本发明公开了一种立式塑胶助剂研磨筛料机,筒体内部设有隔板和筛网;隔板与筒体内壁固定连接;筛网水平设置在隔板下方;筒体内设有转轴;转轴上端与筒体顶部转动连接;转轴下端分别与隔板和筛网转动连接;转轴上固定设有研磨板;研磨板设置在隔板与筛网之间;隔板下表面设有第一研磨面;研磨板上表面设有第二研磨面;第一研磨面和第二研磨面之间形成间隙;隔板上设有导料孔;导料孔底部与间隙连通;转轴上在筛网上方固定设置有横杆;横杆上设有刷毛;刷毛底部与筛网贴合;本发明研磨后的塑胶助剂粉料进入筛网,通过刷毛在筛网上运动,将筛网上粉料平整并分散开,提高了筛选的效果;同时整体结构密封,有效防止了灰尘的进入。

本发明涉及塑胶助剂生产加工设备领域,具体是涉及一种立式塑胶助剂研磨筛料机。
背景技术
塑胶助剂又叫塑料添加剂,是在塑胶产品进行生产加工过程中为改善或者提高塑胶产品的性能而必须添加的一种化合物。
一般研磨后的塑胶助剂粉体都要进行筛料,筛选出不同精细度的粉料,以满足实际生产加工的需要。在采用筛网进行筛料时,由于粉料在筛网上容易集中堆积,筛网容易堵塞,筛选效果不佳。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种立式塑胶助剂研磨筛料机,研磨和筛料一体化,同时解决了粉料在筛网上筛选不佳的问题,可获得不同精细度的粉料。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种立式塑胶助剂研磨筛料机,包括筒体;所述筒体顶部设有进料口,底部设有第一出料口,内部设有隔板和筛网;所述隔板水平设置,与筒体内壁固定连接;所述筛网水平设置在隔板下方,且筛网与筒体内部固定连接;所述筒体内设有竖直的转轴;所述转轴上端穿过筒体顶部,与筒体顶部转动连接;所述转轴下端依次穿过隔板和筛网,并分别与隔板和筛网转动连接;所述筒体顶部设有驱动电机;所述驱动电机与转轴相连,驱动转轴转动;所述转轴上固定设有水平的研磨板;所述研磨板设置在隔板与筛网之间;所述隔板下表面设有第一研磨面;所述研磨板上表面设有第二研磨面;所述第一研磨面和第二研磨面之间形成间隙;所述隔板上表面设有贯穿的导料孔;所述导料孔底部与所述间隙连通;所述转轴上在筛网上方固定设置有横杆;所述横杆水平设置,横杆上间隔设有竖直的刷毛;所述刷毛底部与筛网相贴合;所述筒体侧壁上在筛网处设有第二出料口。
进一步的:所述进料口上设有密封盖;所述密封盖与进料口螺纹连接。
进一步的:所述筒体底部为上大下小的锥形结构。
进一步的:所述筛网设置有至少2个,在竖直方向上间隔布置;所述筒体侧壁上在每个筛网处均对应设有第二出料口。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的立式塑胶助剂研磨筛料机,研磨和筛料一体化,研磨后的塑胶助剂粉料进入筛网上进行筛料,通过转轴的转动带动刷毛在筛网上运动,将筛网上堆积的塑胶助剂粉料平整并分散开,提高了筛选的效果;同时整体结构密封,有效防止了灰尘的进入。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1所示为本发明所述的一种立式塑胶助剂研磨筛料机,包括筒体1;筒体1顶部设有进料口11,设有第一出料口12,内部设有隔板2和筛网5;隔板2水平设置,与筒体1内壁固定连接;筛网2水平设置在隔板1下方;且筛网5与筒体1内部固定连接;筛网5设置有至少2个,在竖直方向上间隔布置;筒体1侧壁上在每个筛网5处均对应设有第二出料口13;筒体1内设有竖直的转轴3;转轴3上端穿过筒体1顶部,与筒体1顶部通过轴承转动连接;转轴3下端依次穿过隔板2和筛网5,并分别与隔板2和筛网5转动连接;筒体1顶部设有驱动电机31;驱动电机31与转轴3相连,驱动转轴3转动;转轴3上固定设有水平的研磨板4;研磨板4设置在隔板2与筛网5之间;隔板2下表面设有第一研磨面21;研磨板4上表面设有第二研磨面41;第一研磨面21和第二研磨面41之间形成间隙;隔板2上表面设有贯穿的导料孔22;导料孔22底部与所述间隙连通,可输送塑胶助剂进入该间隙中;转轴3上在对应每个筛网5上方固定设置有横杆6;横杆6水平设置,横杆6上间隔设有竖直的刷61毛;刷毛61底部与筛网5相贴合。为防止灰尘进入筒体1内部,进料口11上设有密封盖7;密封盖7与进料口11螺纹连接。为方便出料,筒体1底部加工为为上大下小的锥形结构。
使用时,塑胶助剂颗粒通过进料口11进入筒体1内部,旋紧密封盖7,以防止灰尘进入筒体1内部,塑胶助剂颗粒通过导料孔22进入第一研磨面21和第二研磨面22之间的间隙中进行研磨;研磨后的粉料落入下方的筛网5中,经过转轴3带动刷毛61转动,刷毛61不断摊开落下的粉料,提高了筛选的效果,多层筛网5可获得不同颗粒精度的粉料,以满足实际生产加工的需要。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的立式塑胶助剂研磨筛料机,研磨和筛料一体化,研磨后的塑胶助剂粉料进入筛网上进行筛料,通过转轴的转动带动刷毛在筛网上运动,将筛网上堆积的塑胶助剂粉料平整并分散开,提高了筛选的效果;同时整体结构密封,有效防止了灰尘的进入。

1.一种立式塑胶助剂研磨筛料机,包括筒体;其特征在于:所述筒体顶部设有进料口,底部设有第一出料口,内部设有隔板和筛网;所述隔板水平设置,与筒体内壁固定连接;所述筛网水平设置在隔板下方,且筛网与筒体内部固定连接;所述筒体内设有竖直的转轴;所述转轴上端穿过筒体顶部,与筒体顶部转动连接;所述转轴下端依次穿过隔板和筛网,并分别与隔板和筛网转动连接;所述筒体顶部设有驱动电机;所述驱动电机与转轴相连,驱动转轴转动;所述转轴上固定设有水平的研磨板;所述研磨板设置在隔板与筛网之间;所述隔板下表面设有第一研磨面;所述研磨板上表面设有第二研磨面;所述第一研磨面和第二研磨面之间形成间隙;所述隔板上表面设有贯穿的导料孔;所述导料孔底部与所述间隙连通;所述转轴上在筛网上方固定设置有横杆;所述横杆水平设置,横杆上间隔设有竖直的刷毛;所述刷毛底部与筛网相贴合;所述筒体侧壁上在筛网处设有第二出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立式塑胶助剂研磨筛料机,其特征在于:所述进料口上设有密封盖;所述密封盖与进料口螺纹连接。
