一种T型开口弹簧自锁螺母,用于轨道交通装备技术领域,它包括螺母体和弹簧;所述弹簧设置于螺母体内,弹簧螺距与螺母体螺纹螺距一致;所述螺母体的一个六方面上开有一个T型槽;所述螺母体内的无螺纹一端设有三个收口;所述弹簧首尾两端各设有第一凸体和第二凸体;所述第一凸体和第二凸体从螺母体内部在T型槽开口处伸出,弹簧卡设在T型槽内部。本发明结构简单、弹簧设于螺母体内,自带固定功能;由于弹簧具有拉伸与收缩性,能够有效的提高螺母的自锁性能,在使用过程中能长时间的保证螺母与螺栓紧固系统不松动,有效的减少维修次数和人工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于轨道交通领域使用的T型开口弹簧自锁螺母。
技术背景
目前,在动车和高铁机车以及铁轨上使用很多螺母与螺栓配合的紧固连接系统,但普通的螺母与螺栓紧固连接系统由于是普通的螺纹连接,锁紧性能较差,使用过程中会出现松动现象,需要经常进行检修紧固。
中国专利号201520239929.X 申请日:2015-04-20公开了一种弹簧自锁螺母,包括螺母本体,所述螺母本体的内壁上设有螺纹,所述螺母的尾部设有托盘,所述托盘的内壁上设有弹簧座,所述弹簧座内设有弹簧,所述弹簧上端设有挡板。其缺陷是: 结构复杂、弹簧设于螺母体外,不能自固定,因而导致锁紧性能较差。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术中存在的结构复杂、弹簧设于螺母体外,不能自固定的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种T型开口弹簧自锁螺母,包括螺母体1和弹簧2,所述弹簧2设置于螺母体1内,弹簧2螺距与螺母体1螺纹螺距一致;所述螺母体1的一个六方面上开有一个T型槽1.1;所述螺母体1内的无螺纹一端设有三个收口1.2;所述弹簧2首尾两端各设有第一凸体2.1和第二凸体2.2;所述第一凸体2.1和第二凸体2.2从螺母体1内部在T型槽1.1开口处伸出,弹簧2卡设在T型槽1.1内部。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果:
1、本发明结构简单、弹簧设于螺母体内,自带固定功能;
2、本发明由于弹簧具有拉伸与收缩性,能够有效的提高螺母的自锁性能,在使用过程中能长时间的保证螺母与螺栓紧固系统不松动,有效的减少维修次数和人工成本。

如图1-4所示,一种T型开口弹簧自锁螺母,包括螺母体1和弹簧2,所述弹簧2设置于螺母体1内,弹簧2螺距与螺母体1螺纹螺距一致,螺距一致是指弹簧2螺旋一圈,即360°后与螺母螺纹螺旋一圈的长度一样;其中,螺母体1主要作用为承受载荷,弹簧2主要作用为锁紧和承受小部分载荷。
所述螺母体1的一个六方面上开有一个T型槽1.1;所述螺母体1内的无螺纹一端设有三个收口1.2,对螺母体1进行压紧收口1.2,再次起到锁死弹簧2,使其不能从螺母体1内部掉落。
所述弹簧2首尾两端各设有第一凸体2.1和第二凸体2.2;所述第一凸体2.1和第二凸体2.2从螺母体1内部在T型槽1.1开口处伸出,弹簧2卡设在T型槽1.1内部,使弹簧2不能滑出螺母体1。
本发明在使用过程中,螺栓的通入端为螺母体1螺纹处,当螺栓通过螺母体1,与弹簧2配合时,弹簧2会在螺栓上施加一定的夹紧力,从而达到锁紧的效果。因此,在保证螺母本身强度的同时提高了螺母的锁紧力,在与螺栓配合时,达到自锁效果。
