Abstract

本发明公开了一种户外用燃气发电机,包括箱盖、伸缩拉杆、箱体、滚轮、燃气瓶、发动机、消音器、蓄电池、电压调节器、发电机、隔音层、弹簧、内箱和缓冲层,所述箱体顶部设置有箱盖,所述箱体一侧顶部设置有伸缩拉杆。本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,设置了便捷移动装置,在户外运用时可以通过伸缩拉杆拉动装置通过滚轮滚动省时省力的进行移动,设置了防震隔音装置,在发电过程中通过内箱与箱体间的弹簧有效的缓解震动,通过排气孔的消音器以及箱体内的隔音层可以降低噪音,设置了太阳能发电,户外运用时可以在阳光条件充足的情况下将太阳能转化为电能,节约燃气消耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及发电机技术领域,具体为一种户外用燃气发电机。
背景技术
燃气发电机是一种以液化气、天然气等可燃气体为燃烧物,代替汽油、柴油作为发动机动力的新型,高效的新能源发电机。
但是目前市场上的户外用燃气发电机不仅结构复杂,而且功能单一,没有设置便捷移动装置,无法在户外运用时可以省时省力的进行携带和移动,没有设置防震隔音装置,无法在发电过程中有效的缓解震动和降低噪音,没有设置太阳能发电,户外运用时无法在阳光条件充足的情况下转化太阳能,节约燃气消耗。
发明内容
本发明提供一种户外用燃气发电机,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出没有设置便捷移动装置,无法在户外运用时可以省时省力的进行携带和移动,没有设置防震隔音装置,无法在发电过程中有效的缓解震动和降低噪音,没有设置太阳能发电,户外运用时无法在阳光条件充足的情况下转化太阳能,节约燃气消耗的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种户外用燃气发电机,包括箱盖、伸缩拉杆、箱体、滚轮、太阳能板、显示屏、支撑垫、排气孔、拉环、反冲起动器、燃气瓶、发动机、消音器、蓄电池、电压调节器、发电机、隔音层、弹簧、内箱和缓冲层,所述箱体顶部设置有箱盖,所述箱体一侧顶部设置有伸缩拉杆,所述箱体两侧均设置有太阳能板,所述箱体两侧且位于太阳能板底部均设置有滚轮,所述箱体一侧设置有显示屏,所述箱体另一侧设置有排气孔,所述箱体底部设置有支撑垫,所述箱盖内侧设置有隔音层,所述隔音层一侧四周均设置有弹簧,所述弹簧一侧设置有内箱,所述内箱一侧设置有缓冲层,所述缓冲层顶部一侧设置有发动机,所述发动机顶部设置有燃气瓶,所述燃气瓶顶部设置有反冲起动器,所述反冲起动器顶部设置有拉环,所述排气孔内侧设置有消音器,所述缓冲层顶部且位于发动机一侧设置有发电机,所述发电机顶部设置有电压调节器,所述电压调节器顶部设置有蓄电池,所述太阳能板和发电机输出端分别电性连接电压调节器输入端,所述电压调节器输出端电性连接蓄电池输入端,所述蓄电池输出端电性连接显示屏输入端。
优选的,所述伸缩拉杆外侧表面设置有防滑纹。
优选的,所述发动机和发电机同轴连接。
优选的,所述箱体和太阳能板通过铰链连接。
优选的,所述隔音层是一种聚酯纤维吸音板材质的构件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,设置了便捷移动装置,在户外运用时可以通过伸缩拉杆拉动装置通过滚轮滚动省时省力的进行移动,设置了防震隔音装置,在发电过程中通过内箱与箱体间的弹簧有效的缓解震动,通过排气孔的消音器以及箱体内的隔音层可以降低噪音,设置了太阳能发电,户外运用时可以在阳光条件充足的情况下将太阳能转化为电能,节约燃气消耗。

为了更好的拉动和防滑,本实施例中,优选的,伸缩拉杆2外侧表面设置有防滑纹。
为了便于将能量转化,本实施例中,优选的,发动机12和发电机16同轴连接。
为了便于操作,本实施例中,优选的,箱体3和太阳能板5通过铰链连接。
为了起到隔音效果,本实施例中,优选的,隔音层17是一种聚酯纤维吸音板材质的构件。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:通过伸缩拉杆2和滚轮4便于移动,打开箱盖1,通过拉动反冲起动器10上的拉环9启动发动机12,发动机12以燃气瓶11中的燃气为原料工作,废气通过排气孔8内的消音器13排出,发动机12带动发电机16同轴运动,产生的电能通过电压调节器15进入蓄电池14,同时箱体3外侧设置的太阳能板5可在阳光下将太阳能转化为电能存储,箱体3上的显示屏6可了解蓄电池14电量,设置了便捷移动装置,在户外运用时可以通过伸缩拉杆2拉动装置通过滚轮4滚动省时省力的进行移动,设置了防震隔音装置,在发电过程中通过内箱19与箱体3间的弹簧18有效的缓解震动,通过排气孔8的消音器13以及箱体3内的隔音层17可以降低噪音,设置了太阳能发电,户外运用时可以在阳光条件充足的情况下将太阳能转化为电能,节约燃气消耗。
