本发明公开了一种刺梨去刺去籽设备。包括主机箱(1),主机箱(1)顶端设有进料漏斗(2),主机箱(1)中设有除刺设备(3),除刺设备(3)下方下料通道组件(4),下料通道组件(4)下方设有切分设备(5),主机箱(1)底端设有下料口(6),下料口(6)旁设有水槽组件(7),水槽组件(7)中设有布满孔的接料筒(8),接料筒(8)顶部通过牵引线(9)与上方的卷轴机(10)连接,接料筒(8)上设有出料口(11)。本发明具有除刺效果好,可做到机械化去刺去籽,节省人力和工作效率高的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于刺梨的加工设备,特别是一种刺梨去刺去籽设备。
背景技术
刺梨为野生小灌木,4月至6月开粉红色、红色或深红色的花,夏花秋实。果实多为扁圆球形,横径一般为2厘米至4厘米,8月至9月果实成熟,黄色,有时带红晕。果肉脆,成熟后有浓芳香味。果皮上密生小肉刺,俗称之为“刺梨”。果实内含有丰富的维生素C,被称为“维C之王”。其具有很高的价值,越来越被人们所亲睐,所以市场上也出现了许多的刺梨制品。在现目前在高级的刺梨饮料或者果肉罐头中,需要添加刺梨的果肉粒或者果肉片,而在刺梨的前期处理中需要将刺梨的果刺和果核去除。现目前市场上有可以给刺梨除刺的设备,这些设备大多是靠刺梨与刺梨之间的摩擦进行除刺,除刺效果并不好,同时在除刺完成后还需要人工将刺梨切开,才能将果籽和果肉分离,过程非常浪费人力,同时工作效率低下。
综上所述:现有技术具有除刺效果不好,无法做到同时去刺去籽的作业,完成整个过程会浪费人力,而且工作效率低的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种刺梨去刺去籽设备。其具有除刺效果好,可做到机械化去刺去籽,节省人力和工作效率高的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种刺梨去刺去籽设备,包括主机箱,主机箱顶端设有进料漏斗,主机箱中设有除刺设备,除刺设备下方下料通道组件,下料通道组件下方设有切分设备,主机箱底端设有下料口,下料口旁设有水槽组件,水槽组件中设有布满孔的接料筒,接料筒顶部通过牵引线与上方的卷轴机连接,接料筒上设有出料口。
前述的刺梨去刺去籽设备中,所述除刺设备包括一组左去刺辊,一个左除刺辊旁均设有一个右去刺辊,左除刺辊和右去刺辊之间为去刺通道,左去刺辊的安装轴均连接左驱动电机,右去刺辊的安装轴均连接右驱动电机。
前述的刺梨去刺去籽设备中,所述下料通道组件包括左下料挡板,左下料挡板右侧设有右下料挡板,右下料挡板上表面通过一组弹簧连接振动挡板,振动挡板与振动电机连接,振动挡板与左下料挡板之间为限位通道。
前述的刺梨去刺去籽设备中,所述切分设备包括安装转轴,安装转轴上设有一组切割刀,安装转轴连接切割电机。
前述的刺梨去刺去籽设备中,所述水槽组件包括槽体,槽体的上部设有进水管,底部设有排渣口,下部设有承重杆,槽体底部中心还设有旋转叶片,旋转叶片的安装轴与搅水电机连接。
前述的刺梨去刺去籽设备中,所述接料筒包括筒体,筒体底部设有斜面,斜面上布满出渣孔,斜面最低处为出料口,出料口旁设有滑门,滑门上方设有滑道,出料口旁还设有U形出料道。
前述的刺梨去刺去籽设备中,还包括接料槽。
前述的刺梨去刺去籽设备中,还包括配重。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,使用本发明,只需将刺梨放入进料漏斗中,从进料漏斗进入主机箱后,刺梨顺序通过除刺设备进行除刺,通过切分设备进行切分,使果籽暴露,然后从下料口滑进接料筒中,在水槽中水的带动下,使得被去除的果刺和切开刺梨从接料筒上的孔中被带出,刺梨果肉就留在接料筒中,实现去刺去籽的作业。整个工作过程中刺梨会从多个由左除刺辊和右去刺辊形成的去刺通道中通过,多次受到除刺,除刺效果很好,同时经过下料通道组件的限位使得刺梨均侧向下滑,多把切割刀保证切分每一个刺梨,做到完全暴露刺梨果籽的作用,之后通过水流将果刺和果籽带出即可,整个过程中工人的工作量很小,可以大大节省人力,同时本发明可大批量的处理刺梨,总体工作效率很高。

