Detailed Description
In combination with the drawings of the specification, the pallet transfer device of the conveying system is arranged between a screening line and a feeding line and comprises a feeding rod 8 formed at the outlet end side of the feeding line. The screening line is provided with a hanging part for hanging the goods shelf, an included angle is formed between the feeding rod 8 and the screening line, the outlet end of the feeding rod 8 extends to the screening line at the upper side of the hanging part, and the goods shelf 4 falls off from the outlet end of the feeding rod 8 and is hung on the hanging part. Limiting plates 3 are arranged in pairs on the screening line at positions close to the outlet ends of the feeding rods 8, and a space is reserved between the outlet ends of the feeding rods 8 and the limiting plates 3, and hooks 41 of the goods shelves 4 are enabled to fall onto the hanging parts from the feeding rods 8.

After the hook 41 is hung on the hanging part, the hook 41 passes through the interval between the limiting plate 3 and the hanging part under the drive of the screening line. When the hook 41 passes through the lower end side of the limiting plate 3, the limiting plate 3 can also limit the hook 41 to a certain extent, so as to improve the stability of the shelf 4 on the hanging part.
The feeding rod 8 is obliquely arranged, and when the goods shelf 4 comes out from the feeding line, the goods shelf 4 slides under the action of self gravity, and the goods shelf 4 in the sliding process is easy to shake. The structure of the feeding line comprises a strip-shaped supporting body, and a needle type driving mechanism is arranged on the periphery of the supporting body and used for driving the goods shelf 4 on the supporting body to move forward. The needle driving mechanism is provided with a chain, the chain wheel is arranged on the mounting plate 5, and the chain is lapped on the chain wheel. The mounting plate 5 is connected to the support body in a floating mode through a connecting bolt, a connecting block 6 is fixed to the support body, an adjusting rod 7 is connected to the connecting block 6 in a threaded mode, one end portion of the adjusting rod 7 abuts against the mounting plate 5, the position of the mounting plate 5 is adjusted through the position change of the adjusting rod 7 on the connecting block 6, and then the tensioning state of the chain is adjusted.
The mounting plate 5 is not flat, the lower side edge of the mounting plate 5 is provided with a folded edge extending towards the direction of the feeding rod 8, and the folded edge is used for being contacted with the hook back of the hook 41 on the goods shelf 4 to limit the hook 41, so that the blocking force of the mounting plate 5 to the hook 41 is small, and the sliding smoothness of the goods shelf 4 on the feeding rod 8 is good.
In order to improve the smoothness of the goods shelf 4 entering the screening line, a flat head 81 is formed at the outlet end of the feeding rod 8, the flat head 81 is parallel to the conveying direction of the screening line, and the outer end part of the flat head 81 extends to the limiting plate 3. When the goods shelf 4 comes out from the outlet end of the feeding rod 8, the direction of the hanging hook 41 can be adjusted along the flat head 81, so that the hanging hook 41 can be perpendicular to the screening line as much as possible, and the hanging hook 41 can extend to the screening line as much as possible, so that the corresponding structure on the screening line brings the hanging hook 41 onto the screening line along.
To accommodate the structure at the outlet end of the feed rod 8, a projecting plate 9 is provided on the mounting plate 5, the projecting plate 9 projecting in the direction of the flat head 81.
