Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明涉及包含特定消泡剂和特定烷氧基化醇的组合物。此类混合物可用于制造包含大量电解质的水性组合物,下文称作高电解质组合物。此类组合物通常包含辅助剂,如烷基酰氨基烷基胺表面活性剂。在农用化学领域中常遇到此类组合物,其中将盐,如肥料和/或除草剂盐溶解在水中,随后施用以处理田地或作物。因此,本发明的高电解质组合物优选是农用化学组合物。由于该组合物通常使用喷洒技术施加,它们优选是可喷洒农用化学组合物。但是,该组合物也可用于其它技术,如滴灌施肥。本发明的水性组合物合适地为溶液。要指出,即使包含消泡剂,已知组合物仍表现出太高发泡,在制造该组合物时已如此,但在喷施中特别如此。因此需要具有相同除草效力但表现出较低发泡的组合物。
背景和问题描述
泡沫可被定义为气体在液体中的分散体。该分散体具有与气体大致相同的密度。但在纯液体形成气泡时,发泡要求存在表面活性剂以降低液体的表面张力。大多数表面活性剂生成发泡,因为它们倾向于降低表面张力。
高电解质组合物是在农用化学领域中常遇到的组合物,其中盐,如肥料和除草剂盐通常作为水溶液和/或分散体使用,随后施用其以处理田地或作物。通常喷洒该组合物。
该高电解质组合物通常含有辅助剂以稳定配制剂、防止在喷洒过程中漂移、提高电解质的效力,通常以制造更好运作的溶液和使电解质在施用时更好分布为目的。通常,辅助剂的使用能使电解质的投放率更低。
传统上使用表面活性化合物作为辅助剂,以例如改变喷洒过程中的微滴尺寸,或允许电解质附着在其作用区域上,例如在叶面肥料(有时称作微量营养素)中,或改变叶面的表皮层,例如允许农药进入。
农药、辅助剂和任选其它辅助成分传统上作为浓缩配制剂、预混物出售,它们在其最终使用之前混合并用水稀释。
当用水稀释浓缩配制剂时,特别在辅助剂存在下,始终观察到发泡,这一现象是不合意的。发泡会导致工艺和操作困难,例如由于泡沫残留物积聚在用于稀释过程的容器的侧面上。泡沫也会导致溶解低于计算量的产品。为对抗稀释步骤中的泡沫形成,通常包括消泡剂以完全防止泡沫形成或使发泡保持在可接受的水平。它们优选通过掺在浓缩组合物中引入,因为这也解决在制造浓缩配制剂,特别是包含辅助剂的浓缩配制剂时观察到的发泡问题,因为它们通常具有表面活性性质。因此消泡剂的使用也有助于防止浓缩配制剂中的这种发泡。
硅基消泡剂是公知的并常用于此用途。传统硅基消泡剂含有硅氧烷聚合物,如聚二甲基聚硅氧烷,它们可以就这样或作为聚硅氧烷处理的粒子,例如聚硅氧烷处理的二氧化硅提供。
但是,对于高电解质组合物,尽管添加消泡剂,特别是有机硅基消泡剂,仍出现发泡问题,因此需要可在生产步骤和稀释步骤中表现出可接受的发泡行为的同时以高浓度提供的含辅助剂的高电解质组合物。
发明描述
本发明人已经意外地发现,可以通过在包含辅助剂和消泡剂的高电解质中包含某些非离子表面活性剂而至少部分解决上述问题。
因此在一个方面中,本发明涉及如权利要求中定义的水性组合物,其包含
a)具有高电解质含量
b)辅助剂
c)特定消泡剂;
d)特定烷氧基化醇,和
e)水。
所述水性组合物优选是浓缩组合物,即包含少于90重量%(%w/w)水的产品。在一个实施方案中,该组合物包含少于75%w/w,在另一实施方案中少于60%w/w水,在再一实施方案中少于50%w/w水。
要指出,本文中的具有高电解质含量的组合物被定义为是包含10-75%w/w、在一个实施方案中15-70%w/w、在另一实施方案中20-65%w/w,在再一实施方案中30-65%w/w浓度的可离解成离子的盐的水性组合物。
