背景技术
汽车装饰是指通过增加或者替换一些附属的物品，以提高汽车表面和内室的美观性、实用性、舒适性，这种行为叫做汽车装饰。所增加或者替换的附属物品，叫做装饰品或者装饰件。广义的汽车装饰还包括：汽车改装、汽车美容等。为了美化车内环境，一些车主通过在车内安放车用地毯，地毯不仅可以提高踩踏使的舒适感，而且也可以维持车内环境，避免爱车受潮弄脏。但是汽车在驾驶过程中，汽车下方往往会产生较高的噪声，噪声不仅影响驾驶员的注意力的集中，而且长期处于噪声环境中，对驾驶员的身体健康也会造成一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔音地毯，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种隔音地毯，包括地毯层和PVC发泡吸音层，所述地毯层上表面设有PET纤维毡，所述PET纤维毡上表面与防水层冲压连接，所述防水层上表面与地毯穗胶合连接，所述地毯层下方与PVC发泡吸音层通过粘合剂连接，所述PVC发泡吸音层内设有吸音腔，所述PVC发泡吸音层下方设有膜状吸音层，所述膜状吸音层与下方的底层冲压连接，述地毯层边缘外侧设有包边。
优选的，所述吸音腔开口处位于PVC发泡吸音层的下表面，且吸音腔为倒梯形。
优选的，所述底层为橡胶，且底层的下表面均匀分布粒径为0.1～0.2毫米的橡胶颗粒。
优选的，所述膜状吸音层的材料为塑料膜、布、帆布、漆布和人造草中的一种。

本发明的技术效果和优点：该种汽车用隔音地毯，将地毯层和地毯穗分离，在地毯层和地毯穗之间多增加PET纤维毡和防水层可以提高本发明的防水性能和踩踏舒适度，而PET纤维毡则有隔音吸音作用，可减少车内噪声，地毯层下方通过粘合剂连接PVC发泡吸音层，PVC发泡材料不仅柔软度舒适，而且该种材料也会对噪声有阻隔和吸收作用，而PVC发泡吸音层内设置的倒梯形吸音腔和PVC发泡吸音层下方的膜状吸音层可以有效反射和折射一定波长的声波，进一步加强隔音效果，底层的下表面均匀分布粒径为0.1～0.2毫米的橡胶颗粒，一方面可以放置滑动，另一方面可以对声波进行漫反射。本发明采用多级声波反射吸收装置，不仅可以有效隔音，维持车内安静舒适的环境，而且具有柔软度舒适和防滑的特点，适合推广使用。
