本发明属于胶囊药品领域，尤其是一种治疗颈椎病、腰椎病和关节炎的通宁胶囊。
背景技术
目前，颈椎腰椎间盘突出增生风湿性关节炎食临床常见的疾病；颈椎病又称颈椎综合症，是颈椎骨关节炎、增生性颈椎炎、神经根型综合症、颈椎间盘脱出症的总称；腰椎病主要是由腰椎间盘的退行性改变而引起。腰椎、颈椎疾病是严重困扰人们正常工作、学习、劳动、游乐、生活的疾病。采取西医手术治疗，其缺点是痛苦大、费用高、有后遗症；采取药物治疗，药虽然很多，在一定程度上只能缓解患者的病痛，治疗效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明提供一种治疗颈椎病、腰椎病和关节炎的通宁胶囊，解决现有药物仅具止血化瘀，消炎止痛，活络筋骨，治疗效果不理想的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明技术方案为：一种治疗颈椎病、腰椎病和关节炎的通宁胶囊，该胶囊按重量计由以下成分组成：8～12克的麻黄、8～12克的桂枝、15～20克的羌活、15～20克的独活、8～15克的秦艽、8～15克的川芎、8～10克的天南星、4～6克的全虫、3～5克的蜈蚣、15～30克的杜仲、10～15克的白芍、30～50克的木瓜、20～40克的伸筋草、2～3克的细辛、5～10克的三七、20～30克的葛根、1～1.5克的白花蛇、10～20克的牛膝、15～30克的丹参。
有益效果：本发明具有以下优点：1.本发明以多种药材进行科学配方，使原料中各种有效成份有机结合，相互影响，协同作用，从而起到良好的祛风湿、通络止痛、利关节的功效；2.本发明治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出和关节炎具有很好的效果，疗程短、疗效快、费用低、治愈率高、无后遗症。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗颈椎病、腰椎病和关节炎的通宁胶囊，该胶囊按重量计由以下成分组成：8克的麻黄、8克的桂枝、15克的羌活、15克的独活、8克的秦艽、8克的川芎、8克的天南星、4克的全虫、3克的蜈蚣、15克的杜仲、10克的白芍、30克的木瓜、20克的伸筋草、2克的细辛、5克的三七、20克的葛根、1克的白花蛇、10克的牛膝、15克的丹参。
实施例2：一种治疗颈椎病、腰椎病和关节炎的通宁胶囊，该胶囊按重量计由以下成分组成：10克的麻黄、10克的桂枝、18克的羌活、17克的独活、12克的秦艽、12克的川芎、9克的天南星、5克的全虫、4克的蜈蚣、23克的杜仲、13克的白芍、40克的木瓜、30克的伸筋草、2.5克的细辛、8克的三七、25克的葛根、1克的白花蛇、15克的牛膝、25克的丹参。
实施例3：一种治疗颈椎病、腰椎病和关节炎的通宁胶囊，该胶囊按重量计由以下成分组成：12克的麻黄、12克的桂枝、20克的羌活、20克的独活、15克的秦艽、15克的川芎、10克的天南星、6克的全虫、5克的蜈蚣、30克的杜仲、15克的白芍、50克的木瓜、40克的伸筋草、3克的细辛、10克的三七、30克的葛根、1.5克的白花蛇、20克的牛膝、30克的丹参。
本发明制作方法：先将桂枝、川芎、杜仲、木瓜、伸筋草熬制浓汁，滤渣后，药渣再熬制浓汁；二次浓汁混合与剩余的药材粉混合均匀，细磨制粉后装入胶囊内。
本发明中各药物的功效：
1.麻黄：为发散风寒药，用于治疗头痛身疼、风湿痹痛；
2.桂枝：具有发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气的功效；常用于关节痹痛；
3.羌活：具有祛风、胜湿、止痛作用。对于风湿引起的痹痛以及背部和肢节的上半身疼痛有很好的治疗效果；
4.独活：具有祛风除湿，通痹止痛功效。用于风寒湿痹，腰膝疼痛；
5.秦艽：具有祛风湿、通络止痛作用，用于风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，骨节酸痛等症状；
6.川芎：具有活血行气、祛风止痛、行气开郁功效；
7.天南星：有祛风止痉、化痰散结之功能。主手足麻痹、眩晕等；
8.牛膝：具有活血通经，祛风除湿，通利关节的功效。治风湿腰膝疼痛，脚痿筋挛，关节痹痛；
9.全虫：具有熄风镇痉、通络止痛功能，用于抽搐痉挛，风湿顽痹，偏正头痛；
10.蜈蚣：有息风镇痉，通络止痛作用。用于风湿痹痛、游走不定、痛势剧烈者；
11.木瓜：有舒筋活络、和胃化湿功效、用于风湿痹痛、筋脉拘挛；
12.杜仲：具补肝肾、强筋骨等诸多功效。常用于治肝肾不足的腰腿疼痛及两足无力等症；
13.白芍：具有平肝止痛功效。用于头痛眩晕、腹痛、四肢挛痛等；
14.伸筋草：能祛风散寒.除湿消肿，舒筋活络。用于风寒湿痹，筋脉拘挛疼痈；
15.细辛：有祛风，散寒，行水，开窍等功效。常用于头痛，风湿痹痛等；
16.三七：具有显著的活血化瘀、消肿定痛功效，用于治瘀血诸症；
17.白花蛇：具有祛风，通络，止痉作用。用于风湿顽痹，麻木拘挛；
18.葛根：有解肌退热功效，用于表证发热、项背强痛；
19.丹参：有祛瘀止痛，活血通经，腰脊强，骨节疼痛，四肢不遂。
本发明服用方法：每粒胶囊0.4克，每次服用2.4克，每日服用3次，饭后服；禁忌症：心、肝、肾功能不全的慎用，孕妇及哺乳期禁用。
本发明中所述的药物成分及数值是经过在临床上加减化裁筛选而成的。
病例1：姜某某，女，31岁；因“腰部疼痛7年余”于2014年8月9日入院，诊断为腰椎间盘突出之症；入院后行中医针灸理疗配合口服实施例1制得的药物，18天后出院，治疗效果好，临床痊愈出院。
病例2：郑某某，男，63岁；因“腰部疼痛1年余”于2014年5月12日入院，诊断为腰椎间盘突出之症；入院后行中医针灸理疗配合口服实施例2制得的药物，14天后出院，治疗效果好，临床痊愈出院:2014年11月15日随访后患者因劳累致病情复发，要求继续口服本发明制的胶囊。
病例3：毛某某，女，67岁；因“左膝关节疼痛1月余”于2014年6月24日入院；诊断为骨性关节炎；入院后行中医针灸理疗配合口服实施例3制得的药物，9天后出院，治疗效果好，临床痊愈出院。
病例4：王某某，女，56岁；因“颈部疼痛伴双上肢麻木2月余”于2014年10月9日入院，诊断为颈椎病；入院后行中医针灸理疗配合口服实施例1制得的药物，18天后出院，治疗效果好，临床痊愈出院。

1.一种治疗颈椎病、腰椎病和关节炎的通宁胶囊，该胶囊按重量计由以下成分组成：8～12克的麻黄、8～12克的桂枝、15～20克的羌活、15～20克的独活、8～15克的秦艽、8～15克的川芎、8～10克的天南星、4～6克的全虫、3～5克的蜈蚣、15～30克的杜仲、10～15克的白芍、30～50克的木瓜、20～40克的伸筋草、2～3克的细辛、5～10克的三七、20～30克的葛根、1～1.5克的白花蛇、10～20克的牛膝、15～30克的丹参。
