医用高分子材料多用于人体,直接关系到人的生命和健康,一般对其性能的要求是:①安全性:必须无毒或副作用极少。这就要求聚合物纯度高,生产环境非常清洁,聚合助剂的残留少,杂质含量为 ppm级,确保无病、无毒传播条件。同时其高分子化合物本身以及单体杂质、降解或磨损产物不对身体产生不良影响。②物理、化学和机械性能需满足医用所需设计和功能的要求。如硬度、弹性、机械强度、疲劳强度、蠕变、磨耗、吸水性、溶出性、耐酶性和体内老化性等。以心脏瓣膜为例,最好能使用25万小时,要求耐疲劳强度特别好。此外,还要求便于灭菌消毒,能耐受湿热消毒(120~140°C)、干热消毒(160~190°C)、辐射消毒或化学处理消毒,而不降低材料的性能。不同性能的医用高分子材料可根据其具体情况选择合适的灭菌方式。③适应性:包括与医疗用品中其他材料的适应性,材料与人体生物相容性、血液相容性及组织的相容性。材料植入人体后,要求长时期对体液无影响;与血液相容性好,对血液成分无损害,不凝血,不溶血,不形成血栓;无异物反应,在人体内不损伤组织,不致癌致畸,不会导致炎症坏死、组织增生等。④特殊功能:不同的应用领域,要求材料分别具有一定的特殊功能。例如:具有分离透析机能的人工肾用过滤膜、人工肺用气体交换膜,以及人造血液用吸脱气体的物质等,都要求有各自特殊的分离透过机能。在大多数情况下,现有高分子材料的表面化学组成与结构很难满足上述要求,通常要采用表面改性处理,如接枝共聚,以改进其抗凝血性等性能。此外,医用高分子材料还需要优异的加工成型性,易加工成需要的复杂形状的。
由于其突出的物理机械性能、良好的生物相容性和血液相容性以及方便的加工工艺,在医学上有着广泛的应用,尤其近30年来开发出的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)更是受到普遍的关注,其应用范围不断扩大,得到医学界的肯定。
生物技术将是21世纪最有前途的技术,医用高分子材料将在其中起到重要的作用,其性能将不断提高,应用领域也将进一步拓宽,尤其在医疗卫生领域。其未来发展可概括为四个方面:
一是,生物可降解高分子材料的应用前景更加广阔。其中医用可生物降解高分子材料因其具有良好的生物降解性和生物相容性而受到广泛的重视,它在缓释药物、促进组织生长的骨架材料方面具有极大的发展潜力。尤其是可对生物降解型聚合物进行物理和化学修饰,研发出适合于不同药物的聚合物基材料,使之达到理想的控制释放效果;
二是,复制具有人体各部天然组织的物理力学性质和生物学性质的生物医用材料,达到高分子的生物功能化和生物智能化,是医用高分子材料发展的重要方向;
三是,人工代用器官在材料本体及表面结构的有序化复合化方面将取得长足进步,以达到与生物体相似的结构和功能,其生物相容性也将明显提高;
四是,药用高分子和医药包装用高分子材料的应用将会继续扩大。
总之,医用高分子材料在生命科学、医疗器械、药物等领域中已得到广泛而重要的应用,但还有巨大潜力可挖,医用高分子材料的研究对保障人体健康、促进人类文明的发展具有重要的现实意义。各国都在加大人员和经费投入来进行研究和开发,并正在形成新的高科技产业。因此,我国也应积极开展相关的研制工作,并积极推进研究成果的产业化,为人民健康造福。
包扎是外伤现场应急处理的重要措施之一,及时正确的包扎,可以达到压迫止血、减少感染、保护伤口、减少疼痛,以及固定敷料和夹板等目的,相反,错误的包扎可导致出血增加、加重感染、造成新的伤害、遗留后遗症等不良后果。
随着科学技术的高速发展,新式武器的不断出现,使现代战伤出现了新的特点,不仅伤情严重,而且伤类复杂,多处伤、大面积伤越来越多。为了对伤员进行迅速急救,提高治愈率,巩固部队的战斗力,因此,国外十分重视研制和装备适合现代战伤特点的急救包扎材料。在外伤急救现场,不能只顾包扎表面看得到的伤口而忽略其他内在的损伤,同样是肢体上的伤口,有没有合并骨折,其包扎的方法就有所不同,有骨折时,包扎应考虑到骨折部位的正确固定,同样是躯体上的伤口,如果合并内部脏器的损伤,如肝破裂、腹腔内出血、血胸等,则应优先考虑内脏损伤的救治,不能在表面伤口的包扎上耽误时间,同样是头部的伤口,如合并了颅脑损伤,不是简单的包扎止血就完事了,还需要加强监护,对于头部受撞击的患者,传统的包扎材料透气性能差,包扎不牢固,并且容易染菌,存在一定的安全隐患,不利于病人的康复。