本发明提供一种新型空气净化器,包括空气净化器本体,空气净化器本体包括上箱壁和侧箱壁,其特征在于:空气净化器本体内设有空气净化区和空气加湿区,空气净化区与空气加湿区之间设有隔板,空气净化区包括过滤装置、风机、进风口、出风口和空气检测装置,进风口设置在所述侧箱壁上,出风口设置在上箱壁上,过滤装置安置在进风口后端,过滤装置与空气净化本体可拆卸式连接,风机设置在过滤装置后端,空气检测装置设置在进风口后端。本发明的有益效果是能够实现360°进风,提高净化效率,而且具有加湿功能,功能多样化,结构简单,使用方便。

Description

新型空气净化器
技术领域
本发明属于家用电器领域,尤其是涉及一种新型空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器在居家、医疗、工业领域、商业领域均有应用。最主要的功能是去除空气中的颗粒物,包括过敏原、室内PM2.5等,同时还可以解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内、地下室、车内挥发性有机物空气污染问题。锁着社会经济水平持续向前发展,人们对生活质量的需求日益提高。
但是,目前的净化器,一般采用前面进风或者侧面进出风的方式,不能全方位的进行空气净化,净化效果不佳,而且仅仅具备净化功能,功能比较单一。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种新型空气净化器,能够实现360°进风,提高净化效率,而且具有加湿功能,功能多样化。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型空气净化器,包括空气净化器本体,所述空气净化器本体包括上箱壁,侧箱壁,所述空气净化器本体内设有空气净化区和空气加湿区,所述空气净化区与所述空气加湿区之间设有隔板。
进一步地,所述空气净化区包括过滤装置、风机、进风口、出风口和空气检测装置,所述进风口设置在所述侧箱壁上,所述出风口设置在所述上箱壁上,所述过滤装置安置在进风口后端,所述过滤装置与所述空气净化本体可拆卸式连接,所述风机设置在所述过滤装置后端,所述空气检测装置设置在所述进风口后端。
进一步地,所述空气加湿区包括水箱、超声波雾化器和喷雾出口,所述水箱与所述隔板可拆卸式连接,所述喷雾出口设置在所述上箱壁上。
进一步地,所述空气净化器本体上还设置有LED呼吸灯,所述LED呼吸灯控制系统与所述空气检测装置连接。
进一步地,所述过滤装置包括预过滤网、甲醛过滤网、过敏原过滤网、活性炭过滤网和HEPA过滤网。
进一步地,所述过滤装置为环形。
进一步地,所述风机为多翼式离心式风机。
进一步地,所述空气净化区和所述空气加湿区内分别设置有蓝牙或无线通讯模块。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,能够实现360°进风,提高净化效率,而且具有加湿功能,功能多样化,结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和2所示,一种新型空气净化器,包括空气净化器本体,空气净化器本体包括上箱壁5和侧箱壁2,空气净化器本体内设有空气净化区8和空气加湿区11,空气净化区8与空气加湿区11之间设有隔板13。
空气净化区8包括过滤装置10、风机9、进风口3、出风口1和空气检测装置,进风口3设置在侧箱壁2上,出风口1设置在上箱壁5上,过滤装置10安置在进风口3后端,过滤装置10与空气净化本体可拆卸式连接,风机9设置在过滤装置10后端,空气检测装置设置在进风口3后端。
空气加湿区11包括水箱7、超声波雾化器12和喷雾出口4,水箱7与隔板13可拆卸式连接,喷雾出口4设置在上箱壁5上。
空气净化器本体上还设置有LED呼吸灯6,所述LED呼吸灯6控制系统与所述空气检测装置连接。LED呼吸灯控制系统与空气检测装置连接,可以反映室内空间的空气质量,这里可以设置为空气质量较差是时LED灯显示为红色,室内空气质量一般时LED灯显示为黄色,当室内空气质量良好时LED灯显示为绿色。
过滤装置10包括预过滤网、甲醛过滤网、过敏原过滤网、活性炭过滤网和HEPA过滤网。预过滤网可以有效清除掉大颗的灰尘,霉菌和动物毛发,并起到保护其它过滤网的作用,这里材质可以采用PET棉,预过滤网大概两周可以清洗一次,清洗方法直接用水冲洗活用吸尘器除去上面灰尘;甲醛过滤网起到过滤、吸附空气中甲醛的作用;过敏原过滤网过滤掉空气中的花粉、宠物的毛发等过敏源;活性炭过滤网一般用于除掉空气中的异味。一直以来活性炭都被认为是除异味最好的材质之一,因此近年来活性碳广泛的应用在除味产品中,不论是家居、冰箱、对于大部分异味它都能起到不错的效果。材料用颗粒活性炭或者纤维活性炭,可用吸尘器去除尘土清洁。;HEPA过滤网:HEPA它是一种国际公认最好的高效滤材,最初HEPA应用于核能研究防护,现在大量应用于精密实验室、医药生产、原子研究和外科手术等需要高洁净度的场所。HEPA由非常细小的有机纤维交织而成,对微粒的捕捉能力较强,孔径微小,吸附容量大,净化效率高,并具备吸水性,针对0.3微米的粒子净化率为99.97%。也就是说:每10000个粒子中,只能有3个粒子能够穿透HEPA过滤膜。因此,它的过滤颗粒物的效果非常明显,例如用它过滤香烟,过滤的效果几乎可以达到100%,因为香烟中的颗粒物大小介于0.5—2微米之间,无法通过HEPA过滤膜。
为了能够实现360°进风,提高净化效率,空气净化器四个侧箱壁2均设置有进风口3,过滤装置10设置为环形。
空气净化区8和所述空气加湿区11内分别设置有蓝牙或无线通讯模块。使用时,可以通过手机APP与空气净化器相连接,通过手机发送指令,可以开启和关闭净化与加湿功能。
本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,能够实现360°进风,提高净化效率,而且具有加湿功能,功能多样化,结构简单,使用方便。

1.一种新型空气净化器,包括空气净化器本体,所述空气净化器本体包括上箱壁和侧箱壁,其特征在于:所述空气净化器本体内设有空气净化区和空气加湿区,所述空气净化区与所述空气加湿区之间设有隔板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述空气净化区包括过滤装置、风机、进风口、出风口和空气检测装置,所述进风口设置在所述侧箱壁上,所述出风口设置在所述上箱壁上,所述过滤装置安置在进风口后端,所述过滤装置与所述空气净化本体可拆卸式连接,所述风机设置在所述过滤装置后端,所述空气检测装置设置在所述进风口后端。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述空气加湿区包括水箱、超声波雾化器和喷雾出口,所述水箱与所述隔板可拆卸式连接,所述喷雾出口设置在所述上箱壁上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述空气净化器本体上还设置有LED呼吸灯,所述LED呼吸灯控制系统与所述空气检测装置连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述空气净化器本体上还设置有LED呼吸灯,所述LED呼吸灯控制系统与所述空气检测装置连接。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤装置包括预过滤网、甲醛过滤网、过敏原过滤网、活性炭过滤网和HEPA过滤网。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤装置为环形。
8.根据权利要求1所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述风机为多翼式离心式风机。
9.根据权利要求1至8任一所述的新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述空气净化区和所述空气加湿区内分别设置有蓝牙或无线通讯模块。
