Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of painting pigment additives, in particular to peach gum liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Peach gum is a colloid semitransparent substance secreted by the trunks of rosaceous plants such as peaches or wild peaches after mechanical injury or pathogenicity. The solid substance formed by air drying or other dehydration method on the tree trunk is peach gum, the peach gum is peach red or light yellow semitransparent solid block, the appearance is smooth, generally only can be swelled, is not easy to be completely dissolved, the aqueous solution is viscous, and belongs to polysaccharide substances. The original peach gum is subjected to impurity removal, hydrolysis or modification, drying and the like to obtain the solid peach gum for the commodity.
The peach gum solution formed by dissolving the solid peach gum can be used in the painting pigment, and can improve the color retention and the caking property of the pigment. However, the peach gum solution has much color, and the color is larger than that of a No. 10 colorimeter, so that the color development performance of the painting pigment is seriously influenced. And the solid content of the peach gum liquid is less than 20%, so that the caking property of the painting pigment is reduced.

Detailed Description
For a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made to the preferred embodiments of the invention by way of example, and it is to be understood that the description is intended to further illustrate features and advantages of the invention, and not to limit the scope of the claims.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a preparation method of peach gum liquid, which comprises the following steps, and is specifically shown in figure 1:
step (A): soaking the crushed solid peach gum in water, and adjusting the pH value to 9-10 by using triethanolamine;
step (B): adding a hydrogen peroxide solution until the pH value is 6-7, and then heating until the solid peach gum is completely dissolved to obtain a first treatment solution;
step (C): adding calcium hydroxide into the first treatment solution to obtain a second treatment solution;
step (D): and adjusting the pH value of the second treatment solution to 9-10, adding a hydrogen peroxide solution, stirring, and then precipitating and removing impurities to obtain the peach gum solution.
In the invention, the peach gum liquid with high solid content and low chroma is obtained by controlling the dissolving condition and the bleaching condition of the solid peach gum in water.
According to the invention, step (A): and soaking the crushed solid peach gum in water, and adjusting the pH value to 9-10 by using triethanolamine.
In the step (A), pulverized solid peach gum is adopted, and the pulverized solid peach gum is preferably in a block shape of less than 5 cm so as to be convenient for water absorption and expansion.
The crushed solid peach gum is soaked in water and is dispersed into smaller particles through water absorption and expansion. The soaking time is preferably 50-60 minutes, and the soaking temperature is preferably 60-70 ℃. The mass ratio of the solid peach gum to the water is preferably 1: 1.5-2.
After the solid peach gum is dispersed into smaller particles, regulating the pH value to 9-10 by using triethanolamine. The triethanolamine makes the solution alkaline, protects peach gum polysaccharide molecules with large molecular weight, and avoids excessive fracture of the peach gum polysaccharide molecules in the subsequent hydrolysis process.
Preferably, after the pH value is adjusted to 9-10 by using triethanolamine, stirring is carried out for 30-40 minutes to ensure that the triethanolamine uniformly disperses around the solid peach gum particles.
Step (B): adding a hydrogen peroxide solution until the pH value is 6-7, and then heating until the solid peach gum is completely dissolved to obtain a first treatment solution.
In the step (B), since the hydrogen peroxide has oxidation property and has very weak acidity, the dissolution of the solid peach gum is promoted by using the hydrogen peroxide solution; meanwhile, part of the peach gum polysaccharide in the solid peach gum is hydrolyzed and broken under the action of the hydrogen peroxide solution, converted into peach gum polysaccharide with smaller molecular weight and dissolved in water. The more the relatively low molecular weight peach gum polysaccharide, the lower the viscosity of the solution, and the lower the viscosity will affect the final solid content, so that the viscosity of the solution needs to be properly controlled. The mass percentage concentration of the hydrogen peroxide solution is preferably 20-30%.
And (3) stirring while adding the hydrogen peroxide solution until the pH value is 6-7, and preferably 6.5. In a relatively neutral environment, the hydrogen peroxide solution both promotes dissolution and hydrolysis of the solid peach gum particles and avoids excessive breakage of peach gum molecules.
If the solid peach gum is dissolved too fast and the pH value of the solution is lower than 6, preferably adding triethanolamine to adjust the pH value to 6-7; if the solid peach gum is too slow to dissolve and the pH value of the solution is higher than 10, the pH value is preferably adjusted to 6-7 by adding a hydrogen peroxide solution.
And (3) after the pH value is adjusted, heating, preferably to 75-80 ℃, and maintaining the temperature until the solid peach gum is completely dissolved. The invention can complete the complete dissolution of the solid peach gum by maintaining the temperature below 80 ℃, which is lower than the dissolution temperature of the peach gum in the prior art, and has better dissolution effect.
The viscosity of the obtained first treatment liquid is preferably 3000-3200 CPS.
Step (C): and adding calcium hydroxide into the first treatment liquid to obtain a second treatment liquid.
The calcium hydroxide acts to combine with impurities in the solid peach gum to form a precipitate, and the impurities are removed. The addition amount of the calcium hydroxide is preferably 0.2-0.3% of the mass of the solid peach gum. The second treatment liquid obtained can be used for bleaching treatment.
Step (D): and adjusting the pH value of the second treatment liquid to 9-10 at the temperature of 65-75 ℃, adding a hydrogen peroxide solution, stirring, and then precipitating and removing impurities to obtain the peach gum liquid.
In the step (D), the pH value of the second treatment liquid is adjusted to 9-10, preferably, the pH value of the second treatment liquid is adjusted to 9-10 by adding triethanolamine;
then, the oxidation of the hydrogen peroxide solution is used to oxidize and fade the pigment. Preferably, after the hydrogen peroxide solution is added, the pH value is gradually reduced from 9-10 to 7-8 and is close to neutral.
In the step, the second treatment liquid protects the large-molecular-weight peach gum polysaccharide molecules in the second treatment liquid by firstly raising the pH value and then bleaching the second treatment liquid by using hydrogen peroxide, so that the solid content of the peach gum liquid is maintained.
In order to fully perform the bleaching action, the stirring time is preferably 20 to 30 minutes. Then, impurities are removed through precipitation to obtain peach gum liquid. The precipitation time is preferably more than 20 hours, and more preferably 20 to 30 hours.
The invention also discloses peach gum liquid which is prepared by the method of the technical scheme.