辅助剂是为辅助或改变农用化学品的作用或该混合物的物理特性而添加的材料(ASTM Designation E 1519-95)。
消泡剂,也被称作防沫剂,是减少和阻碍液体中的泡沫形成的化学添加剂。在一个实施方案中其是传统硅基消泡剂,包括硅氧烷聚合物或硅氧烷处理的粒子。
本发明还涉及消泡剂和烷氧基化醇的掺合物,以及此类掺合物的稀释液,其可用于制造所述浓缩组合物。
本发明还涉及可通过将该浓缩组合物与足量的水合并而得的农业配制剂,以产生具有适合最终用途,即适合施肥或处理植物或种子,优选适合施肥或处理植物的高电解质和辅助剂浓度的农用化学配制剂。
本发明还涉及通过将本发明的组合物分布在所述田地上或使所述植物或种子与本发明的组合物接触而处理田地或植物或种子的方法,优选处理田地或植物。
根据本发明使用的优选电解质是水溶性肥料。水溶性肥料包括但不限于水溶性硝酸盐、磷酸盐、硫酸盐、氯化物、氰胺、尿素及其混合物。主要的三种元素是氮、钾和磷,次要元素,也称作微量营养素,是钙、硫、镁和其它元素,如硼、锰、铁、锌、铜、硅和钼。肥料增强土壤的自然肥力或补充通过收割、放牧、浸析或冲蚀从土壤中流失的化学元素。合适的人造肥料是以适当的浓度和组合配制的无机肥料,为各种作物和生长条件供应三种主要营养素:氮、磷和钾(N、P和K)。N(氮)促进叶片生长和形成蛋白质和叶绿素。P(磷)有助于根、花和果实发育。K(钾)有助于茎和根生长和蛋白质合成。常见无机肥料包括氨(82%氮)、NPK组合、尿素(46%氮)、过磷酸盐、磷酸二氢铵和磷酸氢二铵(含有氮和磷酸根)、硝酸钙铵、氯化钾(muriate of potash)。在一个实施方案中,该肥料是或包含选自硝酸盐、磷酸盐、硫酸盐,特别是硫酸铵(AMS)和泻盐、氯化物、氰胺如氰氨化钙及其混合物的盐。在一个实施方案中,该肥料是AMS。这些肥料的一些也可能表现出除草活性,如氰氨化钙。
在另一实施方案中,该高电解质是盐形式的水溶性除草剂。合适的除草剂盐是N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸钾和N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸铵,也称作草甘膦(Glyphosate),对草快(Paraquat)、麦草畏(Dicamba)、MCPP(精2甲4氯丙酸钾(Mecoprop-P-potassium))、2,4-滴丙酸-二甲铵(dichlorprop-dimethylammonium)和二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸盐,它们是在水中离解然后形成高电解质体系的盐形式。在一个实施方案中,使用一种或多种水溶性肥料的组合、一种或多种除草剂盐的组合、或一种或多种水溶性肥料以及一种或多种除草剂盐的组合。所述水溶性肥料和除草剂可购自许多商业来源和/或可通过本领域技术人员已知的任何方法生产。
该电解质合适地以100至750g/l电解质配制剂的浓度存在。在一个具体实施方案中,除草剂盐以200、300、350或400至700、650或600g/l的量存在。
在一个实施方案中,本发明还涉及进一步包含其它除草剂,特别是也可导致该配制剂中的更高离子强度的除草剂,如苯氧基-酸型除草剂(包括如2,4-滴(2,4-二氯苯氧基)之类的产品)的组合物。
本发明的组合物中所用的辅助剂选自大量市售辅助剂。在一个实施方案中,所述辅助剂是表面活性剂。在一个实施方案中,其选自葡糖苷,如AG6210、甜菜碱、磷酸酯、季铵基表面活性剂,包括乙氧基化季铵基表面活性剂。在再一实施方案中,其是式(I)的酰氨基烷基胺

