部分食品,如水果等,近年来出现了通过表面涂蜡的方式进行保鲜,以便长距离运输或长时间存储,这对食品的清洗带来了一定的困难,因目前常用的食品清洗剂对这类强粘附的硬质的杂质难以去除。
