Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于太阳能发光装置领域。具体地,本发明涉及可充气、可塌缩太阳能灯,该太阳能灯为不能可靠的利用电能的人们(包括发展中国家的居民和灾民)提供低成本的照明,该灯也可以用于所有发达国家作为节能、环保便携式照明替代物。
背景技术
被公开的美国申请US2012/0120642(Shreshta)和US2012/0224359(Chun)涉及可充气太阳能发光体。所公开的装置具有不便利的形状并且缺乏有效的光散射能力。
发明内容
因此,在一个方面,本发明提供一种可塌缩太阳能提灯,包括:可塌缩提灯外壳;太阳能板;可重复充电锂离子电池;LED光源;和电路板。可充电电池通过将可塌缩提灯外壳放置在直射太阳光下4小时至5小时以完成充电而被重复充电。
在各个实施例中,提灯呈具有可塌缩的、透明的外壳的灯的形式,所述外壳具有侧壁和平的圆形端壁。采用这种方式,灯可以被竖直放置(laid on its side),使得该灯在展开时形成自由直立的圆筒形形状。设置有阀用于使可塌缩的外壳充气。发光二极管LED的平面阵列布置在位于一个端壁上的印刷电路板上。印刷电路板可操作地与为LED供电的可重复充电电池连接;太阳能板适于为可重复充电电池重复充电;以及用于开启和断开LED的供电的开关。在优选实施方式中,在端壁上的反射表面彼此面对以增强来自装置的散射光。

具体实施方式
参考图1的实施例,可塌缩外壳100由半透明的、并且优选是透明的塑料材料,例如聚氯乙烯(PVC)制成,尽管所采用的材料是不重要的,并且也可以使用另一种合适的半透明柔性材料,例如聚乙烯。外壳100包括圆筒形侧壁14、平的圆形顶端壁13和平的圆形底端壁16。平的顶端壁和底端壁足够坚硬以使得灯在展开时形成自由直立的圆筒。手柄17(同样优选由与外壳相同的柔性塑料材料制成)允许灯容易地附接到壁或天花板,或者在需要时携带。在最优选的实施例中,第二手柄172设置在相对端壁16上,如图1B所示。
如在图2的分解视图中示出的,顶端壁13优选包括内部顶部134和外部顶部132。底端壁16包括内部底部162和外部底部164。内部顶部132和外部顶部134采用不透水的方式被密封到侧壁14并且彼此密封以包封顶部反射器125。通常优选的是,外壳被密封成被称作IP67的侵入保护水平,这意味着被保护以免受灰尘和污染的侵入,并且被保护以免受暂时侵入15cm至1m的水中持续30分钟的影响。顶部反射器125具有直接面对布置在底端壁上的LED28的反射表面,并且可以由涂敷有反射涂层的PVC、具有反射涂层的卡片纸料或者其它合适的材料制成,以为外壳端壁13提供刚性并且从LED28反射光。
在底端壁16上设置相似的布置,具有由反射涂敷材料形成的底部反射器166。底部反射器设置有布置在LED光源28上方的孔口44。孔口44可以设置有散射平纹棉麻织物材料,以封闭开口。
LED光源28还设置在位于装置的端壁上的印刷电路板200上。适于为LED供电的可重复充电电池40设置在与太阳能板202相对的印刷电路板200上(如图1B所示),该太阳能板适于对可重复充电电池40重复充电。太阳能板通过透明的外部底部164并通过底部框架160中的孔口暴露于太阳光。印刷电路板采用双面胶带202附接到底部框架部件166。
用于本发明的太阳能板可以选自现有技术中已知的、适于对小的LED阵列供电的太阳能板。合适的太阳能板是具有4.3V开路电压的多晶5V/130mA阵列、大约3.5A的短路电流以及2.6V的最佳操作电压。通常来讲,当太阳能板平放在直射太阳光下时,可重复充电电池在4到8小时内被完全充电,并且一旦被完全充电,足够的电荷能够产生多于六个小时的光并且优选超过8小时的光。尽管在本发明的范围内可以采用任何数量的LED,但是六到十个LED是优选的,并且八个是最优选的。LED提供4000mcd光源,采用可用光源足够用来照亮10平方英尺的面积。在各个实施例中,可以采用多色LED。所采用的多色LED可以是功能性的,例如红色或黄色,以指示紧急情况或者是装饰性的。
在另一示例性实施例中,塑料外壳被霜化使得外壳是透光的,但是从外面看是不透明的并且不能看见提灯的内部。霜化的表面还可以具有纹理,以增强光的散射通过。在该实施例中的LED可以是红色的、绿色的、蓝色的或者这些颜色的结合。在该实施例中,驱动LED的处理器可以使不同颜色的LED循环使用、闪烁、低功率、高功率,与单色LED的实施例相同。
可重复充电电池40优选是具有能够容易地设置在印刷电路板上的薄的轮廓的锂离子聚合物电池。在大多数优选实施例中,可重复充电电池具有不超过大约5mm的厚度、1000mAh容量和3.7V的标称操作电压。其中LED的平面阵列由布置成圆形的八个LED构成并且由电池供电。在优选实施例中,每个LED具有90流明、320mA(高功率)最大操作电流和70流明、220mA(低功率)最大操作电流。
印刷电路板200通过电池40控制LED的供电。使用者启动位于灯的外部上的电力开关204,以为LED供电。在各个实施例中,电路板控制照明的三个水平:低功率、高功率和断续照明。可以通过按压用于关闭和开启装置的相同的电力开关来实现各个水平的照明。例如,开关可以设置成按压一次用于低功率、按压两次用于高功率、按压三次用于断续照明、按压四次用于关闭装置。本领域技术人员可以寻找用于该目的的这种合适的微芯片。
外壳是可塌缩的并且优选通过设置成贯穿顶端壁13的阀123是可充气的。孔口被设置在外壳内部中的顶部反射器和内部顶部中,使得外壳可以被充气,实现低成本的、重量轻的并且耐用的发光手段,以用于处于危急中的人们。

