Abstract

本发明涉及废旧塑料回收造粒领域,特别涉及一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒及其制备方法。该母粒包括:ABS树脂40‑50份、色素炭黑30‑40份、有机黑色粉10‑15份、分散剂8‑10份、表面光亮剂6‑8份、主抗氧剂6‑8份、辅助抗氧剂6‑8份、润滑剂3‑5份。该多功能母粒通过密炼机和双螺杆挤出机制备。这种多功能母粒及其制备方法可保证,使用该母粒的回收ABS具备高黑度、高光泽度和高耐热稳定性的特点,同时也减少了回收造粒的加工过程对回收ABS冲击性能的影响,显著提高了废旧ABS回收产品的市场价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及回收造粒技术领域,特别涉及一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
ABS是丙烯腈(A)、丁二烯(B)、苯乙烯(S)三种单体所构成的塑料,大量应用于家用电器、OA设备及交通工具的外壳和表面装饰件,这些产品的外观要求高,尤其在光泽度和颜色上有明确的性能要求,这些要求可以通过添加特定配方的色母粒来实现,比如专利CN201010599302.7、CN201110166365.8、CN201710140135.1等都涉及到此类产品;此外,也有色母粒产品复合了ABS的其它性能改进需求,比如抗静电、防尘、抗菌、阻燃等需求,比如专利CN201210349414.6、CN201410457296.X等。但以上这些发明往往有限地应用于新料ABS,而非专注于再生ABS的产品定位。
除了常规的黑度和亮度需求外,再生ABS也需要改善耐热稳定性,避免再次加工过程中出现的冲击性能严重劣化;而且受限于再生ABS复杂的掺混情况,比如各种杂色ABS,用于再生ABS的色母粒需要有更加突出的黑度和亮度的功能。我们确信只有提升最终回收产品的市场价值,才能反过来促进废旧塑料的回收与分类,进而实现真正意义上的资源循环利用。
因此再生塑料行业迫切需要一种专门用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能母粒,可以同时赋予再生ABS高黑度、高表面光泽度和耐热稳定性等功能。
发明内容
鉴于以上问题,本发明提供了一种可以同时赋予再生ABS高黑度、高表面光泽度和耐热稳定性的多功能黑色母粒及该母粒的制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明中一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒,包括以下组分:ABS树脂40-50份、色素炭黑30-40份、有机黑色粉10-15份、分散剂8-10份、表面光亮剂6-8份、主抗氧剂6-8份、辅助抗氧剂6-8份、润滑剂3-5份。
所述ABS树脂为高流动性ABS树脂,所述ABS树脂在220℃/10kg的测试条件下,熔指高于25g/10min。
所述有机黑色粉为苯胺黑,包括油溶性苯胺黑或醇溶性苯胺黑中的一种或多种。
所述分散剂主要包括聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡和费托蜡中的一种或多种。分散剂可以渗透颜料的团聚体内,降低颜料粒子之间的吸附力;同时分散剂将颜料表面包覆,增加了塑料和颜料的亲和性;此外也可以改善母粒的流动性。
所述表面光亮剂主要包括低分子量聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、单硬脂酸甘油酯、硅油和硅酮中的一种或多种。表面光亮剂在塑料挤出造粒和最终注塑过程中,可以析出到制品表面,使制品增加表面光亮效果和易于脱模。
所述主抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,辅助抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂或硫醚类抗氧剂所构成的复配体系,优选的,所述主抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯(通用商品名,抗氧剂1010)、3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯(通用商品名,抗氧剂1076)、1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苄基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-三酮(通用商品名,抗氧剂1790)、二缩三乙二醇双[β-(3-叔丁基-4-羟基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯](通用商品名,抗氧剂245)中的一种或多种;所述辅助抗氧剂为亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯(通用商品名,抗氧剂168)、硫代二丙酸双十八醇酯(通用商品名,抗氧剂DSTDP)、硫代二丙酸双十二醇酯(通用商品名,抗氧剂DLTDP)中的一种或多种。
所述润滑剂主要包括乙撑双硬脂酰胺、改性酰胺蜡、硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸锌中的一种或多种。炭黑色母粒熔体粘度较高,润滑剂降低了熔体与设备之间的界面摩擦力,提高了熔体的流动性。
一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将各组分配置好后,按混料流程加入密炼机,完成对树脂、颜料和相关助剂的密炼;
S2:将密炼后的组分放入双螺杆挤出机,挤出切粒,得到ABS多功能高黑高亮母粒。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供了一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能母粒,使用该母粒的回收ABS具备高黑度、高光泽度和高耐热稳定性的特点,同时也减少了回收造粒的加工过程对回收ABS冲击性能的影响。该母粒中的高着色能力的色素炭黑和分散-润滑-表面光亮剂体系保证了杂色废旧ABS的高黑度及高表面光泽度;采用的主抗氧剂和辅助抗氧剂构成的抗氧剂体系,提升了再生ABS的耐热稳定性,从而减少了材料的性能下降,制得的回收ABS颗粒产品冲击性能保留率高,避免了再生塑料直接过机的严重性能衰减。添加该色母粒的废旧ABS回收塑料,同时具备高黑度、高表面光泽度、机械性能保留率高等优点,显著提高了废旧ABS回收产品的市场价值,充分满足了再生ABS行业的产品需求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
[实施例1-3]
实施例1-3的基本组成原料如表1所示。实施例1-3的制备方法相同,即将各组分配置好后,加入到密炼机中,调节混料温度为140℃到180℃,混料时间10到20min后停止;将混合后组分放入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的温度设定如下:一区180℃,二区200℃,三区210℃,四区220℃,五区220℃,六区230℃,七区230℃,八区230℃,九区230℃,机头温度230℃。挤出切粒,得到ABS色母粒。

