技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化设备领域,具体涉及一种臭氧杀菌加湿空气净化机。
背景技术
空气是人类赖以生存的必要条件,也是传播疾病的主要媒介。随着我国工业化水平的飞速发展,环境污染问题也随之而来,日益严重的空气污染直接危害了人们的身心健康和生命安全。人们90%的时间都呆在室内,有效清除室内空气污染至关重要。室内空气污染主要来源于建筑、装修和家具等散发的甲醛、苯等气味化学性污染,室内用户和室内活动的粉尘颗粒,室外大气粉尘,花粉等物理性污染,以及室内滋生的细菌等生物性污染。
但是目前市面上的空气净化器存在着功能单一,易过多产生空气过干或过湿伤害等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种臭氧杀菌加湿空气净化机,它功能全面,内部自带检测系统可实时检测净化空气质量,使用户保持健康的工作或休息环境,提高用户使用体验。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:它包含净化机主体1、进风口2、出风口3、控制器4、风机电机5、加湿器6、净化滤芯组7,所述的两个进风口2分别设置在净化机主体1的外部左右两侧下部,并与净化机主体1固定连接,出风口3位于净化机主体1上部中心位置且与净化机主体1固定连接,风机电机5固定连接与出风口3正下方并与出风口3固定连接,控制器4设置在净化机主体1左上方空腔区域内部,加湿器6设置在净化机主体1的右上方空腔区域内部,净化滤芯组7位于净化机主体1内部。
所述的加湿器6包含雾化机61和连接管62,雾化机61通过连接管62与出风口3连接。
所述的净化滤芯组7包含初级过滤网71、ESP复合滤网72、臭氧杀菌层73、紫外线灯74、离子板75、HEPA高级过滤网76,初级过滤网71位于净化机主体1的下侧且位于出风口3的上部,ESP复合滤网72、臭氧杀菌层73、紫外线灯74、离子板75、HEPA高级过滤网76分别由初级过滤网71上方向出风口3方向依次排开。
所述的控制器4包含湿度检测传感器41、空气质量检测传感器42、内置程序控制器42,湿度检测传感器41位于在离子板75与HEPA高级过滤网76之间,空气质量检测传感器42位于HEPA高级过滤网76的正上方。
所述的控制器4与雾化机61、紫外线灯74为电性连接。湿度检测传感器41检测到过滤的空气干燥时,并发送信号至控制器4内的内置程序控制器42,内置程序控制器43即可控制打开加湿器6进行加湿,空气质量检测传感器42检测到空气质量不良时,并发送信号至控制器4内的内置程序控制器43,内置程序控制器43即可打开紫外线灯74进行杀菌。
所述的净化机主体1底部中间位置设置有导向构件11。导向构件11是为了便于从进风口的进的空气快速顺利进入净化区域。
本发明的工作原理:在空气经过净化滤芯组7时,内置有检测系统,湿度检测传感器41、空气质量检测传感器42实时检测空气质量,控制器4在接收到指令时,内置程序控制器42控制打开加湿器6和紫外线灯74,确保净化后的空气质量。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它功能全面,内部自带检测系统可实时检测净化空气质量,使用户保持健康的工作或休息环境,提高用户使用体验。

参看图1-图3所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含净化机主体1、进风口2、出风口3、控制器4、风机电机5、加湿器6、净化滤芯组7,所述的两个进风口2分别设置在净化机主体1的外部左右两侧下部,并与净化机主体1固定连接,出风口3位于净化机主体1上部中心位置且与净化机主体1固定连接,风机电机5固定连接与出风口3正下方并与出风口3固定连接,控制器4设置在净化机主体1左上方空腔区域内部,加湿器6设置在净化机主体1的右上方空腔区域内部,净化滤芯组7位于净化机主体1内部。
所述的加湿器6包含雾化机61和连接管62,雾化机61通过连接管62与出风口3连接。