可用于本发明的式(I)的化合物的具体实例包括但不限于N-[3-(二甲基氨基)丙基](C8-10)酰胺、N-[3-(二甲基氨基)丙基]椰油酰胺和N-[3-(二甲基氨基)丙基](菜籽)酰胺。
辅助剂合适地在该浓缩组合物中以20至200,在一个实施方案中30至150,在另一实施方案中50至100g/l的量使用。
根据本发明使用的消泡剂是硅氧烷聚合物。合适的消泡剂可购得并包括所有常规消泡剂。其合适地是选自来自Momentive Performance Chemicals,USA的SAG产品、KCCBrasilon的BC Antifoam产品、Cognis的Foamaster、Rhodia的Rhodisol、Degussa的BreakThru、和/或Air Products的DF系列和SSDLTM产品的消泡剂。
消泡剂合适地在该浓缩组合物中以0.01至10,在一个实施方案中0.05至1,在另一实施方案中0.1至0.5g/l的量使用。
该烷氧基化醇是式(III)的化合物
R3-O(AO)m-H (III)
其中R3是C4-C12烷基,AO是具有2至4,优选2个碳原子的亚烷氧基,m是1至10,合适地2、3、4或5至6、7、8或9。在一个实施方案中,R3是具有5、6、7或8个碳原子至8、9、10或11个碳原子的烷基,由此R3的烷基优选是支链烷基。
可用于本发明的式(III)的化合物的具体实例包括2-乙基己醇和2-丙基庚醇(任何异构体)的乙氧基化物,例如每摩尔醇具有2、3、4、5或6摩尔环氧乙烷的产品。
式(III)的烷氧基化醇是本领域中公知的并可购得或可通过在本领域技术人员公知的烷氧基化反应条件下使用合适的催化剂使醇R3-OH与每摩尔醇m摩尔的一种或多种C2-4-环氧烷反应获得。该烷氧基化可以是嵌段的或无规的,且烷氧基化步骤的任何组合和顺序是可能的。在一个合适的实施方案中,该烷氧基化醇含有乙氧基和/或丙氧基。
烷氧基化醇合适地在该浓缩组合物中以0.1至10g/l,在一个实施方案中0.2至7.5g/l,在另一实施方案中0.5至5g/l的量使用。
合适地使用基本由式III的烷氧基化醇和硅氧烷消泡剂构成的掺合物制备浓缩组合物。该掺合物合适地具有其中烷氧基化醇与消泡剂的重量比为0.1:10至10:0.01的组成。术语“基本由…构成”在此是指该掺合物包含多于90重量%的式III的烷氧基化醇和硅氧烷消泡剂。术语“基本由…构成”合适地用于表示包含多于92、94、96或98重量%的式III的烷氧基化醇和硅氧烷消泡剂的掺合物。在一个实施方案中,术语“基本由…构成”用于表示包含一些痕量污染物的仅式III的烷氧基化醇和硅氧烷消泡剂的掺合物。所述掺合物可以与水和/或具有最多4个碳原子,在一个实施方案中最多3个碳原子的醇(包括醚醇和二醇)混合以利于其操作。在一个实施方案中,水和/或醇的量小于该组合物的50%w/w。
合适地制造和使用烷氧基化醇和辅助剂的掺合物以降低运输和操作成本。
本发明的组合物优选通过预混消泡剂、烷氧基化醇和辅助剂,更优选通过混合消泡剂和烷氧基化醇,接着加入辅助剂,此后将该预混物添加到电解质的水溶液中,接着任选加入追加量的水和可能其它(辅助)成分获得。
在一个方面中,本发明涉及一种浓缩组合物,即要用水稀释成即用型配制剂的组合物,其包含
·100至750g/l的电解质(a);
·20至200,优选50至100g/l的一种或多种辅助剂(b);
·0.01至10,优选0.05至1,更优选0.1至0.5g/l的一种或多种消泡剂(c);
·0.1至10,优选0.5至5g/l的一种或多种式III的烷氧基化醇(d);和
·水直至总共1升。
上述浓度的基础是活性成分的重量和该组合物的总体积。对于消泡剂(c),活性物含量被认为是硅氧烷聚合物的重量。
