技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于还原剂的储箱系统,所述储箱系统包括:用于还原剂的容器,该容器具有上容器壁、侧容器壁和下部容器壁;输送设备,用于抽吸还原剂并使其能在压力下通过出口输送到排气中。
背景技术
已知将还原剂添加到机动车的排气以便减少排气的不期望的成分、特别是氮氧化合物,其方法是,将它转化为另外的化合物,如氮、水和二氧化碳。作为还原剂在此使用尿素溶液,尿素溶液也可以根据商标名称AdBlue获得。为了提供和储备尿素溶液,在机动车中设有由塑料制成的容器。该容器与输送设备连接。输送设备由泵组成,该泵抽吸还原剂并且在压力下将还原剂输出到输送管道中。尿素溶液通过输送管道到达喷射设备,该喷射设备将尿素溶液喷射到排气管道和在排气管道中流动的排气中。输送设备具有其它组件,如液位指示器、传感器、过滤器和加热设备,它们被设置为用于安全地和可靠地运行储箱系统。
此外已知在容器中引入开口以便将输送设备布置在容器内部。借助于凸缘能封闭容器中的开口。通过集成在凸缘中的出口将由输送设备输送的尿素溶液从容器中向外引导并且引导至排气管道。不利的是,在输送设备的情况下通过容器的底部中的开口不能实现完全排空容器。即使当输送设备能将容器排空至容器中的几毫米的液位高度时,由于底部面积的原因,也仍在容器中余留了相当多的、不能输送的剩余容积。
还已知尿素溶液在大约-11℃时结冰。为了确保在所有运行状态下都能提供还原剂,也已知设置加热设备。在此致力于将加热设备的尺寸设计得尽可能小,以便将能量消耗保持得尽可能少,但是仍能实现尿素溶液的足够的加热。在此,容器中的还原剂的结冰特性起到重要的作用。原则上认为位于外部的区域首先结冰,并且最后位于容器内部中心的区域结冰。在此特别关键的是,结冰的还原剂占用比液态的还原剂大很多的容积。这导致最后结冰的还原剂或者位于分开的容积中的还原剂在结冰时被阻止发生容积膨胀。由此产生有时特别大的压力,该压力会导致特别是在输送设备上发生损坏。为了防止这种情况迄今为止采用加热设备的相应的布置结构和设计方案,这对于储箱系统来说显著提高了花费。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,实现一种开头所述类型的储箱系统,该储箱系统既能实现几乎完全排空容器,此外应以少的花费保护可能的输送设备以防止由于结冰的还原剂引起的损坏。
所述目的通过独立权利要求的特征来实现。有利的设计方案在从属权利要求中描述。
根据本发明的储箱系统的特征在于,在下容器壁中布置有至少一个开口,所述至少一个开口形成到达/达至填充有还原剂的另一个容积的连接部,至少一个开口具有布置在周边/周部/周面上的并且径向指向内侧的元件。
将至少一个开口布置在下容器壁中能实现使还原剂从容器内部溢流到另外的容积中。从那里可以借助于属于输送设备的泵将还原剂输送到排气中。借助于该容积的布置,可以因此几乎完全排空容器。在位于该容积中的还原剂结冰时,该还原剂由于其容积增大而撞击到容积的边界上。容积的边界防止进一步膨胀,而结冰的还原剂通过使布置在开口的周边上的元件弹性变形而至少继续在该开口上膨胀。借助于还原剂的能以这种方式实现的体积增大,压力减小至这种程度,即避免了容积或容器的损坏。可能需要的加热设备可以由此设计为明显更小的尺寸。根据本发明的储箱系统需要的花费明显更少。
弹性元件还会引起开口的横截面积缩小,因此如果要有与不包括这种元件的开口相同的横截面积,该开口必须具有大得多的周长。借助于增大的周边,具有这种元件的开口延伸经过明显更大的容器壁区域,使得最终容器壁的更大的区域受到保护免受临界压力损坏。
如果并非所有开口都设计具有可弹性变形的元件,则可以减少用于产生容器中的开口的花费。根据一个有利的设计方案,接近于容器的中心布置的至少一个开口是具有这种元件的开口。
根据另一个设计方案,元件可以在塑料容器中在所述元件与容器壁一体地形成时特别简单地产生。特别在由至少两个半壳组成的注塑容器中,元件可以在注塑期间借助于各个容器壳产生。
在最简单的情况下,元件具有和容器壁相同的厚度。由此简单地构造用于制造的模具。
根据另一个有利的设计方案,元件的弹性也可以通过该元件具有比容器壁小的厚度而提高。
为了能实现还原剂从容器内部充分地溢流到容积中,证明为有利的是,元件沿着开口的直径具有所述直径的0.2倍至0.9倍——优选0.4倍至0.7倍——的长度。由于在制造容器时花费随着开口的数量和大小而升高,因此开口应该尽可能小地构造。而为了避免在还原剂结冰时的压力,大的开口是有利的。在考虑这种边界条件的情况下,大的开口具有长度为直至直径的0.5倍的元件,而小的开口具有长度为直至直径的0.9倍的元件。
为了实现相应的可变形能力,根据另一个设计方案,元件被彼此间隔开地布置。在此,根据元件的形状,间距设计为在元件的长度上保持不变或增大或减小。元件可以被设计为三角形、梯形、矩形或平行四边形。同样可以考虑具有圆形边界的形状。
根据开口的和所需要的流动横剖面的大小,根据一个有利的设计方案,在两个元件之间的间距的宽度可以在一个元件的宽度的1.0倍和0.05倍之间。
元件的弹性也可以通过以下方式增大,即两个元件之间在开口的周边的区域中的间距大于与该间距直接邻接的区域中的间距。同时可以借助于这种构造使自由的通流面积径向向外明显增大。这在还原剂融化时起积极作用,因为通过还原剂的加热优于通过容器壁的加热。
为了基于结冰的还原剂的容积膨胀实现容器壁的可变形能力,需要至少一个元件。在多于十个元件时,在制造中的花费又升高,而已经明显减小的压力不会进一步明显减小。
