[技术领域]
本发明涉及市政排水排污管道设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种结构设计合理,可靠度高,智能化程度高的具有优良环刚度和换柔度的市政排水排污管道。
[背景技术]
目前,我国的排水管网系统大多数都是采用的钢筋混凝土管、陶管、铸铁管,但是这些方式整体的施工难度高,管道之间的连接也复杂多变,往往造成庞大的施工浪费,尤其是在长期的使用中,常常由于腐蚀、破损、渗漏等带来较大的水源污染,塑料管材因其不易破损的特点,得到了广泛的关注,然而,本领域的技术人员都知道,环刚度和环柔度是管材最重要的性能指标,如果管材的环刚度太小,则管材将发生大的变形破坏,这样就不能保证管材的安全使用,若环柔度过低,管材在使用过程中易破坏漏水。
基于上述问题,怎样才能通过对管道的性能控制,使其可以更好的应用于实际使用,本领域的技术人员进行了大量的研发和实验,并取得了较好的成绩。
[发明内容]
为克服现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供一种结构设计合理,可靠度高,智能化程度高的具有优良环刚度和换柔度的市政排水排污管道。
本发明解决技术问题的方案是提供一种具有优良环刚度和换柔度的市政排水排污管道,包括外层管道、内层管道以及套设设置于该所述外层管道与内层管道之间的橡胶层、功能层、抗静电涂层、抗氧化层、保温层、多材料保护层以及氯化石蜡层;该所述橡胶层、功能层、抗静电涂层、抗氧化层、保温层、多材料保护层以及氯化石蜡层依次设置;所述功能层按质量百分比计,包括以下成分:三元乙丙橡胶25-35wt.%,低密度聚乙烯35-45wt.%,乙烯基有机硅树脂35-40wt.%,引发剂0.3-1.1wt.%,抗氧剂0.4-0.7wt.%,硬脂酸钙0.25-0.45wt.%;所述多材料保护层包括高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、丙烯基有机硅树脂、三元甲丙橡胶、抗氧化剂、硬质酸钙、钛白粉、复合稳定剂、增白剂、氯化聚乙烯、聚烯烃弹性剂以及ACR树脂;且该多材料保护层按质量百分比计,各成分所占的比例为高密度聚乙烯5-15wt.%、聚丙烯7-15wt.%、丙烯基有机硅树脂5-8.5wt.%、三元甲丙橡胶3.5-7wt.%、抗氧化剂0.8-1.5wt.%、硬质酸钙2.25-3.5wt.%、钛白粉15-17.5wt.%、复合稳定剂6.5-8wt.%、增白剂5-9.5wt.%、氯化聚乙烯15-20wt.%、聚烯烃弹性剂12.5-15wt.%以及ACR树脂2-3.5wt.%;所述抗静电涂层为涂覆形成的纳米氧化锌涂层,且该抗静电涂层的厚度范围为0.08-0.15mm;当所述功能层、抗静电涂层形成完毕之后,对管道进行加热固化,且保证固化温度范围在75-95度之间,时长为35-45秒;所述橡胶层为橡胶颗粒层,且橡胶颗粒的粒径为0.1微米,内层管道在制备过程中,在200摄氏度下维持35分钟,且保证橡胶颗粒层的厚度为2.5-5.5mm;所述抗氧化层的材料为具有亲水性的粒径为2.5~7.5纳米的纳米SiO2表面涂层材料;所述保温层依次包括高密度聚氨酯发泡层、金属箔层、增粘层、增韧层、阻水层,所述金属箔层和高密度聚氨酯发泡层以及增粘层接触一侧均匀分布着波浪状结构,其中波浪状结构具有波峰和波谷,波峰与波谷的垂直方向距离为H,相邻波峰之间的距离为L,L>2。5H,H在0.5-1.5mm之间;所述氯化石蜡层的制备流程为在单室电解池中,钛网为阴电极,钌钛涂层电极为阳极,氯化钠为支持电解质,稀盐酸溶液为电解质,以液体石蜡为原料,紫外光为引发剂,在30~60℃、电压为2.5~4.5V下电解得氯化石蜡,加入四氯化碳及苯为溶剂,反应后,分出有机层,洗涤至中性,蒸除溶剂得氯化石蜡;且该氯化石蜡层的厚度范围为0.15-0.35mm。
