The invention discloses a device for detecting water tightness of a product, which is characterized by comprising a frame, a handle, an air inlet device and a detection groove; the rack is provided with a clamping groove for placing a product to be detected; the two handles, namely a first handle and a second handle, are arranged on the frame and can slide on the frame; the two handles are used for tightly pressing the product to be detected in the clamping groove; one end of the air inlet device is positioned beside the clamping groove and is attached to the product to be detected, and the other end of the air inlet device is connected with the second handle; and a detection probe is placed in the detection groove. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the device has simple integral structure and can be suitable for detection of various electronic products; the tested object can rapidly distinguish the waterproof effect of the tested object without contacting water for testing, and adverse effects on products caused by the testing process are not required to be worried about; the waterproof performance of the finished product can be directly tested, and the waterproof performance can be expanded in parallel, so that the requirement of large-batch simultaneous testing is met.

Background
With the development of the internet of things industry, portable electronic devices are appearing in various aspects of life and are increasingly operating in various severe environments. In these environments, moisture and dust often damage electronic devices, and therefore, a better waterproof effect is required so that the moisture or dust does not invade the inside to damage electronic parts when the rings are used in a lowered state.
The traditional test aims at the requirement of the waterproof effect, water is sprayed to related parts, and then the water is disassembled to know whether the water seepage condition in the water-proof device can meet the waterproof requirement. However, such a test inevitably damages the electronic device and has a rather complicated detection procedure, so that only a spot test can be performed on the finished products, and it is known whether a single batch of finished products can meet the expected requirement. Of course, the electronic device that has been returned to service in use cannot be tested in this manner. The comprehensive waterproof test can only be conducted on the shell in the semi-finished product, but after the shell is tested, the shell still needs to be disassembled to mount the internal electronic parts, and after the disassembling and reassembling process, the waterproof property of the shell is different from the state of the shell when the shell is tested. Therefore, the water-proof effect test method can only evaluate whether the initial design and single batch products can achieve the preset water-proof effect, and can not confirm that each manufactured finished product can achieve the expected water-proof effect.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for more clearly illustrating the technical aspects of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
The device in the technical scheme can test the waterproof effect of the tested object without splashing water or soaking the tested object. Because the part to be detected of the product is inflated through the vent pipe, whether the product part is sealed or not can be detected rapidly, the detection efficiency is high, and the operation is convenient. The device can detect a single product through the combination body formed by the bases in parallel, can detect the air tightness of a plurality of products simultaneously, has quite high efficiency, can detect the product after 10-20 seconds, does not contact any liquid in the whole detection process, and does not have the risk of damaging the products. When connected in parallel, all of the inlet vents 32 are connected to the same air reservoir, resulting in greater overall efficiency.
Specifically, the device comprises a frame, a handle, an air inlet device and a detection groove.
The frame is used for placing the product of waiting to detect, and two handles are installed in the frame, become 90 degrees and place, compress tightly the product of waiting to be detected from top and side respectively, make the product of waiting to be detected fix in the draw-in groove of frame, and the handle of side and air inlet unit become the level and place, barometer and intake pipe UNICOM, and the terminal venthole of intake pipe is sealed with rubber all around, and the product needs airtight detection part to compress tightly, places the detection probe in the detection groove and detects sealed effect.

The first handle 21 is installed on the vertical plate 11, the second handle 22 is installed on the base 13, the first handle 21 and the second handle 22 are placed at 90 degrees, the first handle 21 is used for pressing a measured object in the vertical direction to enable the measured object to be fixed on the base 13, and the second handle 22 is used for pressing an air inlet pipeline in the horizontal direction to further press the measured object.
The air intake device 3 is mounted on the upright plate 11 and is placed between the second handle 22 and the bracket 12. The barometer 31 is used to measure the intake air pressure to meet different strength tests. The air inlet hole 32 is connected with an external air storage tank, the air inlet hole is connected with an air inlet pipeline to penetrate through the bracket 12, the periphery of the air outlet hole 33 is sealed by rubber materials, and the product is compressed by the detection part.
The detection groove 4 is divided into a side detection groove 41 and a bottom detection groove 42, and a detection probe is placed in the detection groove to detect the sealing effect, so that no gas should pass through either on one side of the product or through the product.
When the device is used, the air inlet device is used for injecting air to the part to be detected of the product, so that whether the product part is sealed or not can be detected rapidly, the detection efficiency is high, and the operation is convenient. By adjusting the positions of the two handles, the product to be detected is tightly pressed, the air inlet is adjusted by detecting the numerical value of the barometer 31, the part of the product to be detected is detected, and if any detection probe in the side detection groove 41 and the bottom detection groove 42 detects that the gas passes through, the product is unqualified.
