本发明属于中药技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗美尼尔氏眩晕症的中药及其使用方法。
背景技术
美尼尔氏病(又称内耳性眩晕或发作性眩晕)是以膜迷路积水的一种内耳疾病。1861年Meniere医生对平衡器官做了解剖,发现平衡器官有异常病理改变,压力增大,循环障碍,保持不了液体平面,从而解开了眩晕的由来。人们为了纪念他,从此把此种眩晕症与Meniere医生的名字联系在一起,从此这种眩晕症称为美尼尔氏综合症。本病以突发性眩晕,耳鸣,耳聋或眼球震颤为主要临床表现,眩晕有明显的发作期和间歇期。病人多数为中年人,患者性别无明显差异,首次发作在50岁以前的病人约占65%,大多数病人单耳患病。
山莓(学名:Rubus corchorifolius L.f.),又名树莓、山抛子、牛奶泡、撒秧泡、三月泡、龙川泡、刺葫芦,直立灌木,高1-3米,枝具皮刺,幼时为柔毛,具有涩精益肾助阳明目、醒酒止渴、化痰解毒之功效,主治肾虚、遗精、醉酒、丹毒等症。叶性微苦,解毒、消肿、敛疮等、咽喉肿痛、多发性脓肿、乳腺炎等症。目前,还未有报道其能够治疗美尼尔病的功效。
淘米水,是一种洗过米后的水。这种水呈酸性,PH值在5.5-6。淘米水的水分子可以很好的分离油垢、清理碗筷、去除案板异味、洗掉菜刀上的铁锈。淘米水含有一定的蛋白质、维生素和微量元素,特别是头一两次淘米水含有钾,淘米水会呈现PH值为5.5左右的弱酸性,加入食盐入药后,具有清火、凉血、特别好的解毒的效果。洗米水里含有蛋白质、淀粉、矿物质等养分,可以用来洗脸、润肤,煮后饮用,对保护胃壁黏膜、消除积食和改善消化不良有帮助。中医也尝试以洗米水炒炙中药,作为调养脾胃的药方。目前,还未有报道其能够治疗美尼尔病的功效。

实验例1:
选取清醒家兔,雌雄不拘,体重2.0-2.5kg,取加入48只,随机分为8组,每组6只。空白对照组,灌胃给予注射用水;阳性对照组,灌胃给予茶苯海明1.6mg/kg;实验组,灌胃给予实施例1-4,对比例1-2制备的中药,剂量为10mg/kg。
将清醒家兔置于兔盒中,待其安静后,置兔盒于JKY-Ⅱ型电动转椅,用两根5号不锈钢针炙针分别插入家兔左眼内、外毗离开约0.5厘米处皮下,进针深度约为0.5-1.0厘米作为引导电极。眼震信号经引导电极输入RM-6000型八道生理记录仪,通过示波器监视并经描笔描记眼震波形及记录于磁带上备用。固定家兔头部,使其双眼内外毗连线与地平面大致呈30°夹角,使角加速度运动时,水平半规管受到最大刺激。蒙眼、静置15分钟后,启动电动转椅,电动转椅角加速度为15°·S-2,加速时间8秒,峰角速度为120°·S-1,家兔出现旋转性眼震。匀速旋转52秒,停机,家兔出现转后眼震。眼震电图的观察指标包括:期慢相速度斜率:频率及幅度最大的10个波的平均慢相速度斜率;眼震持续时间:眼震从开始出现到消失经历的时间。各组家兔分别记录给药前、给药后第10、30、50分钟的观察指标。结果见表1和表2。

由表1可见,本发明的实施例1-4与茶苯海明对美尼尔综合症家兔模型的眼震慢相速度斜率均有显著影响,在给药后30分钟即显示出显著的抑制作用。对比例1和对比例2对美尼尔综合症家兔模型的眼震慢相速度斜率与空白对照相当,证明山莓叶汁和淘米水分开使用没有效果,必须组合使用。实施例2-3的对美尼尔综合症家兔模型的眼震慢相速度斜率与实施例1相比也有显著差异,但实施例4与实施例1相比没有显著差异。
表2药物对水平旋转所致家兔眼震持续时间的影响

表2中数据为给药后眼震持续时间(s)/给药前眼震持续时间(s);由表2可见,本发明实施例1-4的中药与茶苯海明对美尼尔综合症家兔模型的眼震持续时间均有显著影响,在给药后30分钟即显示出显著的抑制作用。对比例1和对比例2对美尼尔综合症家兔模型的眼震持续时间与空白对照相当,证明山莓叶汁和淘米水分开使用没有效果,必须组合使用。实施例2-3的对美尼尔综合症家兔模型的眼震持续时间与实施例1相比也有显著差异,但实施例4与实施例1相比没有显著差异。
表1和表2实验结果表明,本发明实施例1-4的中药对美尼尔综合症家兔模型的眼震慢相速度斜率和眼震持续时间均有显著抑制作用,可用于美尼尔综合症的治疗。
实验例2:
王某某,女,52岁,恶心呕吐时作时止,喉间痰多、已间断发作2年,听力逐渐减退,舌苔白腻、脉滑。每天服用实施例1制备的治疗美尼尔氏眩晕症的中药80mL,40天后,眩晕减轻、呕吐已止、咳痰增多、舌脉同前、痰浊渐化、效不更方;80天后,眩晕渐平、耳鸣胸闷减轻、咳痰减少,但贪睡,食欲不振,苔薄白、脉弱;半年后,呕吐等诸症愈,精神、胃纳正常。

1.一种治疗美尼尔氏眩晕症的中药,其特征在于,包括山莓叶汁和淘米水。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗美尼尔氏眩晕症的中药,其特征在于,所述山莓叶汁和淘米水的体积比为1:(1-6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述治疗美尼尔氏眩晕症的中药,其特征在于,所述山莓叶汁采用物理压榨的方法制备。
4.根据权利要求1所述治疗美尼尔氏眩晕症的中药,其特征在于,所述淘米水的制备方法为:选取大米,加3-10倍重量份数的水浸泡5-10min,搅拌,取淘米水。
5.根据权利要求1所述治疗美尼尔氏眩晕症的中药,其特征在于,所述中药还包括菟丝子提取物。
6.根据权利要求5所述治疗美尼尔氏眩晕症的中药,其特征在于,所述菟丝子提取物的提取方法为:取新鲜菟丝子,捣碎,成浆状,加3-8倍重量份数的水回流提取3次,合并滤液,蒸干制成。
7.山莓叶汁用于制备治疗美尼尔氏眩晕症的中药的用途,其特征在于,所述山莓叶汁采用物理压榨的方法制备。
8.根据权利要求5所述的用途,其特征在于,所述中药包括山莓叶汁和淘米水,所述山莓叶汁和淘米水的体积比为1:(1-6)。