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型包扎材料,解决了传统的包扎材料透气性能差,包扎不牢固,并且容易染菌的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种新型包扎材料,包括弹力层,所述弹力层的上下表面分别设有接触层和防护层,所述弹力层包括尼龙层,尼龙层的内部贴覆有橡胶筋,所述接触层包括碳纤维,碳纤维的表面与尼龙层的表面黏合,碳纤维的下表面贴覆一层纱布层,纱布层的下表面贴覆一层棉布层,棉布层的表面附着有银丝,所述防护层包括弹性材料,弹性材料的下表面与尼龙层的表面黏合,弹性材料的表面设有通气孔,弹性材料的上表面贴覆有防水层,通气孔的孔径小于1mm。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述尼龙层为己内酰胺缩聚材料。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述棉布层为特棉纱、粘纤纱、棉粘纱和涤棉纱织制而成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述弹性材料为橡胶材料和硅胶材料制成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述硅胶材料由聚硅氧烷和散热油墨构成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述银丝为纯银材质。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述弹性材料的上表面贴覆有防水层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述通气孔的孔径小于1mm。
有益效果
本发明提供了一种新型包扎材料。具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该新型包扎材料,通过弹力层的上下表面分别设有接触层和防护层,弹力层包括尼龙层,尼龙层的内部贴覆有橡胶筋,接触层包括碳纤维,碳纤维的表面与尼龙层的表面黏合,碳纤维的下表面贴覆一层纱布层,纱布层的下表面贴覆一层棉布层,棉布层的表面附着有银丝,防护层包括弹性材料,弹性材料的下表面与尼龙层的表面黏合,改变了传统的包扎材料透气性能差,包扎不牢固,并且容易染菌的问题,消除了一定的安全隐患,有利于病人的康复。
(2)、该新型包扎材料,通过弹性材料的表面设有通气孔,弹性材料的上表面贴覆有防水层,通气孔的孔径小于mm,尼龙层为己内酰胺缩聚材料,棉布层为特棉纱、粘纤纱、棉粘纱和涤棉纱织制而成,弹性材料为橡胶材料和硅胶材料制成,银丝为纯银材质,改变了市场上包扎材料的单一结构,大大增加了其功能性,整个操作过程简单方便。

工作时,将棉布层203与伤口接触,银丝204具有抑制细菌生长的功能,通过橡胶筋102将包扎伤口固定牢固,通气孔302进行通气,这样就完成了伤口包扎。

1.一种新型包扎材料,包括弹力层(1),其特征在于:所述弹力层(1)的上下表面分别设有接触层(2)和防护层(3),所述弹力层包括尼龙层(101),尼龙层(101)的内部贴覆有橡胶筋(102),所述接触层(2)包括碳纤维(201),碳纤维(201)的表面与尼龙层(101)的表面黏合,碳纤维(201)的下表面贴覆一层纱布层(202),纱布层(202)的下表面贴覆一层棉布层(203),棉布层(203)的表面附着有银丝(204),所述防护层(3)包括弹性材料(301),弹性材料(301)的下表面与尼龙层(101)的表面黏合,弹性材料(301)的表面设有通气孔(302)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包扎材料,其特征在于:所述尼龙层(101)为己内酰胺缩聚材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包扎材料,其特征在于:所述棉布层(203)为特棉纱、粘纤纱、棉粘纱和涤棉纱织制而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包扎材料,其特征在于:所述弹性材料(301)为橡胶材料和硅胶材料制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型包扎材料,其特征在于:所述硅胶材料由聚硅氧烷和散热油墨构成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包扎材料,其特征在于:所述银丝(204)为纯银材质。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包扎材料,其特征在于:所述弹性材料(301)的上表面贴覆有防水层。
