技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料织造技术领域,具体涉及一种具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展人们愈加注重生活品质,因而对服装面料的健康性、舒适性和功能性将会受到越来越大的重视。为了满足消费者的需求,迎合激烈的市场竞争,在纺织行业中,功能性面料的研究与开发成为新的研发重点。近几年,诸如纳米抗菌面料、防水透湿面料及发热保暖面料得到了广泛的应用。
目前保暖面料的开发主要采用增加织物的厚度和添加保暖材料等方式。发热纤维是一种能自行产生热量的保暖新型纤维,其不仅能像传统纤维那样阻止热量散发,更能吸收、储存外界热量并向人体传递。但发热纤维的成本过高,会影响其规模化和市场化。因此将发热纤维与其它纺织材料混纺是降低成分的方式之一。
随着无机抗菌剂开发成功后,抗菌整理得到快速发展,使抗菌剂不仅用于纤维及纺织品,也用于塑料、建筑材料等制品中。近年来,抗菌研究的重点已经从保护纺织品免受细菌侵袭转移到保护环境和使服用者免受细菌侵袭。冬季内衣经过叠加编织后,会形成无数空隙的多层体,织物容易附着细菌,因此对保暖面料尤其是用作内衣的保暖面料进行抗菌处理尤为重要。
因此为解决上述问题,需要发明一种同时具有保暖功能和抗菌功能的复合面料,并且该面料具有良好的弹性和透湿性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,该面料具有良好的吸湿发热能力和抗菌能力,并且具有优良的弹力和透湿性,面料细腻、柔软有光泽,提升了面料产品的档次,降低了面料的生产成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,所述发热纤维复合面料包括含有亲水涂层的外层面料和含有疏水涂层的里层绒布,所述外层面料与里层绒布通过热熔胶粘接成复合面料,所述外层面料由发热纤维、长棉绒纤维和粘棉纤维混纺成纱线,再用混纺纱线由针织圆形纬编机编织成外层面料,所述里层绒布由氨纶纤维和聚酯纤维混纺成纱线,再用混纺纱线由三线经编机织成里层绒布,在所述里层绒布的表面附着有ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂和/或竹叶黄酮抗菌剂。
为了提高复合面料的发热性和保暖性,进一步优选的技术方案,所述外层面料中发热纤维为发热腈纶纤维,所述里层绒布中聚酯纤维是多微孔中空聚酯纤维。
进一步优选的技术方案,所述外层面料中的纱线是按质量百分比由20~40%发热腈纶纤维、20~30%长绒棉纤维和40%~60粘棉纤维混纺成纱线,混纺纱线支数为40~60s。
进一步优选的技术方案,所述里层绒布中的纱线是按质量百分比由5~15%氨纶纤维和85~95%聚酯纤维混纺成纱线,所述混纺纱线为60~80D。
进一步优选的技术方案,所述外层面料是按质量百分比由30%发热腈纶纤维、30%长绒棉纤维和40%粘棉纤维混纺成纱线,所述纱线采用紧密赛络纺工艺混纺而成,所述外层面料的纱线支数为40s。
进一步优选的技术方案,所述里层绒布按照质量比由5%氨纶和95%聚酯纤维混纺而成,混纺后纱线为75D/144F。
里层绒布采用单面拉毛工艺,赋予布料舒适的手感。进一步优选的技术方案,所述里层绒布的绒毛厚度为0.05~0.1mm。
为了提高面料的抗菌性能,在里层绒布表面采用浸渍的方式使里层绒布表面附着有抗高温的食品级防腐剂,ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂具有广谱的抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄菌、沙门氏菌等致病菌具有良好的杀菌抑菌效果。进一步优选的技术方案,所述里层绒布表面附着质量百分比为1~5%的ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂。ε-聚赖氨酸是一种具有抑菌功效的多肽,具有良好的杀菌能力和热稳定性。
进一步优选的技术方案,所述里层绒面表面附着有竹叶黄酮。竹叶黄酮是是从竹叶中提取出来的具有生理活性的生物黄酮,它是一种高效的生物抗氧化剂,将竹叶黄酮用于面料的抗菌整理,不仅提高的面料的抗菌性能,尤其对皮肤病患者的病情有良好的缓解作用。另外,经竹叶黄酮整理后的面料具有清香的气味。
为了防止面料过于厚重,为穿着带来不适,本发热纤维复合面料对纺纱工艺以及面料的编织工艺上都进行了优化,所述发热复合材料的克重为200-250g/m2
本发明技术方案有点如下:
1、本发明的发热纤维复合面料包括外层面料和里层绒布,外层面料利用吸收人体的皮肤呼吸产生的湿气来达到发热效果,外层面料纤维中间部分含有静态的空气,能产生良好的隔温效果,不仅让面料本身质量减少,而且静态空气也具有极佳的保温效果。
2、本发明里层绒面采用疏水聚酯纤维,具有良好的排汗导湿性能,里层绒面添加氨纶进行混纺显著提高了复合面料的拉伸强度和顶破强度。
3、本发明外层面料和里层绒面采用ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂和/或竹叶黄酮进行抗菌整理。
4、本发明将发热纤维与其它纺织纤维进行混纺,降低发热面料的生产成本,同时赋予面料优良的发热性能和保温性能。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例一