该组合物优选是液体。
在另一方面中,本发明涉及一种制备农用化学配制剂的方法,其包括合并上述浓缩组合物与足量的水性介质以获得适合使用,即施用于田地或植物的含电解质的配制剂。该水性介质优选是水,例如自来水或雨水,并可进一步包含与该组合物中的化合物不同或相同的辅助成分。
但是,该水性农用化学配制剂也可直接由各组分,或它们的任何其它(部分)预掺合物制造。
根据该农用化学配制剂的预期施用方式,电解质浓度可不同,但通常在0.1至10,更优选0.5至6,再更优选1至5g/l的范围内,作为纯电解质计算电解质的量。对于作物田地喷洒用途,常规使用的总喷洒率是200升/公顷,电解质的典型推荐处理率为1至5千克电解质/ha,以使以喷雾溶液中的电解质重量表示的农用化学配制剂中的优选电解质浓度为0.5至2.5wt%(5至25g/l)。
通常,该浓缩组合物用水性介质以0.1:99.9至10:90,优选1:99至5:95(浓缩组合物:水性介质)的体积比稀释以形成即用型农用化学配制剂。
该浓缩组合物中的不同成分的浓度优选使得(i)该浓缩组合物是容易用水稀释以形成即用型农用化学配制剂、同时为运输和储存目的而具有尽可能小的体积的液体配制剂,和(ii)该即用型农用化学配制剂含有合适量的各种成分。
在再一方面中,本发明涉及可通过如上所述将上述浓缩组合物与水合并而得的农用化学配制剂。
在进一步方面中,本发明涉及一种处理植物或种子的方法,其包含使植物或种子的一部分与本发明的组合物或农用化学配制剂以足以在植物或种子上获得农用化学效应的高电解质的量接触的步骤。优选地,使植物或种子与农用化学配制剂接触的步骤涉及将所述农用化学配制剂喷洒到植物或种子上。
现在参考仅为举例说明提供的下列实施例进一步例示本发明。
材料和方法
SAG 1572消泡剂由Momentive USA供应(作为15%活性物提供)
Berol 840烷氧基化醇=2-乙基己醇+4EO(2-EH+4EO),由Akzo Nobel,Sweden提供
AG6210辅助剂=2EH葡糖苷,由Akzo Nobel,Sweden提供
Adsee C80W辅助剂=N-[3-(二甲基氨基)丙基]椰油酰胺(Coco-APA),由AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry,Sweden供应(作为80%活性物提供)
实施例中所用的草甘膦钾盐(K-glyphosate)在进一步的步骤发生前用水稀释至540g酸当量/L(54%)。该产品由Barclay Chemicals,Ireland作为663g/L草甘膦钾盐(浓度基于K盐计)供应。
程序
1.用有机硅基消泡剂开始
2.加入2EH+4EO并搅拌
3.加入Coco-APA并搅拌直至均匀
4.如果需要,加入电解质和水。如果需要,混合并施加温和加热(40℃)。
通过在具有342mg/L硬度(作为碳酸钙计算)的48.5毫升CIPAC标准水D(见试验程序CIPAC MT 18)中稀释1.5毫升该表中提到的掺合物并将其添加到100毫升刻度量筒中,评估发泡行为。将该量筒翻转30次并如试验程序CIPAC MT 47.1中规定记录随时间的量筒中的包括泡沫的总毫升含量。结果显示在下表1中。

这些结果表明对于高电解质组合物,烷氧基化醇和硅基消泡剂的组合即使在少量使用时也与不含烷氧基化醇的组合物相比具有更好的发泡性质,即更好的抑泡性。
实施例4-6
使用2-丙基庚醇(2PH,来自BASF的异构体混合物)与每摩尔醇8摩尔EO的反应产物代替Berol 840重复实施例1、2和3。2PH 8EO在与硅氧烷结合使用时也表现出水性高电解质配制剂的泡沫的协同降低。但是,在实施例1-3中获得的结果略好,优先使用2EH乙氧基化物而非2PH乙氧基化物。基于这些结果,更高乙氧基化的醇,如十三烷基烷氧基化物,没有与硅氧烷消泡剂的所需协同行为。
