背景技术
急性腰部肌肉扭伤是腰部肌肉、筋膜、韧带等软组织因外力作用突然受到过度牵拉而引起的急性撕裂伤。急性腰扭伤可使腰骶部肌肉的附着点骨膜、筋骨、韧带等组织撕裂立即引起剧烈疼痛，腰部活动功能受限。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种活血化瘀、通经止痛的治疗急性腰部肌肉扭伤的药物组合物。
所述的治疗急性腰部肌肉扭伤的药物组合物，由如下重量份数的中药原料制成：柴胡8-10份、淫羊藿1-3份、红花15-20份、寒水石2-4份、蛇莓8-10份和牛膝8-10份。

制备方法、服用方法均按照常规进行。
本发明药物机理如下：
柴胡：疏散风热、疏肝解郁、升阳举阳，本品常用于肝郁气滞、胸胁疼痛，不论是内伤肝郁、外伤跌扑均可应用。
淫羊藿：温肾壮阳、强筋骨、祛风湿，常用于肝肾不足引起的筋骨痹痛、风湿拘挛麻木等症。
红花：活血祛瘀、通络止痛。
寒水石：清热泻火。
蛇莓：清热解毒、散结。
牛膝：活血通经、补肝肾、强筋骨、利水通淋。
疗效判断：
痊愈：局部剧烈疼痛、肿胀全部消失，全身无阳性体征可查；
好转：局部及全身自觉症状全部消失，时有腰膝部位酸重感，休息后症状消失。
治疗结果：治疗急性腰部肌肉扭伤患者192例，患者服用本发明，7天为一个疗程。经过4个疗程治疗，痊愈184例，好转6例，总有效率98.96%。
以下列举几个典型病例：
病例：
患者王某某，男，52岁，出租车工作长期劳累，腰部扭伤，医院诊为急性腰部肌肉扭伤，并嘱卧床休息。口服本发明治疗，4个疗程后痊愈。随访半年未复发。
本发明有如下优点：
本发明有活血化瘀、通经止痛的功效，柴胡、红花、蛇莓诸药相合，治疗腰扭伤见效快、治愈率高、服用方便。
