技术领域
本发明属于太阳能发光装置领域。具体地,本发明涉及可充气、可塌缩太阳能灯,该太阳能灯为不能可靠的利用电能的人们(包括发展中国家的居民和灾民)提供低成本的照明,该灯也可以用于所有发达国家作为节能、环保便携式照明替代物。
背景技术
被公开的美国申请US2012/0120642(Shreshta)和US2012/0224359(Chun)涉及可充气太阳能发光体。所公开的装置具有不便利的形状并且缺乏有效的光散射能力。
发明内容
因此,在一个方面,本发明提供一种可塌缩太阳能提灯,包括:可塌缩提灯外壳;太阳能板;可重复充电锂离子电池;LED光源;和电路板。可充电电池通过将可塌缩提灯外壳放置在直射太阳光下4小时至5小时以完成充电而被重复充电。

具体实施方式
参考图1的实施例,可塌缩外壳100由半透明的、并且优选是透明的塑料材料,例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)制成,尽管所采用的材料是不重要的,并且也可以使用另一种合适的半透明柔性材料,例如聚乙烯。外壳100包括圆筒形侧壁14、平的圆形顶端壁13和平的圆形底端壁16。平的顶端壁和底端壁足够坚硬以使得灯在展开时形成自由直立的圆筒。手柄17(同样优选由与外壳相同的柔性塑料材料制成)允许灯容易地附接到壁或天花板,或者在需要时携带。在最优选的实施例中,第二手柄172设置在相对端壁16上,如图1B所示。

LED光源28还设置在位于装置的端壁上的印刷电路板200上。适于为LED供电的可重复充电电池40设置在与太阳能板202相对的印刷电路板200上(如图1B所示),该太阳能板适于对可重复充电电池40重复充电。太阳能板通过透明的外部底部164并通过底部框架160中的孔口暴露于太阳光。印刷电路板采用双面胶带202附接到底部框架部件166。
用于本发明的太阳能板可以选自现有技术中已知的、适于对小的LED阵列供电的太阳能板。合适的太阳能板是具有4.3V开路电压的多晶5V/130mA阵列、大约3.5A的短路电流以及2.6V的最佳操作电压。通常来讲,当太阳能板平放在直射太阳光下时,可重复充电电池在4到8小时内被完全充电,并且一旦被完全充电,足够的电荷能够产生多于六个小时的光并且优选超过8小时的光。尽管在本发明的范围内可以采用任何数量的LED,但是六到十个LED是优选的,并且八个是最优选的。LED提供4000mcd光源,采用可用光源足够用来照亮10平方英尺的面积。在各个实施例中,可以采用多色LED。所采用的多色LED可以是功能性的,例如红色或黄色,以指示紧急情况或者是装饰性的。
在另一示例性实施例中,塑料外壳被霜化使得外壳是透光的,但是从外面看是不透明的并且不能看见提灯的内部。霜化的表面还可以具有纹理,以增强光的散射通过。在该实施例中的LED可以是红色的、绿色的、蓝色的或者这些颜色的结合。在该实施例中,驱动LED的处理器可以使不同颜色的LED循环使用、闪烁、低功率、高功率,与单色LED的实施例相同。
可重复充电电池40优选是具有能够容易地设置在印刷电路板上的薄的轮廓的锂离子聚合物电池。在大多数优选实施例中,可重复充电电池具有不超过大约5mm的厚度、1000mAh容量和3.7V的标称操作电压。其中LED的平面阵列由布置成圆形的八个LED构成并且由电池供电。在优选实施例中,每个LED具有90流明、320mA(高功率)最大操作电流和70流明、220mA(低功率)最大操作电流。
印刷电路板200通过电池40控制LED的供电。使用者启动位于灯的外部上的电力开关204,以为LED供电。在各个实施例中,电路板控制照明的三个水平:低功率、高功率和断续照明。可以通过按压用于关闭和开启装置的相同的电力开关来实现各个水平的照明。例如,开关可以设置成按压一次用于低功率、按压两次用于高功率、按压三次用于断续照明、按压四次用于关闭装置。本领域技术人员可以寻找用于该目的的这种合适的微芯片。

