Abstract
本发明公开了一种捻线机用自动注油装置,包括若干钢领、油瓶、中部钢领板、端头固定管和四通;所述钢领由环形主体和连接于环形主体一侧的连接板组成,所述环形主体的上表面设有环形油槽;所述钢领通过连接板依次安装于中部钢领板上,且所述中部钢领板内开设有输油通道;所述连接板内开设有与所述中部钢领板和环形油槽贯通的送油通道;所述四通的上侧端口连接于油瓶底端,所述四通的底侧端口连接调节螺母,所述四通的侧面端口分别连接于中部钢领板、端头钢领板的相邻端;注入油瓶内的润滑油沿输油通道通过送油通道流入环形油槽内。油瓶可一次性的存储大量的润滑油,解决了储油盒内存储的油量少而需设备操作人员多次重复补油的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及捻线机技术领域,具体涉及一种捻线机用自动注油装置及其用润滑油。
背景技术
捻线机是将多股细纱捻成一股的纺织机械设备,作用是将纱或并合后股纱制品加工成线型制品、供织造和针织用线。
现有捻线机对纱线进行加捻的方式为:当锭子带动筒管一起回转时,纱线拖动钢丝圈在环状钢领上回转,钢领由成形凸轮传动作短动程升降,每次升降后位置上升一定高度,使管线绕成圆锥形交叉卷绕的卷装。
钢领通常为圆环结构,钢丝圈在钢领上做回转运动。为了避免钢丝圈出现卡阻问题,钢领上表面通常设置有环形油槽,并于钢领的一侧设置有储油盒,储油盒内储存一定量的备用润滑油。钢丝圈的一端卡于油槽侧壁,并做绕钢领的回转运动。在实际的使用中,由于润滑油的消耗、挥发等问题,需要经常性的向储油盒、环形油槽内加油,由于捻线机上通常设有若干列钢领,致使设备操作人员的工作量较大,严重的还会造成产能的降低,并降低企业的竞争力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种捻线机用自动注油装置,以解决上述背景技术中提及的为避免钢丝圈出现卡阻问题,而在钢领上表面设置环形油槽,并于钢领一侧设置储油盒以实现油润滑的方式,易增大设备操作人员的工作量的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种捻线机用自动注油装置,包括若干钢领、油瓶、中部钢领板、端头固定管和四通;所述钢领由环形主体和连接于环形主体一侧的连接板组成,所述环形主体的上表面设有环形油槽;所述钢领通过连接板依次安装于中部钢领板上,且所述中部钢领板内开设有输油通道;所述连接板内开设有与所述中部钢领板和环形油槽贯通的送油通道;
所述四通的上侧端口连接于油瓶底端,所述四通的底侧端口连接调节螺母,所述四通的侧面端口分别连接于中部钢领板、端头钢领板的相邻端;
注入油瓶内的润滑油沿输油通道通过送油通道流入环形油槽内。
进一步地,所述连接板通过安装螺丝安装于中部钢领板上。
进一步地,所述油瓶由上部的圆柱体和下部的圆锥体组成。
进一步地,还包括钢球,所述钢球放置于四通的内部,所述调节螺母顶紧于所述钢球的底部,并调节钢球相对于所述油瓶底端的相对距离。
进一步地,所述钢球的外径大于四通上侧端口的内径。
本发明所述的捻线机用自动注油装置用润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:中性基础油92-95份,亚磷酸脂10-13份,增粘剂0.2-0.5份,滑石粉4-8份,磷酸12-15份,山梨醇2-3份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5-1份,粘度指数改进剂3-4份,硅烷偶联剂8-10份,环氧丁烷6-8份,氢氧化钠1-2份,乙醇4-5份。
进一步地,由下述重量份的原料制成:中性基础油94份,亚磷酸脂11份,增粘剂0.3份,滑石粉6份,磷酸13份,山梨醇2份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5份,粘度指数改进剂3份,硅烷偶联剂9份,环氧丁烷7份,氢氧化钠1份,乙醇4份。
现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)注入油瓶内的润滑油沿输油通道、送油通道流入环形油槽的方式,一方面,油瓶可一次性的存储大量的润滑油,解决了储油盒内存储的油量少而需设备操作人员多次重复补油的问题,降低了人员的工作量;另一方面,通过调节钢球相对于所述油瓶底端的相对距离,可以控制润滑油的流通速度;
(2)于本发明使用的润滑油中,添加适量的粘度指数改进剂,可改善润滑油的粘温性能;
(3)本发明使用的润滑油,极大的提高润滑油的稳定性,使用时摩擦力小,在钢丝圈做绕钢领的回转运动中,可提高钢丝圈的运行稳定性。

