一种多层次V型硬密封球阀,包括阀体、左右环形密封座、调整轴、V形球体、阀杆、填料垫、组合填料、填料压盖、蜗轮;阀体上设有阀的进口与出口;V形球体是球阀芯,阀杆在V形球体的上端固定,左右环形密封座在阀的进口与出口位置分别设有嵌入安装,阀的进口与出口通过环形的中心,环形密封座的内缘形状与V形球体的外缘形状吻合,V形球体的下端安装调整轴:V形球体下端设有轴孔与阀体的底座上设有调整轴吻合;阀杆上包裹填料垫、组合填料,并由填料压盖压住组合填料;阀杆最上端外缘设有与蜗轮齿匹配的螺杆螺纹、蜗轮;蜗轮驱动阀杆旋转调整球阀芯的在阀体内流体通道旋转,球阀芯旋转时通孔分别对应和阻止进出口时,分别对应阀的启闭。

技术领域:
本发明涉及硬密封球阀,尤其是适用于石油、化工、化肥、农药、化纤、造纸、制糖、食品、电站等工业部门使用的多层次V型硬密封球阀。
背景技术:
随着我国的国民经济的高速发展,在我国石油、化工、化肥、农药、化纤、造纸、制糖、食品、电站、等工业部门以及农业乃至生活设施的管路控制系统,使用多种规格的阀来控制系统,需要的用于控制浆液流通管路的阀门越来越多,特别是含有颗粒介质的介质,需要解决普通球阀阀体在耐磨损和耐腐蚀方面的不足。新型多层次V型硬密封球阀有效的解决了浆液阀在耐磨损和耐腐蚀方面的不足。现有传统产品的不足:传统球阀,不耐磨损和不耐腐蚀。操作不方便,维修成本高。
发明内容:
本发明目的是,提出一种新型多层次V型硬密封球阀,有效的解决了浆液阀在耐磨损和耐腐蚀方面的不足。并具的操作方便和密封可靠的效果。
本发明的技术方案是,一种多层次V型硬密封球阀,包括阀体、左右环形密封座、调整轴、V形球体、阀杆、填料垫、组合填料、填料压盖、蜗轮;阀体上设有阀的进口与出口;V形球体是球阀芯,阀杆在V形球体的上端固定,左右环形密封座在阀的进口与出口位置分别设有嵌入安装,阀的进口与出口通过环形的中心,环形密封座的内缘形状与V形球体的外缘形状吻合,V形球体的下端安装调整轴:V形球体下端设有轴孔与阀体的底座上设有调整轴吻合;阀杆上包裹填料垫、组合填料,并由填料压盖压住组合填料;阀杆最上端外缘设有与蜗轮齿匹配的螺杆螺纹、蜗轮;蜗轮驱动阀杆旋转调整球阀芯的在阀体内流体通道旋转,球阀芯旋转时通孔分别对应和阻止进出口时,分别对应阀的启闭。V形球体(即阀芯);环形座为可调整的碟簧结构。
多层次V型硬密封球阀,是耐磨损耐腐蚀浆液阀,耐磨损耐腐蚀浆液控制的专用阀门。
工作过程如图所示,直接或由控制智能部件控制蜗轮转动。
有益效果:本发明V形球体取用三偏心结构(针对阀杆的旋转轴),使密封面的空间运动轨迹达到理想化,密封面相互之间无磨擦、无干涉、加之密封材料选择得当,从而使球阀的密封性、耐腐蚀性、耐高温性和耐磨性等得到了可靠的保证;球阀采用整体锻造的截面为V形的结构,保证球体的最大强度比,同时V形结构,保证在调节时的等百比分的调节特性。密封座采用调整蝶簧结构,保证在使用过程中的磨损得到自动补偿,保证设备的使用寿命。调整轴调整弹簧使得V形球体在轴向的弹性密封以及环形密封座为碟簧结构均有利于密封,球体与密封座采用激光熔覆不同硬质合金技术制作并精加工,本发明耐磨损和耐腐蚀性能强;适用范围广。

多层次V型硬密封球阀,包括阀体,调整轴,密封垫,调整弹簧,V形球体,推紧螺母,密封垫片,密封座,调整蝶簧,防静电弹簧,阀杆,填料垫,组合填料,六角螺栓,填料压盖,蜗轮。阀体上设有阀的进口与出口;V形球体是球阀芯,阀杆(可为空心结构)在V形球体的上端固定,防静电弹簧焊接在阀杆(可为空心结构)与V形球体的接触处;左右环形密封座在阀的进口与出口位置分别设有嵌入安装作为环形密封座,推紧螺母亦为环状螺母,用环状螺母的外螺纹旋入阀体进出口部位设有的螺纹孔内用于夹持并安装环形密封座(并夹持密封垫片7),阀的进口与出口通过环形的中心,环形密封座的内缘形状与V形球体的外缘形状吻合,V形球体的下端安装调整轴:V形球体(即阀芯)下端设有轴孔与阀体的底座上设有调整轴吻合安装,轴孔内壁设有密封垫,轴孔内设有调整弹簧套调整轴在使调整轴弹簧支承在V形球体上,V形球体在轴向有弹性的安装在调整轴上,V形球体是横截面的形状;阀杆上包裹填料垫、组合填料,并由填料压盖压住组合填料;阀杆最上端外缘设有与蜗轮齿匹配的螺杆螺纹、蜗轮;阀杆上端通过阀杆设有的传动螺纹与蜗轮吻合固定。蜗轮旋转直接阀杆的旋转。六角螺栓用于固定阀体。
V形球体在阀体内流体通道内伸入阀座时截止流体通路,蜗轮驱动阀杆旋转调整球阀芯的在阀体内流体通道旋转,球阀芯旋转时通孔分别对应和阻止进出口时,分别对应阀的启闭。环形座为碟簧结构,且为可调整的碟簧结构。

1.一种多层次V型硬密封球阀,其特征是包括阀体、左右环形密封座、调整轴、V形球体、阀杆、填料垫、组合填料、填料压盖、蜗轮;阀体上设有阀的进口与出口;V形球体是球阀芯,阀杆在V形球体的上端固定,左右环形密封座在阀的进口与出口位置分别设有嵌入安装,阀的进口与出口通过环形的中心,环形密封座的内缘形状与V形球体的外缘形状吻合,V形球体的下端安装调整轴:V形球体下端设有轴孔与阀体的底座上设有调整轴吻合;阀杆上包裹填料垫、组合填料,并由填料压盖压住组合填料;阀杆最上端外缘设有与蜗轮齿匹配的螺杆螺纹、蜗轮;蜗轮驱动阀杆旋转调整球阀芯的在阀体内流体通道旋转,球阀芯旋转时通孔分别对应和阻止进出口时,分别对应阀的启闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层次V型硬密封球阀,其特征是环形密封座为碟簧结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层次V型硬密封球阀,其特征是V形球体的下端安装调整轴:V形球体下端设有轴孔与阀体的底座上设有调整轴吻合安装,轴孔内壁设有密封垫,轴孔内设有调整弹簧套调整轴在使调整轴弹簧支承在V形球体上。
