本发明属于能源技术领域,涉及一种液体燃料添加剂及其制备方法,更确切地说,是一种环境友好型汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着经济的快速发展及人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车如雨后春笋般涌入了千家万户,与人们的生活息息相关,已经成为人们生活的一部分。目前常见的汽车大多是依靠汽油来提供动力的,但汽油的燃烧往往不充分,造成汽车油路系统堵塞,发动机功率下降,在燃烧过程中产生大量的有害物质,外泄后产生大量的尾气排放,对大气环境造成了严重的污染,对人们的身心健康构成威胁。因此,降低汽车尾气排放污染,提高汽油在汽车中的燃烧效率、性能,节约能源,保护环境迫在眉睫。汽油添加剂就是在此基础上产生的,它能促使汽油充分燃烧分解,改善汽车的润滑性、清净性、防腐性,增强动力,延长发动机的使用寿命,减少汽车尾气排放,降低空气、环境污染。
目前市场上的汽油添加剂从生产工艺来区分,主要包括化学添加剂、生物添加剂及物理添加剂,其中,化学添加剂是最早发现且应用最广泛的添加剂,它是通过把化学药品添加到汽油中,通过化学反应来达到某种作用的添加剂,如抗爆剂、抗氧化剂、抗静电剂、清洁剂、防冻剂、助燃剂及染色剂等。这些化学添加剂都是针对汽车油路系统的某一方面起作用的,不能满足汽油无铅化、低烯烃化、低排放化、高标号化的要求。随着汽油性能的不断变化和提高,需要及时调整汽油添加剂组合物的配方,以适应汽油性能的变化和汽车技术的变化。另一方面,目前的添加剂配方,存在成分复杂、含有多种剧毒有害物质、调配工艺繁琐等问题。尤其是很多添加剂含硫、磷、苯、重金属、卤化物等有害物质,严重影响着人们的身心健康。
因此,开发一种新型环境友好型汽油添加剂具有广泛的市场价值和应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是提供一种环境友好型汽油添加剂及其制备方法,该制备方法简单易行,对设备要求不高,原料易得,后处理方便,价格低廉,适合大规模生产;制备得到的环境友好型汽油添加剂克服了传统汽油添加剂成本高、对环境污染大、性能单一等缺陷。添加了本发明公开的汽油添加剂的汽油与现有技术中的普通汽油或者添加了传统汽油添加剂的汽油相比,价格更低廉,燃烧更充分,更有利于改善汽车的润滑性、清净性、防腐性,且对发动机动力增强效果更好,能有效延长发动机的使用寿命,减少汽车尾气排放,降低空气、环境污染。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种环境友好型汽油添加剂,包括下列重量份的组分:溶剂油40-50份、1,3,5,7-四(4-氨基苯基)金刚烷3-4份、抗坏血酸1-2份、5-氨基四唑3-5份、有机纳米材料5-7份、石墨烯1-3份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚2-4份、PPG-1十三醇聚醚-6 2-4份、聚醚胺2-5份、芳胺1-2份。
优选地,所述有机纳米材料为一维纳米材料2,4,5-三苯基咪唑。
优选地,所述溶剂油选自甲醇、乙醇、2-乙基已醇、重芳烃、异丙醇、D-80溶剂油、乙二醇、正辛醇、异丁醇中的一种或几种。

一种环境友好型汽油添加剂,包括下列重量份的组分:溶剂油50份、1,3,5,7-四(4-氨基苯基)金刚烷4份、抗坏血酸2份、5-氨基四唑5份、一维纳米材料2,4,5-三苯基咪唑7份、石墨烯3份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚4份、PPG-1十三醇聚醚-6 4份、聚醚胺5份、芳胺2份;所述溶剂油是甲醇、正辛醇、异丁醇按质量比3:5:7混配而成;所述芳胺是N,N-二甲基苯胺、2,4-二甲基苯胺按质量比3:7混配而成。
所述环境友好型汽油添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按配比将各原料依次加入反应釜中,冷凝回流搅拌4小时后,静置8小时,得到环境友好型汽油添加剂;所述搅拌的搅拌速度为1200转/分钟。
一种汽油,添加所述环境友好型汽油添加剂,添加比例为800ppm。
对比例1
市售传统汽油添加剂。
对比例2
一种汽油,不添加任何汽油添加剂。
将上述实施例1-5以及对比例1所得汽油添加剂添加到92号汽油中,添加比例为500ppm,进行测试,并设置对照实验对比例2,此对比例在92号汽油中不添加任何汽油添加剂,测试结果及测试方法见表1。

从上表可以看出,本发明实施例公开的汽油添加剂添加到92号汽油中后,燃烧室沉积物平均为3890-3376mg,辛烷值提高3.8-4.5,节油率28-34%,CO减少47-51%,NOX减少27-30%,HC减少46-53%,而市售传统汽油添加剂,添加到92号汽油中后,燃烧室沉积物平均为4900mg,辛烷值提高3.1,节油率15%,CO减少35%,NOX减少20%,HC减少35%。可见,本发明实施例公开的汽油添加剂对提高汽油辛烷值及清净效果,降低尾气排放,增大节油率更有效。

Claims (7)

1.一种环境友好型汽油添加剂,其特征在于,包括下列重量份的组分:溶剂油40-50份、1,3,5,7-四(4-氨基苯基)金刚烷3-4份、抗坏血酸1-2份、5-氨基四唑3-5份、有机纳米材料5-7份、石墨烯1-3份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚2-4份、PPG-1十三醇聚醚-6 2-4份、聚醚胺2-5份、芳胺1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环境友好型汽油添加剂,其特征在于,所述有机纳米材料为一维纳米材料2,4,5-三苯基咪唑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环境友好型汽油添加剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂油选自甲醇、乙醇、2-乙基已醇、重芳烃、异丙醇、D-80溶剂油、乙二醇、正辛醇、异丁醇中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环境友好型汽油添加剂,其特征在于,所述芳胺选自N,N-二甲基苯胺、2,4-二甲基苯胺、辛基二苯胺、丁基二苯胺中的一种或几种。
5.一种根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的环境友好型汽油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按配比将各原料依次加入反应釜中,冷凝回流搅拌3-4小时后,静置5-8小时,得到环境友好型汽油添加剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环境友好型汽油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌的搅拌速度为800-1200转/分钟。
7.一种添加权利要求1-4任一项所述的环境友好型汽油添加剂的汽油,其特征在于,所述环境友好型汽油添加剂添加比例为500-800ppm。