所述的净化滤芯组7包含初级过滤网71、ESP复合滤网72、臭氧杀菌层73、紫外线灯74、离子板75、HEPA高级过滤网76,初级过滤网71位于净化机主体1的下侧且位于出风口3的上部,ESP复合滤网72、臭氧杀菌层73、紫外线灯74、离子板75、HEPA高级过滤网76分别由初级过滤网71上方向出风口3方向依次排开。HEPA高级过滤网为高效空气过滤器,达到HEPA标准的过滤网,对于0.1微米和0.3微米的有效率达到99.7%,HEPA网的特点是空气可以通过,但细小的微粒却无法通过。它对直径为0.3微米(头发直径的1/200)以下的微粒去除效率可达到99.97%以上,是烟雾、灰尘以及细菌等污染物最有效的过滤媒介。HEPA分PP滤纸、玻璃纤维、复合PP PET滤纸、熔喷涤纶无纺布和熔喷玻璃纤维五种材质。特点:风阻大,容尘量大,过滤精度高,可以根据客户需要加工成各种尺寸和形状,适合不同的机型使用。
所述的控制器4包含湿度检测传感器41、空气质量检测传感器42、内置程序控制器43,湿度检测传感器41位于在离子板75与HEPA高级过滤网76之间,空气质量检测传感器42位于HEPA高级过滤网76的正上方。
所述的控制器4与雾化机61、紫外线灯74为电性连接。湿度检测传感器41检测到过滤的空气干燥时,并发送信号至控制器4内的内置程序控制器42,内置程序控制器42即可控制打开加湿器6进行加湿,空气质量检测传感器42检测到空气质量不良时,并发送信号至控制器4内的内置程序控制器42,内置程序控制器42即可打开紫外线灯74进行杀菌。
所述的净化机主体1底部中间位置设置有导向构件11。导向构件11是为了便于从进风口的进的空气快速顺利进入净化区域。
本发明的工作原理:在空气经过净化滤芯组7时,内置有检测系统,湿度检测传感器41、空气质量检测传感器42实时检测空气质量,控制器4在接收到指令时,内置程序控制器42控制打开加湿器6和紫外线灯74,确保净化后的空气质量。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它功能全面,内部自带检测系统可实时检测净化空气质量,使用户保持健康的工作或休息环境,提高用户使用体验。

1.一种臭氧杀菌加湿空气净化机,其特征在于:它包含净化机主体(1)、进风口(2)、出风口(3)、控制器(4)、风机电机(5)、加湿器(6)、净化滤芯组(7),所述的两个进风口(2)分别设置在净化机主体(1)的外部左右两侧下部,并与净化机主体(1)固定连接,出风口(3)位于净化机主体(1)上部中心位置且与净化机主体(1)固定连接,风机电机(5)固定连接与出风口(3)正下方并与出风口(3)固定连接,控制器(4)设置在净化机主体(1)左上方空腔区域内部,加湿器(6)设置在净化机主体(1)的右上方空腔区域内部,净化滤芯组(7)位于净化机主体(1)内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种臭氧杀菌加湿空气净化机,其特征在于:所述的加湿器(6)包含雾化机(61)和连接管(62),雾化机(61)通过连接管(62)与出风口(3)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种臭氧杀菌加湿空气净化机,其特征在于:所述的净化滤芯组(7)包含初级过滤网(71)、ESP复合滤网(72)、臭氧杀菌层(73)、紫外线灯(74)、离子板(75)、HEPA高级过滤网(76),初级过滤网(71)位于净化机主体(1)的下侧且位于出风口(3)的上部,ESP复合滤网(72)、臭氧杀菌层(73)、紫外线灯(74)、离子板(75)、HEPA高级过滤网(76)分别由初级过滤网(71)上方向出风口(3)方向依次排开。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种臭氧杀菌加湿空气净化机,其特征在于:所述的控制器(4)包含湿度检测传感器(41)、空气质量检测传感器(42)、内置程序控制器(43),湿度检测传感器(41)位于在离子板(75)与HEPA高级过滤网(76)之间,空气质量检测传感器(42)位于HEPA高级过滤网(76)的正上方。
