Abstract

本发明公开了一种生态贝壳纳米漆,其特性是以优质超细贝壳粉、灰钙粉为无机凝胶材料,所述的贝壳粉和灰钙粉成分CaO氧化钙,具有天然长效防霉杀菌之功效,所述的CaO在应用时遇水转化成Ca(OH)2氢氧化钙,配上天然改性粘结剂海藻胶粉,达到更强的硬度,更长的抗老化性,由于采用了Ca(OH)2作为无机凝胶材料,替代了传统的丙烯酸树脂,使材料更环保,性能更优异。

本发明涉及一种生态健康纳米干粉漆,尤其是一种含氧化钙成份的贝壳粉。
背景技术
合成树脂乳胶漆是居家建筑重要装饰材料之一。它的主要成分,是丙烯酸乳液做强度粘接剂,助剂有消泡剂,分散剂,防冻剂,增稠剂,防腐剂,流平剂,润湿剂。再加钛白粉立德粉,硅灰石,煅烧高岭土,轻质碳酸钙,膨润土,生产工序特别复杂,生产成本高,由于丙烯酸乳液是合成胶液且几年后老化脱落,由于是液体,易腐坏变质,不便长期储存和运输。增加运输费用。由于做工复杂需用专用设备投资很大。
发明内容
本发明真对现有合成树脂乳胶漆存在的上述不足,提供一种生态健康纳米干粉漆。
本发明解决了上述技术问题技术方案如下;一种干粉漆只需两种粉料。和一种天然胶黏剂在用时只需加水用棍子搅拌即可使用。
本发明的有益效果是:由于是干粉状,便于存放和运输。替代了传统的液体漆,因是粉状不需任何助剂生产工艺简单。不需要大型专用设备减少投资成本,效果显著便于推广应用。
本发明采用了无机凝胶材料煅烧贝壳粉及煅烧灰钙粉加一定比例的天然海藻胶混合,用时这些材料加水后发生水化反应生成非常坚硬的氢氧化钙使干粉漆变为坚固性它的粘接力和寿命是传统丙烯酸乳液漆的几百倍,并物美价廉原材料易购。

Claims (4)

1.本发明型涉及一种生态纳米硅藻漆,其特征是:只需两种粉料,和一种天然胶黏剂加水用棍棒搅拌即成一种环保漆。
2.其特征在于所述煅烧贝壳粉50%超细灰钙粉49.5%,海藻胶粉0.5%。
3.贝壳粉-灰钙粉(CaO)+海藻胶粉+水反应成氢氧化钙Ca(OH2)生成无机凝胶,漆膜达到耐水洗特性。
4.根据权利要求1.2.3.所述生态纳米硅藻漆,即环保,生产加工方便,原料易购成本低,硬度高。由于生成无机凝胶碳酸钙,抗老化漆面寿命长,加之氧化钙天然杀菌剂。对人体健康有益,具有很好的推广和应用价值。