实施例1:请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种捻线机用自动注油装置,包括若干钢领、油瓶2、一个中部钢领板6、端头固定管1、四通4和钢球7;所述钢领由环形主体3和连接于环形主体3一侧的连接板5组成,所述环形主体3的上表面设有环形油槽10;所述钢领通过连接板5依次安装于中部钢领板6上,且所述中部钢领板6内开设有输油通道8;所述连接板5内开设有与所述中部钢领板6和环形油槽10贯通的送油通道9;
所述四通4的上侧端口连接于油瓶2底端,所述四通4的底侧端口连接调节螺母,所述四通4的侧面端口分别连接于中部钢领板6、端头钢领板1的相邻端;
所述钢球7放置于四通4的内部,且所述钢球7的外径大于四通4上侧端口的内径,所述调节螺母顶紧于所述钢球7的底部,并调节钢球7相对于所述油瓶2底端的相对距离;
注入油瓶2内的润滑油沿输油通道8通过送油通道9流入环形油槽10内。
所述连接板5通过安装螺丝安装于中部钢领板6上。
所述油瓶2由上部的圆柱体和下部的圆锥体组成。
此外,所述油瓶2的顶端还可以设置盖合油瓶2顶端的盖体,以减少润滑油的挥发的问题。
本发明所述捻线机用自动注油装置用的第一种润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:中性基础油92份,亚磷酸脂10份,增粘剂0.2份,滑石粉4份,磷酸12份,山梨醇2份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5份,粘度指数改进剂3份,硅烷偶联剂8份,环氧丁烷6份,氢氧化钠1份,乙醇4份。
第二种润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:中性基础油95份,亚磷酸脂13份,增粘剂0.5份,滑石粉8份,磷酸15份,山梨醇3份,抗氧抗腐剂1份,粘度指数改进剂4份,硅烷偶联剂10份,环氧丁烷8份,氢氧化钠2份,乙醇5份。
第三种润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:中性基础油94份,亚磷酸脂11份,增粘剂0.3份,滑石粉6份,磷酸13份,山梨醇2份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5份,粘度指数改进剂3份,硅烷偶联剂9份,环氧丁烷7份,氢氧化钠1份,乙醇4份

1.一种捻线机用自动注油装置,其特征在于:包括若干钢领、油瓶(2)、中部钢领板(6)、端头固定管(1)和四通(4);所述钢领由环形主体(3)和连接于环形主体(3)一侧的连接板(5)组成,所述环形主体(3)的上表面设有环形油槽(10);所述钢领通过连接板(5)依次安装于中部钢领板(6)上,且所述中部钢领板(6)内开设有输油通道(8);所述连接板(5)内开设有与所述中部钢领板(6)和环形油槽(10)贯通的送油通道(9);
所述四通(4)的上侧端口连接于油瓶(2)底端,所述四通(4)的底侧端口连接调节螺母,所述四通(4)的侧面端口分别连接于中部钢领板(6)、端头钢领板(1)的相邻端;
注入油瓶(2)内的润滑油沿输油通道(8)通过送油通道(9)流入环形油槽(10)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的捻线机用自动注油装置,其特征在于:所述连接板(5)通过安装螺丝安装于中部钢领板(6)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的捻线机用自动注油装置,其特征在于:所述油瓶(2)由上部的圆柱体和下部的圆锥体组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的捻线机用自动注油装置,其特征在于:还包括钢球(7),所述钢球(7)放置于四通(4)的内部,所述调节螺母顶紧于所述钢球(7)的底部,并调节钢球(7)相对于所述油瓶(2)底端的相对距离。
5.根据权利要求4所述的捻线机用自动注油装置,其特征在于:所述钢球(7)的外径大于四通(4)上侧端口的内径。
6.一种权利要求1-5任意一项所述捻线机用自动注油装置用润滑油,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制成:中性基础油92-95份,亚磷酸脂10-13份,增粘剂0.2-0.5份,滑石粉4-8份,磷酸12-15份,山梨醇2-3份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5-1份,粘度指数改进剂3-4份,硅烷偶联剂8-10份,环氧丁烷6-8份,氢氧化钠1-2份,乙醇4-5份。
