技术领域
本公开的实施例主要涉及一种筒保持系统。
背景技术
多缸往复泵通常用于石油和天然气工业。该泵用于将高压的流体泵入一口或多口钻井中,所述钻井包含钻入土地中的井孔。多缸泵包括:容纳曲柄轴和十字头的动力端部;以及具有流体孔的流体端部,具有进气阀和排气阀的独立柱塞在所述流体孔中往复运动。连杆将十字头连接到柱塞,使得柱塞在流体孔中的往复运动将流体从流体孔的吸入端移动到排放端。
由于流体以高压和高流速状态被泵送通过所述流体端部,因此诸如阀门覆盖件和衬管的流体端部件必须被牢固地保持到所述流体端部。一些保持机构完全形成在流体端部的本体内,这限制了在不同的流体端部设计方案上使用这样的保持机构的可能性。另外,形成在流体端部的本体内的保持机构还增加了整个流体端部设计方案的重量。
因此,不断需要新的和改进的保持系统。
发明内容
根据一个实施例,筒保持系统包括保持本体、筒组件和保持突缘。所述筒组件具有:壳体,所述壳体联接到保持本体;偏压构件,所述偏压构件布置在所述壳体内;和活塞,所述活塞被所述偏压构件朝保持本体偏压。保持突缘由所述筒组件联接到所述保持本体。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本文公开的一个实施例的筒保持系统100。本文描述的系统100的实施例可以与如2013年3月15日提交的美国专利申请公开No.2013/0263932中所描述的多缸往复泵一起使用,所述美国专利申请公开的内容通过引用而整体并入本文。虽然系统100的实施例在本文中被描述为保持多缸往复泵的衬管,但是系统100可以用于保持其他类型的部件和/或与其他类型的设备一起使用。
参照图1,系统100包括保持突缘110,所述保持突缘经由突缘保持螺母115而被筒组件120联接到保持本体130。尽管示出了四个筒组件120,但系统100可包括一个或多个筒组件120。根据一个实施例,包括升起的外肩部102的保持突缘间隔件103被定位在保持突缘110与保持本体130之间。替代地,保持突缘110和保持突缘间隔件103可以形成为单体。保持突缘110具有一个或多个手柄111,以为了在安装和移除期间易于进行操纵。另一个间隔件140联接到保持本体130,用于连接到比如多缸往复泵的流体端模块那样的结构。一个或多个螺栓112可以用于将保持本体130和间隔件140联接到所述结构。
保持突缘110、保持突缘间隔件103、保持本体130和间隔件140均包括孔,衬管101定位成穿过所述孔以便将24固定在模块210内。衬管101包括外肩部,所述外肩部与保持突缘间隔件103的内肩部相接合以便保持衬管101。保持突缘110、保持突缘间隔件103、保持本体130、间隔件140和衬管101构造成容纳加压的流体。
参照图2,每个筒组件120均至少部分地布置在保持本体130内并且联接到所述保持本体。具体地,每个筒组件120均包括活塞124,所述活塞被诸如弹簧的一个或多个偏压构件122向内朝着保持本体130偏压。偏压构件122布置在壳体121内,所述壳体通过螺纹部125而联接到保持本体130,旋拧所述螺纹部与在保持本体130中形成的螺纹孔相啮合。根据一个实施例,壳体121、偏压构件122和活塞124均至少部分地布置在保持本体130内。
偏压构件122在一个端部处接触壳体121的内肩部129,并且在相对的端部处接触活塞124的突缘部分。在保持本体130内的活塞124的突缘部分下方形成腔室123。根据一个实施例,活塞124的突缘部分完全布置在保持本体130内且在偏压构件122下方。替代地,活塞124的突缘部分可以部分地布置在保持本体130内或完全布置在壳体121内。一个或多个密封件126、127可以布置在活塞124和保持本体130之间,以及布置在活塞124和壳体121之间,以便在相邻的表面之间形成密封。
活塞124的上部分延伸通过偏压构件122和形成在壳体121的上端部中的开口,并且所述活塞的上部分延伸到形成在保持突缘110中的相应开口之中,用于连接到突缘保持螺母115。旋拧突缘保持螺母115与形成在活塞124的上端部上的螺纹128相啮合,直到突缘保持螺母115接触保持突缘110的上表面。偏压构件122对活塞124的突缘部分施加偏压,所述偏压将突缘保持螺母115和保持突缘110拉动到保持突缘间隔件103上,从而迫使衬管101位于适当位置并且将所述衬管保持在所述适当位置,如下文参照图3A至图3C进一步描述的那样。
图3A、图3B、图3C示出了根据一个实施例的系统100在安装期间的截面图。参照图3A,间隔件140和保持本体130可以经由螺栓112联接到比如多缸柱塞泵的模块的那样的结构。耐磨板105定位于衬管101的端部处并且将衬管101与系统100所附接的结构相分离。每个壳体121的螺纹部125均旋拧到形成在保持本体130中的对应螺纹孔中,使得每个活塞124均被偏压构件122向内偏压并且所述每个活塞均延伸通过壳体121的上端部。在衬管101插入就位之后,保持突缘间隔件103和保持突缘115定位在衬管101上,使得每个活塞124的上端部均延伸通过形成在保持突缘110中的相应开口。突缘保持螺母115旋拧到每个活塞124的螺纹部128上并且与保持突缘110的上端部相接触。