具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,所述发热纤维复合面料包括两层,其中包括外层面料和里层绒布,外层面料与里层绒布通过粘接连接,所述纺丝工艺采用紧密赛络纺工艺,所述外层面料按质量百分比由30%发热腈纶纤维、30%长绒棉纤维和40%粘棉纤维混纺而成,纱线支数为40s;所述里层绒布按质量百分比由10%氨纶纤维和90%聚酯纤维混纺而成,纱线为75D/144F。所述发热腈纶纤维进口自德国拜耳公司,所述长绒棉纤维选用新疆长绒棉,所述氨纶纤维采用伊拉斯邦的40D高温氨纶纤维。所述外层面料采用台湾佰源进口大圆机织布而成,所述里层绒布采用三线经编机织成。
所述ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂的配方为:质量百分比为2%的聚乙烯醇(水解度≥95%)溶于水,添加1%的乳化剂OP-10,将2%的苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物和2%的ε-聚赖氨酸溶解于聚乙烯醇溶液中,均匀搅拌。
在1~10MPa压力下浸轧面料,处理温度为80~130℃,处理时间10min。
该面料染整定型后克重为240g/m2
实施例二
在实施例一的基础上,实施例二与实施例一的区别在于,所述外层面料按质量比由30%发热腈纶、40%长绒棉和30%粘棉混纺而成,混纺后纱线支数为60s,所述里层绒布按质量比由5%氨纶和95%聚酯纤维混纺而成,混纺后纱线为50D/144F。
所述抗菌剂的添加量为:添加质量百分比为5%的ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂。
实施例三
在实施例一的基础上,实施例三与实施例一的区别在于,所述里层绒布经过ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂整理后,又经竹叶黄酮的抗菌整理。竹叶黄酮整理剂的配方为:质量百分比为0.05%的竹叶黄酮乙醇溶液。将竹叶黄酮整理剂均匀喷涂于里层绒布表面。
该发热纤维抗菌复合面料对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌三项主要的抗菌指标检测,采用的检测标准是FZ/T73023-2006,振荡法50次。

通过上表可知,ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌有良好的抑菌效果,随着ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂添加量的增加,抑菌率也在增加。通过实施例三可知竹叶黄酮也具有良好的抑菌效果,竹叶黄酮与ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂复配使用显著提高抑菌率,竹叶黄酮与ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂可能具有协同抑菌的效果。实施例三为更优选的方案。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,其特征在于,所述发热纤维复合面料包括含有亲水涂层的外层面料和含有疏水涂层的里层绒布,所述外层面料与里层绒布通过热熔胶粘接成复合面料,所述外层面料由发热纤维、长棉绒纤维和粘棉纤维混纺成纱线,再用混纺纱线由针织圆形纬编机编织成外层面料,所述里层绒布由氨纶纤维和聚酯纤维混纺成纱线,再用混纺纱线由三线经编机织成里层绒布,在所述里层绒布的表面附着有ε-聚赖氨酸和/或竹叶黄酮抗菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,其特征在于,所述外层面料中发热纤维为发热腈纶纤维,所述里层绒布中聚酯纤维是多微孔中空聚酯纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,其特征在于,所述外层面料中的纱线是按质量百分比由20~40%发热腈纶纤维、20~30%长绒棉纤维和40%~60粘棉纤维混纺成纱线,混纺纱线支数为40~60s。
4.根据权利要求2所述的具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,其特征在于,所述里层绒布中的纱线是按质量百分比由5~15%氨纶纤维和85~95%聚酯纤维混纺成纱线,所述混纺纱线为60~80D。
5.根据权利要求3所述的具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,其特征在于,所述外层面料是按质量百分比由30%发热腈纶纤维、30%长绒棉纤维和40%粘棉纤维混纺成纱线,所述纱线采用紧密赛络纺工艺混纺而成,所述外层面料的纱线支数为40s。
6.根据权利要求4所述的具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,其特征在于,所述里层绒布是按照质量百分比由5%氨纶纤维和95%聚酯纤维混纺成纱线,所述里层绒布混纺后的纱线为75D/144F。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,其特征在于,所述里层绒布的绒毛厚度为0.05~0.1mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,其特征在于,在所述里层绒布的表面附着有质量百分比为1~5%的ε-聚赖氨酸抗菌剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的发热纤维复合面料,其特征在于,在所述里层绒面表面附着有质量百分比为0.05~0.2%的竹叶黄酮。
10.根据权利要求1所述的发热复合材料,其特征在于,所述发热复合材料的克重为200-250g/m2
