The invention relates to an air tightness inspection device for a special-shaped wire holder.
Background
The method is widely applied to various industries such as automobile cylinders, pistons, petroleum, coal mines, rubber pipes, pressure gauges, gas storage tanks and the like, and the places needing gas pressurization and gas tightness tests need to be subjected to gas tightness inspection. Generally, whichever device is used to produce the gas, the device must be checked for tightness before the complete set of devices is completely filled with reactants to ensure that the experiment is performed successfully.
In the test piece 9 of the miniaturized vibration tube pressure sensor of the prior art shown in fig. 3, after the wire holder and the lead wire 10 are sintered, the air tightness of 4 sintering positions distributed around the central step of the wire holder is required to be checked, and the air tightness of the sintered position is complicated because the wire holder is provided with an L-shaped hole. The current adopted method for checking the tightness of the sintered wire holder is to attach a wire holder test piece to a supporting seat through a sealing gasket, use vacuum silicone grease, seal the port of an L-shaped through hole by using plasticine, and then use a helium mass spectrometer leak detector for leak detection. The prior art has the defects that the leakage is easy to occur during leakage detection, the efficiency is low, the plasticine is pumped into the equipment, and the vacuum silicone grease is not allowed for some equipment.
The present invention is a further development and improvement over the prior art.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides the special-shaped wire holder air tightness checking device which has better sealing effect and can reduce damage to equipment.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a special-shaped wire holder air tightness inspection device, comprising an adjusting nut 1, a locking nut 2, a pressing plate 3, a first rubber gasket 4, a second rubber gasket 5, a bracket 6, a third rubber gasket 7 and a supporting seat 8 connected with a working cavity of a helium mass spectrometer leak detector, which is characterized in that: the bracket 6 is arranged in an assembly hole of the supporting seat 8 through a third rubber gasket 7; the tested piece 9 is arranged in the shaft end step hole of the bracket 6 through the second rubber gasket 5; the locking nut 2 is in threaded connection with the supporting seat 8, and the first rubber gasket 4 is tightly pressed by the adjusting nut 1 to seal the air inlet of the tested piece 9; the clamp plate 3 covers and compresses tightly rubber gasket 4 and support 6 on examining test piece 9 and seals the test piece, and the port of examining test piece 9 is sealed to the height of adjusting first rubber gasket 4 through adjusting nut 1 and lock nut 3 cooperation, and the helium spray gun spouts helium through the hole on clamp plate 3, detects whether this test piece leaks gas.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The invention is connected with the working cavity of the helium mass spectrometer leak detector through the supporting seat 8, a rubber gasket is adopted to play a sealing role, and the test piece is compressed by the pressing plate 3 and the bracket 6 through the threaded connection between the locking nut 2 and the supporting seat 8. The height of the first rubber gasket 4 can be adjusted through the matching of the adjusting nut 1 and the locking nut 3, and the port of the tested piece is well sealed, so that the sealing purpose is achieved. Helium is sprayed through holes in the pressing plate 3 by using a helium spray gun to detect whether the test piece leaks, so that the device is not affected, the original sealing mode by using plasticine or vacuum silicone grease is changed, and the damage of the plasticine and the vacuum silicone grease to the device is removed.
The invention can play a good sealing role on the air inlet outside the detected position, and can avoid the condition that the sintered test piece is judged to be unqualified in air tightness detection because of poor sealing property. The leakage detection method has reference significance for leakage detection of other products with the same structure.