参照图3B,加压的流体(由箭头“F”表示)经由形成在保持本体130中的一条或多条流体路径132而供应到腔室123中并且作用在活塞124的突缘部分上。加压的流体迫使活塞124抵抗偏压构件122的力从保持本体130朝外伸展,这使得突缘保持螺母115移动离开保持突缘110。以这样的压力供应所述加压的流体:所述压力足以在活塞124的突缘部分上产生能够在活塞124的突缘部分与壳体121的内肩部129之间压缩偏压构件122的力。当腔室123被加压并且活塞124正在压缩偏压构件122时,然后将突缘保持螺母115进一步旋拧到活塞124的上端部上并且恢复与保持突缘110的上表面相接触。
参照图3C,在突缘保持螺母115被旋拧而恢复与保持突缘110接触之后,加压流体可以从腔室123释放和/或腔室123内的压力可以降低,使得偏压构件122在活塞124上产生力,所述力将保持突缘110偏压到保持突缘间隔件103的肩部102,所述保持突缘间隔件具有内肩部,所述内肩部作用在衬管101的外肩部上。以此方式,衬管101通过作用在活塞124上的偏压构件122所产生的力而被保持就位,以便迫使保持突缘110抵靠衬管101和保持突缘间隔件103的外肩部102。为了移除保持突缘110,可以以相反的顺序重复参照图3A至图3C所描述的安装过程。
图4和图5示出了系统100的筒组件120的壳体121。壳体121包括圆柱形本体,所述圆柱形本体具有形成在一个端部处的螺纹部125,所述螺纹部用于旋拧而与形成在保持本体130中的对应螺纹孔相啮合。在相对的端部处,壳体121包括用于与诸如扳手的工具相接合的头部131,以便帮助将壳体121旋拧入保持本体130中。图5还示出的是壳体121的内肩部129,偏压构件122的一个端部抵靠所述内肩部,以便如上所述的那样偏压活塞124。
系统100的一个优点是,筒组件120为模块化的并且易于通过螺纹连接的旋拧来安装。系统100的另一个优点在于,筒组件120没有完全布置在保持本体130内,这允许减小保持本体130的厚度和重量。厚度和重量的减小降低了系统100的成本,并且提高了系统100的装配的便捷性。

Claims (14)

1.一种筒保持系统,其包括:
保持本体;
筒组件,所述筒组件具有:壳体,所述壳体联接到所述保持本体;偏压构件,所述偏压构件布置在所述壳体内;以及活塞,所述活塞被所述偏压构件朝所述保持本体偏压;和
保持突缘,所述保持突缘通过所述筒组件而联接到所述保持本体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述活塞延伸通过所述壳体并且延伸通过形成在所述保持突缘中的对应开口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中突缘保持螺母被旋拧到所述活塞上并且与所述保持突缘的上表面相接合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的系统,其中,所述偏压构件将所述活塞、所述突缘保持螺母和所述保持突缘偏压成与衬管的外肩部相接合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的系统,还包括间隔件,所述间隔件通过一个或多个螺栓联接到所述保持本体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述壳体旋拧到在所述保持本体中形成的螺纹孔中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的系统,其中,所述偏压构件布置在所述壳体的内肩部与所述活塞的突缘部分之间。
8.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中,腔室形成在所述保持本体内且在所述活塞的所述突缘部分下方。
9.根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中供应到所述腔室中的加压流体向所述活塞的所述突缘部分施加抵抗所述偏压构件的偏压的力。
10.根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中,所述活塞的所述突缘部分布置在所述保持本体内。
11.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中,所述活塞延伸通过所述壳体并且延伸通过形成在所述保持突缘中的对应开口。
12.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中,突缘保持螺母被旋拧到所述活塞上并且与所述保持突缘的上表面相接合。
13.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述壳体、所述偏压构件和所述活塞至少部分地布置在所述保持本体内。
14.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述活塞的突缘部分布置在所述保持本体内。