实施例I
重复实施例,只是在草甘膦钾盐和Adsee C80W的高电解质配制剂中仅使用烷氧基化醇,而不使用硅氧烷。
结果表明使用烷氧基化醇而不使用硅氧烷消泡剂造成太多泡沫。
Claims (15)
1.基本由一种或多种烷氧基化C4-C12醇和一种或多种硅氧烷基消泡剂以0.1:10至10:0.01的重量比构成的掺合物。
2.根据权利要求1的稀释掺合物,其进一步包含水和/或C1-4醇,其中所述水和/或C1-4醇以总配制剂的最多50%w/w的量存在。

5.根据权利要求3或4的组合物或配制剂,其中高电解质为选自肥料和农药的农用化学品。
6.根据权利要求5的组合物或配制剂,其中农用化学品选自水溶性肥料,如水溶性硝酸盐、磷酸盐、硫酸盐、氯化物、氰胺、尿素和除草剂,如草铵膦、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸钾和N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸铵、对草快、麦草畏、MCPP(精2甲4氯丙酸钾)、2,4-滴丙酸-二甲铵和二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸盐,及其混合物,任选与苯氧基-酸型除草剂,如2,4-滴结合。
7.根据权利要求3-6中任一项的组合物或配制剂,其中辅助剂选自葡糖苷和酰氨基烷基胺。
8.根据权利要求7的组合物或配制剂,其中酰氨基烷基胺为式(I),
其中
R为具有从6,如从10,如从12至22,如至18,如至16个碳原子的直链或支链、饱和或不饱和烷基,
n为2或3;
Y、Y’和Y”各自独立地为氢,具有1至4,优选1至2,更优选1个碳原子的烷基或基团(AO)sH,其中AO为具有2-4,优选2个碳原子的亚烷氧基,且s为1-10,条件是基团Y和Y’的至少一个为具有1-4个碳原子的烷基;
或式(I)的产物的盐;
或具有式(II)的(I)的季铵化衍生物
其中R、n Y、Y’和Y”如对上式(I)所述,
R2为C1-C4-烷基,优选甲基;且
X-为阴离子,例如但不限于Cl-、Br-、I-、H2PO4 -、HSO4 -H3C-OSO3 -、HCO3 -和H3O-OCO2 -。
9.根据权利要求8的组合物或配制剂,其中R为具有10至14个碳原子的烷基。
10.根据权利要求8或9的组合物或配制剂,其中Y和Y’为甲基。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项的组合物或掺合物,其中烷氧基化醇为式(III)
R3-O(AO)m-H (III)
其中
·R3为C4-C12烷基,优选支化,更优选2-乙基己基,
·AO为具有2至4,优选2个碳原子的亚烷氧基,
·m为1至10,优选2至6。
12.根据权利要求3-11中任一项的水性农用化学配制剂用于处理田地、植物或种子的用途。
13.根据权利要求1或2的组合物用于制造根据权利要求3-11中任一项的配制剂以减轻发泡的用途。
14.使用根据权利要求1或2的组合物减轻包含电解质、烷基酰氨基烷基胺表面活性剂和有机硅基消泡剂的水性组合物在制备所述组合物时的发泡的方法。
15.通过在包含电解质、烷基酰氨基烷基胺表面活性剂和有机硅基消泡剂的水性配制剂,优选水性农用化学配制剂中包含i)一种或多种烷氧基化C4-C12醇和ii)一种或多种硅氧烷基消泡剂而减轻所述配制剂的发泡的方法。
