Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗温差不变形的自吸石塑复合板,包括板体,所述板体由从上至下依次设置的顶面层、绝热层、石塑层和底层组成,本板材通过多个框架组成的石塑层,当发生冲击时,能够吸收冲击力,减少对板体的影响,并且通过支撑柱的作用,能够使板体快速恢复,避免板体产生形变,且兼具防高温、防腐、隔音的功能,承载能力优良,结实耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材,具体是一种抗温差不变形的自吸石塑复合板。
背景技术
石塑板是国内的一种叫法,所指的是PVC片材板,因为PVC片材板主要原料是天然石粉,耐磨层是PVC材质,因此起名叫“石塑板”或“石塑砖”。
目前市面上的石塑复合板大多是直接采用热压工艺进行材料的热压成型板,但这种工艺加工出来的板材在受热时由于热胀冷缩系数不能保证一致,容易产生形变,并且在受力时,也会造成形变,且难以复原。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗温差不变形的自吸石塑复合板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗温差不变形的自吸石塑复合板,包括板体,所述板体由从上至下依次设置的顶面层、绝热层、石塑层和底层组成。
作为本发明的优选方案:所述顶面层具有PVC印刷层和耐磨层,顶面层的厚度为1-6mm,PVC印刷层为增塑剂、树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂和添加剂混匀后压缩成的片状结构。
作为本发明再进一步的优选方案:所述绝热层上平面涂抹有阻燃剂,绝热层的厚度为0.3-1mm,绝热层下表面由多片塑胶片构成,塑胶片之间具有一定间隙。
作为本发明再进一步的优选方案:所述石塑层由多个顶面开口的方形框架组成,所述框架内设有十字防偏架,所述十字防偏架与框架内壁密封对接,十字防偏架与框架之间形成四个内腔,在内腔内填充有填充物,填充物为碳酸钙石粉、植物纤维粉和塑料再生料粉混合加工热压成型材料,框架为ABS材料注塑成型,所述框架外壁上设有支撑柱,支撑柱为半圆形柱,支撑柱与框架为一体式结构,石塑层内相邻两个框架之间留有间隙。
作为本发明再进一步的优选方案:所述底层的厚度为2-7mm,底层为EVA泡沫垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本板材通过多个框架组成的石塑层,当发生冲击时,能够吸收冲击力,减少对板体的影响,并且通过支撑柱的作用,能够使板体快速恢复,避免板体产生形变,且兼具防高温、防腐、隔音的功能,承载能力优良,结实耐用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种抗温差不变形的自吸石塑复合板,包括板体,所述板体由从上至下依次设置的顶面层1、绝热层2、石塑层3和底层4组成,顶面层1具有PVC印刷层和耐磨层,顶面层1的厚度为1-6mm,PVC印刷层为增塑剂、树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂和添加剂混匀后压缩成的片状结构,绝热层2上平面涂抹有阻燃剂,绝热层2的厚度为0.3-1mm,绝热层2下表面由多片塑胶片构成,塑胶片之间具有一定间隙,避免热张冷缩系数不一致而导致的形变误差,进而防止了板体在使用过程中出现翘曲的现象,所述石塑层3由多个顶面开口的方形框架6组成,所述框架6内设有十字防偏架8,所述十字防偏架8与框架6内壁密封对接,十字防偏架8与框架6之间形成四个内腔9,在内腔9内填充有填充物,填充物为碳酸钙石粉、植物纤维粉和塑料再生料粉混合加工热压成型材料,框架6为ABS材料注塑成型,具有防腐功能,且强度高,能够承受一定的压力,所述框架6外壁上设有支撑柱7,支撑柱7为半圆形柱,支撑柱7与框架6为一体式结构,石塑层3内相邻两个框架6之间留有间隙5,当发生冲击时,能够吸收冲击力,减少对板体的影响,并且通过支撑柱7的作用,能够使板体快速恢复,避免板体产生形变;所述底层4的厚度为2-7mm,底层4为EVA泡沫垫,具有吸音功能。

1.一种抗温差不变形的自吸石塑复合板,包括板体,其特征在于,所述板体由从上至下依次设置的顶面层、绝热层、石塑层和底层组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗温差不变形的自吸石塑复合板,其特征在于,所述顶面层具有PVC印刷层和耐磨层,顶面层的厚度为1-6mm,PVC印刷层为增塑剂、树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂和添加剂混匀后压缩成的片状结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗温差不变形的自吸石塑复合板,其特征在于,所述绝热层上平面涂抹有阻燃剂,绝热层的厚度为0.3-1mm,绝热层下表面由多片塑胶片构成,塑胶片之间具有一定间隙。