Claims (12)
1.一种可充气太阳能灯,包括:
可塌缩、半透明外壳,所述外壳具有侧壁和平的端壁;
用于为外壳充气的阀;
位于一个端壁上的印刷电路板,包括发光二极管LED的平面阵列;
附接到所述印刷电路板的可重复充电电池,用于为LED供电;
太阳能板,适于对可重复充电电池重复充电;以及
所述电路板可操作地连接到所述可重复充电电池、所述LED、所述太阳能板和用于接通或断开LED的供电的开关。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能灯,其中,所述平的端壁是圆形的,并且所述灯在已充气状态下是圆筒形的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能灯,还包括基本上覆盖每个端壁的整个暴露内表面的平面反射板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能灯,其中,所述外壳是被密封为不透水的透明柔性聚氯乙烯PVC。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能灯,其中,设置在平的端壁之一上的反射表面具有设置在LED上方的孔口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能灯,其中,每个平的端壁是圆形的并且包括内端壁、外端壁和被密封在所述内端壁和所述外端壁之间的反射板。

9.一种可塌缩太阳能提灯,包括:
可塌缩提灯外壳;
太阳能板;
可重复充电电池;
LED光源;和
电路板,其中,所述可重复充电电池通过将可塌缩提灯外壳放置在直射太阳光下四小时至五小时以完成充电而被重复充电,所述可重复充电电池能够为LED供电,并且不需要充电至少八小时。
10.根据权利要求9所述的可塌缩太阳能提灯,其中,所述可重复充电电池是锂离子电池。
11.根据权利要求9所述的可塌缩太阳能提灯,其中,所述可塌缩太阳能提灯在一端上是平的。
12.根据权利要求9所述的可塌缩太阳能提灯,其中,所述可塌缩太阳能提灯具有壁或天花板附接件。