优选地,所述橡胶颗粒层的造粒过程中,颗粒由熔融挤出成型,且造粒温度从150摄氏度以4-5摄氏度每分钟速度上升至150摄氏度。
优选地,所述功能层的厚度范围为2.5-3mm。
优选地,所述多材料保护层的厚度范围为1.5-2mm。

1.一种具有优良环刚度和换柔度的市政排水排污管道,其特征在于:包括外层管道、内层管道以及套设设置于该所述外层管道与内层管道之间的橡胶层、功能层、抗静电涂层、抗氧化层、保温层、多材料保护层以及氯化石蜡层;该所述橡胶层、功能层、抗静电涂层、抗氧化层、保温层、多材料保护层以及氯化石蜡层依次设置;所述功能层按质量百分比计,包括以下成分:三元乙丙橡胶25-35wt.%,低密度聚乙烯35-45wt.%,乙烯基有机硅树脂35-40wt.%,引发剂0.3-1.1wt.%,抗氧剂0.4-0.7wt.%,硬脂酸钙0.25-0.45wt.%;所述多材料保护层包括高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、丙烯基有机硅树脂、三元甲丙橡胶、抗氧化剂、硬质酸钙、钛白粉、复合稳定剂、增白剂、氯化聚乙烯、聚烯烃弹性剂以及ACR树脂;且该多材料保护层按质量百分比计,各成分所占的比例为高密度聚乙烯5-15wt.%、聚丙烯7-15wt.%、丙烯基有机硅树脂5-8.5wt.%、三元甲丙橡胶3.5-7wt.%、抗氧化剂0.8-1.5wt.%、硬质酸钙2.25-3.5wt.%、钛白粉15-17.5wt.%、复合稳定剂6.5-8wt.%、增白剂5-9.5wt.%、氯化聚乙烯15-20wt.%、聚烯烃弹性剂12.5-15wt.%以及ACR树脂2-3.5wt.%;所述抗静电涂层为涂覆形成的纳米氧化锌涂层,且该抗静电涂层的厚度范围为0.08-0.15mm;当所述功能层、抗静电涂层形成完毕之后,对管道进行加热固化,且保证固化温度范围在75-95度之间,时长为35-45秒;所述橡胶层为橡胶颗粒层,且橡胶颗粒的粒径为0.1微米,内层管道在制备过程中,在200摄氏度下维持35分钟,且保证橡胶颗粒层的厚度为2.5-5.5mm;所述抗氧化层的材料为具有亲水性的粒径为2.5~7.5纳米的纳米SiO2表面涂层材料;所述保温层依次包括高密度聚氨酯发泡层、金属箔层、增粘层、增韧层、阻水层,所述金属箔层和高密度聚氨酯发泡层以及增粘层接触一侧均匀分布着波浪状结构,其中波浪状结构具有波峰和波谷,波峰与波谷的垂直方向距离为H,相邻波峰之间的距离为L,L>2。5H,H在0.5-1.5mm之间;所述氯化石蜡层的制备流程为在单室电解池中,钛网为阴电极,钌钛涂层电极为阳极,氯化钠为支持电解质,稀盐酸溶液为电解质,以液体石蜡为原料,紫外光为引发剂,在30~60℃、电压为2.5~4.5V下电解得氯化石蜡,加入四氯化碳及苯为溶剂,反应后,分出有机层,洗涤至中性,蒸除溶剂得氯化石蜡;且该氯化石蜡层的厚度范围为0.15-0.35mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有优良环刚度和换柔度的市政排水排污管道,其特征在于:所述橡胶颗粒层的造粒过程中,颗粒由熔融挤出成型,且造粒温度从150摄氏度以4-5摄氏度每分钟速度上升至150摄氏度。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有优良环刚度和换柔度的市政排水排污管道,其特征在于:所述功能层的厚度范围为2.5-3mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有优良环刚度和换柔度的市政排水排污管道,其特征在于:所述多材料保护层的厚度范围为1.5-2mm。