所涉及实施例1-3及比较例1-2的实际应用,物性数值的测定和评价按以下方法进行:
[黑度及光泽度及测试]
依据GB/T 1864-1989颜料颜色的比较及GB/T 8807塑料镜面光泽度试验方法标准进行,由爱色丽品牌CI60分光测色仪和三恩时品牌HG268光泽度仪测试。
[冲击性能测试]
依据GB/T 1843塑料悬臂梁冲击试验方法标准进行,由美特斯品牌ZBC1251悬臂梁冲击试验机测试。
[色板及冲击测试样条的制备]
依据GB/T 17037热塑性塑料材料注塑试样的制备标准进行,由震雄品牌EM80-SVP/3注塑机制样。
[原材料信息]
原材料为再生ABS破碎料,片料粒径大致在20cm*20cm左右,基料来源为杂色的电视机外壳边框、小家电外壳料。
[比较例1-2信息]
为成本与实施例1-3相对于接近的、适用于新料ABS的色母粒产品。
所涉及原料基本性能、向原料中添加相同比例(1%)实施例1-3及比较例1-2后最终成品的实际情况,均如表2所示:

光泽度数值越高则代表光泽度越好,黑度(L值)越低则代表黑度越好,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度越高则代表冲击韧性越好。由表2可知,ABS破碎料直接过机制成的ABS再生料,在黑度、光泽度及悬臂梁缺口冲击强度等关键指标上均较差,添加了实施例1-3和比较例1-2后,ABS再生料的性能有了显著提升;实施例1-3的使用效果要好于比较例1-2,尤其在悬臂梁缺口冲击强度上优势非常突出。

1.一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒,其特征在于,包括以下组分:ABS树脂40-50份、色素炭黑30-40份、有机黑色粉10-15份、分散剂8-10份、表面光亮剂6-8份、主抗氧剂6-8份、辅助抗氧剂6-8份、润滑剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒,其特征在于,所述ABS树脂为高流动性ABS树脂,所述ABS树脂在220℃/10kg的测试条件下,熔指高于20g/10min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒,其特征在于,所述有机黑色粉为苯胺黑。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒,其特征在于,所述分散剂主要包括聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡和费托蜡中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒,其特征在于,所述表面光亮剂主要包括低分子量聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、单硬脂酸甘油酯、硅油和硅酮的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒,其特征在于,所述主抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,辅助抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂或硫醚类抗氧剂所构成的复配体系。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒,其特征在于,所述润滑剂主要包括乙撑双硬脂酰胺、改性酰胺蜡、硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸锌的一种或多种。
8.一种专用于废旧ABS回收造粒的多功能高黑高亮母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将各组分配置好后,按混料流程加入密炼机,完成对树脂、颜料和相关助剂的密炼;
