link 111.
Thus, when the first link 110 is rotated, the second link 111 may rotate relative to the second hinge 121, and the hinge pin 112 may rotate relative to the hinge 130. The upward-moving flip cover assembly according to the present invention has a first guide portion 123 provided on the flip cover 120 and a second guide portion 140 provided on the container, and the flip cover 120 can move upward a certain distance along an angle plane in a case where the flip cover 120 forms an angle of less than 90 ° with a horizontal plane of the loading vehicle, so that the flip cover 120 is spaced apart from the loading and unloading vehicle by a certain distance, and thus is completely opened by being flipped up. And because the turnover cover 120 forms a certain angle with the loading vehicle during unloading, the loading vehicle can completely unload materials only by inclining a small angle. The upward-moving type overturning cover assembly is simple in structure, convenient to machine, simple and fast to operate and high in safety and reliability.
In addition, the upper-moving flip cap assembly further includes a locking means provided on an outer surface of the container and for locking the second hinge 121.
Specifically, as seen in fig. 2 and 3, the locking means may be a pair of fixing lugs 150 provided on the outer surface of the container and a fixing pin 160 detachably connected thereto. Accordingly, the second hinge 121 is provided with a fixing plate 122, and the fixing plate 122 and the fixing lug plate 150 may be detachably connected by a fixing pin 160. Thus, when the fixing plate 122 and the fixing lug plate 150 are locked using the fixing pin 160, the second hinge 121 cannot be rotated with respect to the second link 111, and the second link 111 cannot be moved, so that the flip cover 120 can be locked at the closed position by locking the second hinge 121.
In the illustrated embodiment, the second guide 140 is outwardly protruded from the surface of the container, and has a slope inclined upward in the outwardly protruded direction. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the angle of the bevel relative to the surface of the container may be set as desired.
Thus, during the process of opening the flip cover assembly, the first link 110 is pulled outward such that the first guide portion 123 contacts the second guide portion 140 and slides along the second guide portion 140, and after the first guide portion 123 is out of contact with the second guide portion 140, the flip cover 120 is pivotable outward with respect to the second link 111, and during the process of closing the flip cover 120, the first link 110 is pushed inward and the flip cover is pivoted inward with respect to the second link 111 such that the first guide portion contacts the second guide portion and slides along the second guide portion until the flip cover seals the opening.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, in the process of opening the upper-moving flip cover assembly, the fixing pin 160 is withdrawn from the fixing lug 150 and the fixing plate 122, the first link 110 is lifted, the hinge pin 112 is rotated in the pin hole of the first hinge 130, the second link 111 is rotated in the hinge hole of the second hinge 121, so that the flip cover 120 is opened and moved upward, the first guide 123 slides upward along the inclined surface of the second guide 140, and the flip cover 120 can be completely flipped upward to be opened after the first guide 123 is completely disengaged from the inclined surface of the second guide 140. Also, at the time of turning, the operator may turn the flip cover 120 upward using the first guide 123.
As shown in fig. 4, in the process of locking the up-moving flip cover assembly, the first guide 123 is placed on the slope of the second guide 140, the first connector 110 is pressed, at which time the hinge pin 112 rotates in the pin hole of the support, the second connector 111 rotates in the hinge hole of the second hinge 121, so that the flip cover 120 moves downward, the first guide 123 slides downward along the slope of the second guide 140, so that the rubber strip in the flip cover 120 is pressed against the bead of the case to perform a sealing function, and the fixing pin 160 is inserted into the hole of the fixing pin 160 and fixed with a locking member such as a cotter pin (not shown).
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a container comprising the above-described flip-top lid assembly. Further, the container is a shipping container.
