Drying the polybutylene succinate and the polylactic acid in a vacuum oven at 80 ℃ for 12 hours; the TMC-306 nucleator was dried in a vacuum oven at 80℃for 2 hours. The raw materials and the dosage are respectively as follows: 15 g of polyhydroxyalkanoate, 15 g of polybutylene succinate, 25 g of polylactic acid, 2 g of activated carbon, 0.25 g of maleic anhydride, 0.25 g of TMC-306 nucleating agent, 2.5 g of acetyl tributyl citrate plasticizer, 0.25 g of antioxidant 1010,1.25 g of lubricant aluminum stearate, 1 g of aluminum-titanium composite coupling agent and 1 g of HDC-102 antistatic agent. Polyhydroxyalkanoate, polybutylene succinate and polylactic acid are dried in a vacuum oven at 80 ℃ for 12 hours; the TMC-306 nucleator was dried in a vacuum oven at 80℃for 2 hours. After the raw materials are evenly mixed, the raw materials are added into an internal mixer for melt mixing, the temperatures of the three parts of the internal mixer are 190 ℃,195 ℃ and 190 ℃, the rotating speed is 35rmp, and the internal mixing time is 10 minutes. After extrusion at the head of the screw machine, the molten and mixed resin was hot-pressed in a mold and preheated for 5 minutes. The hot pressing temperature of the upper die and the lower die is 190 ℃ and the pressure is 10MPa. The hot pressing time was 5 minutes. Annealing at 110℃for 30 minutes after hot pressing. Properties of the finished product obtained: the tensile strength is 38MPa, and the thermal deformation temperature is 98 ℃.
The molded product of the above example 1-example 3 is washed by a surface treating agent at 80 ℃ and an organic solvent, and then subjected to water cooling, air drying and dehydration, blanking, homogenization and vibration and drying at 80 ℃ by a water area tank at 25 ℃ to obtain a final product.
In summary, the single-tube eyebrow pencil has the following advantages: 1. compared with the traditional single-tube eyebrow pencil, the single-tube eyebrow pencil has the advantages of bending resistance, static resistance, oxidation resistance, moderate selling price, reasonable design, long service life and suitability for market characteristics. 2. The single-tube eyebrow pencil is different from a common single-tube eyebrow pencil in that the pencil body and the pencil cover of the single-tube eyebrow pencil have special sealing structures and are made of environment-friendly high-heat-resistance high-rigidity materials, the connection of parts is firmer, the matching is accurate, the bending deformation resistance performance is enhanced, the antistatic performance is enhanced, the overall air tightness is enhanced to 100% of the airtight effect, and the single-tube eyebrow pencil is convenient for users to carry, store and use. 3. After the single-tube eyebrow pencil is made of the environment-friendly high-rigidity antistatic material, a plastic part of a product is not easy to oxidize and age, and after long-time storage or use, the surface color degree is as original, and meanwhile, dust accumulation and pollution are avoided.
Claims (5)
1. An environment-friendly high-rigidity antistatic single-tube eyebrow pencil is characterized in that a pencil body (2) of the single-tube eyebrow pencil is buckled with a head cap (1), pencil cores in the pencil body are arranged on handled beads (3) in a fork base (5), the inner diameter of the bead mouth of each handled bead is provided with a convex positioning rib, an O-shaped ring (4) is arranged between the fork base and the pencil body, the outer diameter of each handled bead in the fork base is provided with a thread section, and the handled beads are driven to move up and down by rotating the pencil body; the pen is characterized in that a head cap groove (102) is formed in the inner diameter of a cap opening of the head cap (1), a head cap fixing rib (101) is formed in the inner diameter above the head cap groove of the head cap, the head cap groove is buckled with a pen body fixing rib (202) with the outer diameter of a body opening of a pen body (2), meanwhile, the head cap fixing rib of the head cap is buckled with a pen body groove (201) with the outer diameter above the pen body fixing rib of the pen body, four symmetrical head cap air guide grooves (103) and a middle cavity (104) are formed in the middle area of the head cap fixing rib and the head cap groove, a rough section (203) is formed in the middle area of the pen body fixing rib and the pen body groove, and the middle area of the head cap is tightly matched with the middle area of the pen body; the inner diameter below the pen body (2) is provided with four symmetrical pen body air guide grooves; a fork base (5) at the other end of the pen body (2) is provided with a lash brush (7), the lash brush is arranged in a tail end hole of the fork base through a brush seat (6), and the outer diameter of the pen body at the lash brush is buckled with an outer cover (8); the head cap (1) and the pen body (2) adopt the following preparation methods: 100 parts by weight of a degradable polymer, wherein the degradable polymer comprises a plurality of polylactic acid, polybutylene succinate and polyhydroxyalkanoates; 0.1-10 parts by weight of nucleating agent which is hydrazide compound; 0-2 parts by weight of maleic anhydride; 1-3 parts by weight of an antistatic agent; 0.1-1 part by weight of a coupling agent, wherein the coupling agent is an aluminum-titanium composite coupling agent; 1-3 parts of active carbon; 0.5-10 parts by weight of other auxiliary agents, wherein the other auxiliary agents comprise one or more of antioxidants, plasticizers, chain extenders and lubricants; wherein the antioxidant comprises one or more of hindered phenol antioxidants or phosphite antioxidants, and the content of the antioxidant is 0.5-1 weight part; the plasticizer comprises one or more of polyethylene glycol, diisopropyl 1, 2-cyclohexanedicarboxylate, di-n-hexyl sebacate, dibutyl maleate, dioctyl terephthalate, citric acid ester, aliphatic polyester or polyurethane; the lubricant comprises one or more of white oil, stearic acid or vinyl bis-stearamide.
2. The environmentally friendly high-rigidity antistatic single-tube eyebrow pencil according to claim 1, wherein the antistatic agent is HDC-102 antistatic agent or HBS-510 antistatic agent.
3. The environment-friendly high-rigidity antistatic single-tube eyebrow pencil according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is a compound of one or more anti-aging agents selected from 3114, DSTP, DLTP, 168, 1010.

The environment-friendly high-rigidity antistatic single-tube eyebrow pencil according to claim 1, wherein the degradation polymer and the nucleating agent are respectively subjected to drying treatment, the drying treatment temperature of the degradation polymer is 60-100 ℃, the drying treatment time of the degradation polymer is 8-12 hours, the drying treatment temperature of the nucleating agent is 80-120 ℃, and the drying treatment time is 2-5 hours; after drying, the rest components are melt-blended, extruded at the head of a screw machine and molded in an injection molding mode; after molding, cleaning the surface treatment agent and the organic solvent at 80 ℃, and then carrying out water cooling, air drying and dehydration, blanking, homogenizing and vibrating and drying at 80 ℃ on the water area tank at 25 ℃ to obtain a final product.