Claims (21)

1.一种太阳能灯,包括:
可塌缩外壳,所述外壳具有侧壁和平的端壁;
位于平的端壁和侧壁之间的不透水密封件;
位于一个端壁上的印刷电路板,包括发光二极管的平面阵列,其中所述一个端壁包括内端壁、外端壁和密封在所述内端壁和外端壁之间的刚性板;
在所述内端壁上的反射表面,所述反射表面具有设置在发光二极管的平面阵列上方的孔口;
附接到所述印刷电路板的可重复充电电池,用于为所述发光二极管供电;
位于所述印刷电路板上、与所述发光二极管的平面阵列相对的太阳能板,适于对可重复充电电池重复充电;以及
所述印刷电路板可操作地连接到所述可重复充电电池、所述发光二极管、所述太阳能板和用于接通或断开所述发光二极管的供电的开关。

8.一种太阳能灯,包括:
可塌缩外壳,所述外壳具有半透明的侧壁和平的端壁;
位于平的端壁和侧壁之间的不透水密封件;
位于一个端壁上的印刷电路板,包括发光二极管的平面阵列,其中所述一个端壁包括内端壁、外端壁和密封在所述内端壁和外端壁之间的刚性板;
在所述内端壁上的反射表面,所述反射表面具有设置在发光二极管的平面阵列上方的孔口;
附接到所述印刷电路板的可重复充电电池,用于为所述发光二极管供电;
位于所述印刷电路板上、与所述发光二极管的平面阵列相对的太阳能板,适于对可重复充电电池重复充电;以及
所述印刷电路板可操作地连接到所述可重复充电电池、所述发光二极管、所述太阳能板和用于接通或断开所述发光二极管的供电的开关。
9.根据权利要求8所述的太阳能灯,还包括用于为所述太阳能灯充气的阀。
10.根据权利要求8所述的太阳能灯,还包括基本上覆盖每个端壁的整表面区域的平面反射板。
11.根据权利要求8所述的太阳能灯,其中,所述外壳是被密封为不透水的透明柔性聚氯乙烯PVC。
12.根据权利要求8所述的太阳能灯,其中,所述开关在高功率模式、低功率模式和闪烁模式之间为所述发光二极管供电。
13.根据权利要求8所述的太阳能灯,其中,所述电池是锂离子聚合物电池组,具有1000mAh的容量、3.7V的标称操作电压和小于5mm的厚度,其中,所述发光二极管的平面阵列由布置成圆形并且由所述电池供电的八个发光二极管构成,每个发光二极管具有90流明、320mA的最大操作电流。

15.一种太阳能灯,包括:
可塌缩外壳,所述外壳具有半透明或透明的侧壁和平的端壁;
位于平的端壁和侧壁之间的不透水密封件;
位于一个端壁上的印刷电路板,包括发光二极管的平面阵列,其中所述一个端壁包括内端壁、外端壁和密封在所述内端壁和外端壁之间的刚性板;
在所述内端壁上的反射表面,所述反射表面具有设置在发光二极管的平面阵列上方的孔口;
附接到所述印刷电路板的可重复充电电池,用于为所述发光二极管供电;
位于所述印刷电路板上、与所述发光二极管的平面阵列相对的太阳能板,适于对可重复充电电池重复充电;以及
所述印刷电路板可操作地连接到所述可重复充电电池、所述发光二极管、所述太阳能板和用于接通或断开所述发光二极管的供电的开关。
16.根据权利要求15所述的太阳能灯,还包括用于为所述太阳能灯充气的阀。
17.根据权利要求15所述的太阳能灯,还包括基本上覆盖每个端壁的整表面区域的平面反射板。
18.根据权利要求15所述的太阳能灯,其中,所述外壳是被密封为不透水的透明柔性聚氯乙烯PVC。