实施例。一种刺梨去刺去籽设备,构成如图1-6所示,包括主机箱1,主机箱1顶端设有进料漏斗2,主机箱1中设有除刺设备3,除刺设备3下方下料通道组件4,下料通道组件4下方设有切分设备5,主机箱1底端设有下料口6,下料口6旁设有水槽组件7,水槽组件7中设有布满孔的接料筒8,接料筒8顶部通过牵引线9与上方的卷轴机10连接,接料筒8上设有出料口11。
所述除刺设备3包括一组左去刺辊12,一个左除刺辊12旁均设有一个右去刺辊13,左除刺辊12和右去刺辊13之间为去刺通道14,左去刺辊12的安装轴均连接左驱动电机15,右去刺辊13的安装轴均连接右驱动电机16。
所述下料通道组件4包括左下料挡板17,左下料挡板17右侧设有右下料挡板18,右下料挡板18上表面通过一组弹簧19连接振动挡板20,振动挡板20与振动电机21连接,振动挡板20与左下料挡板18之间为限位通道22。
所述切分设备5包括安装转轴23,安装转轴23上设有一组切割刀24,安装转轴23连接切割电机25。
所述水槽组件7包括槽体26,槽体26的上部设有进水管27,底部设有排渣口28,下部设有承重杆28,槽体26底部中心还设有旋转叶片29,旋转叶片29的安装轴与搅水电机30连接。
所述接料筒8包括筒体31,筒体32底部设有斜面33,斜面33上布满出渣孔32,斜面33最低处为出料口11,出料口11旁设有滑门34,滑门34上方设有滑道35,出料口11旁还设有U形出料道36。出渣孔32用于竖向掉出果刺和果籽。
还包括接料槽37。
还包括配重38。配重38起到稳定设备的作用。
本发明的使用方法和工作原理:
将刺梨放入进料漏斗2中,从进料漏斗2的方形出料口进入主机箱1,通过除刺设备3时完成除刺,在经过下料通道组件4的限位,使刺梨均侧向下滑,然后切分设备5将每一个刺梨切开,然后从下料口6滑进接料筒8中,向水槽组件7中通入水淹没刺梨,搅动水,使得被去除的果刺和切开刺梨暴露出的果籽从小孔中被水流带出,果肉片留在接料筒8中,再通过卷轴机10回收牵引线9将得到的刺梨片沥干即可,沥干后的刺梨片可从出料口11取出。本发明的电机与轴的传动连接可以是常规的通过链条和齿轮带动或者皮带带动。具体到除刺是,刺梨从左除刺辊12和右去刺辊13之间的去刺通道14下落过程中完成除刺,设有多组左去刺辊12与右去刺辊13的组合,除刺效果更好,左驱动电机15通过皮带,链条等手段驱动所有左除刺辊12旋转,右去刺辊13均受右驱动电机16的驱动,同时左去刺辊12与右去刺辊13均是朝相向一侧下旋转,保证刺梨更好的下落。具体下料通道组件4是将限位通道22设置为略大于刺梨的厚度,在振动电机21的作用下,刺梨从限位通道22通过时均是侧向下滑,保证后续切分时的方向。具体切割刀24设置有多把,保证将每一个刺梨都能切开,刺梨切开后,里面果核也就是果籽就能在水流的带动与刺梨片或刺梨块分离。具体的水槽组件7上的进水管27用于通入水,排渣口28设有阀门,用于排渣,承重杆28用于放接料筒8,水流由旋转叶片29搅动,旋转叶片29由搅水电机30驱动旋转。沥干后的刺梨片可将滑门34滑入滑道35中,刺梨就可通过斜面33然后从出料口11滑出,然后通过U形出料道36,最后掉入接料槽37中。

1.一种刺梨去刺去籽设备,其特征在于:包括主机箱(1),主机箱(1)顶端设有进料漏斗(2),主机箱(1)中设有除刺设备(3),除刺设备(3)下方下料通道组件(4),下料通道组件(4)下方设有切分设备(5),主机箱(1)底端设有下料口(6),下料口(6)旁设有水槽组件(7),水槽组件(7)中设有布满孔的接料筒(8),接料筒(8)顶部通过牵引线(9)与上方的卷轴机(10)连接,接料筒(8)上设有出料口(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刺梨去刺去籽设备,其特征在于:所述除刺设备(3)包括一组左去刺辊(12),一个左除刺辊(12)旁均设有一个右去刺辊(13),左除刺辊(12)和右去刺辊(13)之间为去刺通道(14),左去刺辊(12)的安装轴均连接左驱动电机(15),右去刺辊(13)的安装轴均连接右驱动电机(16)。
